Abstract

Improved cleaning performance, especially as regards the removal of moulds, can be achieved by the use of two separate liquid compositions, a first of which contains an acid or neutral composition which comprises a peroxide and a second of which contains an alkaline composition, said first and second compositions being stored separately and sprayed from a single unit to a common point. By ensuring that these compositions are sprayed, either sequentially or simultaneously onto a surface where they react together to produce an alkaline peroxide solution, it is possible to overcome the problems of instability on storage and ensure that the mixed compositions are delivered at a pH at which the peroxide compound is active as a bleaching agent.

Description

Two portions formula cleaning combination that contains at least a superoxide
Invention field
The present invention relates to contain the cleaning combination of at least two kinds of components, they are separately deposited, and mix soon before use, contain one of at least a kind of superoxide in the said component.Superoxide is meant the compound that contains a kind of peroxide (HOO-) group, comprises hydrogen peroxide and organic and inorganic peroxide.
Background of invention
The invention provides multiple composition, they are specially adapted to the cleaning and the sterilization on daily necessities surface, and eliminate the phenomenon of fading that is caused by mould-growth.This phenomenon of fading is on record problem, especially in wet environment.
The existing composition of removing, kill or bleach the last mould in surface contains the strong solution of alkali-metal hypochlorite, and it is sprayed to this surface. The problem that said composition exists is that hypochlorite has unpleasant odor, and when spraying, hypochlorite solutions can produce the little droplet of serious stimulation respiratory system.
Other SYNTHETIC OPTICAL WHITNER particularly superoxide is known. But, superoxide usually or unstable in preparation, perhaps bleachability is not good under its stable p H value.
Toothpaste and peroxide-based bleaching hair composition have been mixed with slightly acidic peroxide solutions or gelinite and weakly alkaline solution or lotion respectively, and the two just mixed before using. The known advantage of this product form is that this superoxide is difficult for decomposing under acidic conditions, and also has more bleaching activity under alkaline condition.
Other two portions formula superoxide based composition and use thereof in packaging is disclosed among the JP-A-60/038497 (LION BRANDS), it has related to a kind of foaming two portions formula water drain cleaning combination, comprise: a) 0.5-50wt% hydrogen peroxide, b) alkali, the basicity that with sodium hydroxide is benchmark is 0.1-50%, c) (a) or the tensio-active agent (b), and d) (a) or the terpenol (b)/cyclic terpene enol.
Composition (a) and (b) comprises tensio-active agent and terpenes, successively or according to dosage add in the washing vessel simultaneously, and in the feeding water drain, composition produces foams in water drain, foams play cleaning action, perhaps plays the dredging sewer effect where necessary.
Other form that two components discharge simultaneously is known.
United States Patent (USP) 3760986 (people such as CASTNER: 1973) disclose a kind of batching bottle that is used for two kinds of independent fluids are dispensed to a common ground. This bottle has an opening at the top, a division plate passes through bottle inside, forms two fluid storage spaces.Disclosed device further comprises via different conduits to be extracted fluid simultaneously out and this fluid is unloaded the pump system of putting to a common ground from each space. This device makes a kind of basic material and a kind of acid material can separate storage, and sprays to a common ground from an independent unit. What use in this device is such class pump, an inlet valve of one of them working spaces contains by a spring and is supported in a spheroid on the valve seat, like this, and when this working fluid of Piston Compression, ball is pressed on the valve seat by external force, and working fluid can not enter storage space in the return conduit.
The device that is disclosed among the CASTNER is a complete packing and blender loader device.Though it can be envisioned as and can dismantle and fill material again, because the character of related liquid, it is dangerous that this reactivity may be proved to be.Though this reactivity is owing to relate to oxidation or corrosive liquid is dangerous by anticipation, CASTNER proposes that this device installs closable switch confession and fill material usefulness again.
