Abstract
The invention discloses a complete set of combined pointing device, which comprises: the scraper blade is provided with a holding end and a pressing end which are opposite, the pressing end extends to form a pulp pushing part, the size of the scraper blades and the size of the pulp pushing part are gradually reduced, nested through holes for the adjacent small-size scraper blades to be embedded are formed in the scraper blades, the nested through holes of the scraper blades are coaxially arranged, the scraper blades are provided with at least two through holes penetrating through the nested through holes, the at least two through holes are arranged in the same direction, one through hole is arranged in the middle of the nested through hole, and the other through hole is arranged on one side of the nested through hole; the rotating shaft is rotatably arranged in one through hole of the scraping plates in a penetrating way; and the plug connector is detachably inserted into the other through holes of the plurality of scraping plates. The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the following drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the relevant invention and not restrictive of the invention. It should be noted that, for convenience of description, only the portions related to the present invention are shown in the drawings.
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present application will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the present invention provides a unitized pointing device, including: a plurality of scraping plates 1, a rotating shaft 2 and a plug connector 3.

In the present embodiment, the size of the plurality of blades 1 and the size of the paddle parts 11 of the plurality of blades 1 are gradually reduced. The inside of the squeegee 1 is formed with a through hole 10 into which a bush is fitted. As shown in fig. 2, the right-hand squeegee 1 (right-hand squeegee) is formed with a nesting through-hole 10 inside, and the adjacent small-sized squeegee 1 (left-hand squeegee) is detachably fitted in the nesting through-hole 10 of the right-hand squeegee. In this embodiment, the nested through holes 10 of the plural squeegees 1 are coaxially arranged. The scraper 1 is provided with at least two through holes 100 penetrating the nesting through holes 10. The at least two through holes 100 are arranged in the same direction, wherein one through hole 100 is arranged in the middle of the nesting through hole 10, and the other through hole 100 is arranged on one side of the nesting through hole 10.
The rotating shaft 2 is rotatably inserted into a corresponding through hole 100 of the plurality of scrapers 1.
The plug-in connectors 3 are detachably inserted into the corresponding other through holes 100 of the plural blades 1 to lock the plural blades 1. Before the plug connector is not inserted into another through hole, the plurality of scraping plates can rotate around the rotating shaft, and after the plug connector is inserted into another through hole of the plurality of scraping plates, the plurality of scraping plates are connected in series and cannot rotate mutually.
In actual use, a scraper is selected and determined according to the width of the gap. In this embodiment, a plurality of blades are numbered sequentially, such as blade No. 1, blade No. 2 through blade No. N. The length of the slurry pushing part of the selected scraper is matched with the width of the wall gap. Referring to fig. 4, the unitized pointing device of the present invention shown in fig. 4 has five blades, and the blade determined to be used is the No. 3 blade. After the scrapers are determined, the plug connector is pulled out to be punched, the two scrapers on the outermost side are rotated, the No. 3 scraper extends out of the nested through holes of the rest scrapers, a constructor holds the holding end of the No. 3 scraper and the rest scrapers in hand, the slurry pushing portion of the No. 3 scraper is inserted into a wall gap, the pressing end of the No. 3 scraper is pressed on the wall surfaces on the two opposite sides of the gap respectively, the No. 3 scraper is pushed or pulled, the slurry pushing portion moves in the gap along the length direction of the gap, and the excessive slurry in the gap opening is scraped to obtain a wall gap with a smooth surface.

In a preferred embodiment, the other through hole 100 of the maximum-sized scraper 1 is internally threaded at one end. The plug 3 has opposite first and second ends. The first end of the plug-in unit 3 is formed with an external thread. The first end of the plug-in connector 3 is screwed to one end of the other through hole 100 of the maximum-sized squeegee 1.
In this embodiment, the second end of the plug-in unit 3 extends to the outside of the other end of the other through hole 100 of the maximum-sized squeegee 1. The second end of the plug 3 is formed with a restraining flange 31. The second end of the plug-in unit 3 is sleeved with a pushing spring 32. The pushing spring 32 is supported between the outer portion of the other end of the other through hole 100 of the maximum-sized squeegee 1 and the restraining flange 31.
In a preferred embodiment, the side of the nesting through hole 10 far away from the pulp pushing part 11 penetrates through the scraper 1. In the implementation, the scraper with the smallest size is not provided with the nesting through hole, and the nesting through holes of the scrapers with the rest sizes sequentially penetrate through the scrapers to form a nesting notch. When a blade is selected by determining the model of the paddle portion, as shown in fig. 3, the remaining blades outside the selected blade are rotated to the end of the selected blade away from the paddle portion so that the plurality of blades can still be arranged coplanar.
Further, in this embodiment, the number of the through holes 100 is three, two opposite sides of one through hole 100 are respectively provided with one another through hole 100, and two another through holes 100 are disposed at equal intervals on two opposite sides of the one through hole 100. Continuing to refer to fig. 3, after the remaining scrapers outside the selected scraper are rotated to the end of the selected scraper far away from the grout pushing part, and the plurality of scrapers are coplanar again, two plug connectors are inserted into two other through holes 100 of the plurality of scrapers to serially lock the plurality of scrapers together, and a constructor can conveniently hold the holding end of the selected scraper to insert the grout pushing part into the gap for jointing construction.

1. A unitized combined pointing device, comprising:
the scraper blades are provided with a holding end and a pressing end which is used for pressing and abutting against a wall surface, the pressing end extends to form a pulp pushing part which is inserted into a gap of the wall surface, the size of the scraper blades and the size of the pulp pushing part of the scraper blades are gradually reduced, nested through holes for embedding adjacent small-size scraper blades are formed in the scraper blades, the nested through holes of the scraper blades are coaxially arranged, the scraper blades are provided with at least two through holes which penetrate through the nested through holes, the at least two through holes are arranged in the same direction, one through hole is arranged in the middle of the nested through hole, and the other through hole is arranged on one side of the nested through hole;
the rotating shaft is rotatably arranged in the through holes of the scrapers in a penetrating way; and
and the plug connector is detachably inserted into the other through holes of the plurality of the scraping plates so as to lock the plurality of the scraping plates.
2. The unitized combination pointing device of claim 1, wherein a side of said grout pushing portion distal from said squeegee is arcuate.
3. The unitized combination pointing device of claim 1, wherein said paddle portion is V-shaped on a side thereof remote from said blade.
4. The unitized combined pointing device of claim 1, wherein said another aperture of said largest sized blade has an internal thread formed at one end thereof, said plug member having opposite first and second ends, said first end of said plug member being externally threaded, said first end of said plug member being threadably connected to one end of said another aperture of said largest sized blade.
5. The set of combination type pointing device according to claim 4, wherein the second end of the plug connector extends to the outside of the other end of the other perforated hole of the largest-sized squeegee, the second end of the plug connector is formed with a limit flange, the second end of the plug connector is sleeved with a pushing spring, and the pushing spring is supported between the outside of the other end of the other perforated hole of the largest-sized squeegee and the limit flange.
6. The unitized combination pointing device of claim 1, wherein a side of said nested through-holes distal from said grout pushing portion extends through said squeegee.
7. The unitized pointing device of claim 1, wherein said number of said perforations is three, and said another perforation is disposed on opposite sides of said one perforation, respectively, and said another perforation is disposed on opposite sides of said one perforation at equal intervals.