It has been observed that replaceable in the universal pair of storage area packing above-mentioned and/or can fill the material bottle: for example European patent 427609 (S.T.E.P.:1991) and WO/90/01959 (CORUSMEDICALCORP:1990) disclose the spraying plant that is connected on a pair of bottle. In the former, some independent pumps have been installed all in each bottle. In the latter, pump is installed among the fog-spray nozzle, and bottle links to each other with fog-spray nozzle by the needle tubing that is used as conduit.
United States Patent (USP) 4826048 (Pfeiffer:1989) discloses a kind of blender loader that is used for medicine or cosmetics liquid, comprises a pair of bottle, and each all is equipped with an independent pump.In this case, bottle can take off, to fill material again or to change.United States Patent (USP) 5152461 (Proctor:1992) discloses a kind of blender loader, and it has only a pump and a pair of bottle that can dismantle when filling material again or changing.
Summary of the invention
We determine at present, improved scourability, particularly mould remove can by use two kinds independently liquid composition realize, first composition comprises a kind of acidity or neutral composite that contains a kind of superoxide, second composition comprises a kind of alkaline compositions, said first and second compositions are separately deposited, and are sprayed onto a common ground by an independent unit.
Owing to guaranteeing these compositions or priority or spraying simultaneously to a surface, the two reacts thereon and produces a kind of alkaline peroxide composition, so just might solve the storage instability problem of clean-out system, and guarantee that mixed composition has under the pH value of bleaching activity supply and uses at this superoxide.
Detailed Description Of The Invention
As mentioned above, the invention provides supporting clean-out system, comprising: a) a kind of liquid acidic or neutral composite, the pH value that is included in this acidity or neutral composite is stable a kind of superoxide down, and b) a kind of alkaline compositions of liquid,
Said composition is stored in same unitary separate space, this unit be suitable for producing (a) and (b) at least a spraying.
" spraying " meaning in the present invention is a kind of spraying or a kind of foamy injection stream of discrete droplet, the consideration of operation is, one of said composition or preferably the two by can be on this unitary surface of a horizontal-shift in the unit with enough strength ejection face calmness.
Preferably, this unit is suitable for producing the spraying that comprises composition (a) and mixture (b).As selection, a unit can be suitable for producing respectively composition (a) and spraying (b), for example successively by an only spraying plant, perhaps simultaneously by different spraying plants. One spraying that comprises (a) and mixture (b) is preferred.
Second aspect of the present invention provides a kind of method of cleaning crust, it comprises step: first liquid acidic or the neutral composite that a) will comprise a kind of superoxide mix with the second liquid basified composition, generate a kind of alkaline peroxide composition, b) product with step (a) sprays to the surface that is cleaned.
Particularly preferably, cleaning operation comprises product with step (a) and contacts with the surface that is cleaned and surpass 5 minutes time.
Superoxide
Preferred superoxide is a hydrogen peroxide, also can use though envision other superoxide, as long as they are stable in composition of the present invention.
As above mentioned, hydrogen peroxide is under the alkaline pH value, and especially the pH value demonstrates bleachability preferably 10 when above. But, to compare under acidity or pH neutral with it, the stability of hydrogen peroxide under this pH value decreases.
As selection, envision other superoxide and also can use.Preferred alternative is peracid, especially peracetic acid and persulphate, particularly Potassium peroxysulfate.Though the suspension liquid of solid peroxide also can use, preferably use the solubility peroxide solutions.
Though with water or when the situation that water is arranged issues biochemical reaction, other solvent also can use when in fact, preferred solution is the aqueous solution. Therefore, under the situation that has peracetic acid to exist, the diacetyl ester of 1,2 ethylene glycol is a kind of suitable solvent.
Preferred peroxide level is the 1-50% that comprises the composition weight of superoxide. For hydrogen peroxide, when its content was lower than 4wt%, the bleachability of superoxide was relatively poor, and contained 50%wt in solution.During above superoxide, may produce danger. For peracetic acid and persulphate, it is preferred when content is for 1-10wt% in clean composition.
Blending ratio
As will being learnt by top, an importance of the present invention is, two kinds of components or mixing before the married operation or during married operation.Preferably, the scope of blending ratio is 2: 1-1: between 2, ratio is preferred especially when 50: 50 left and right sides. The optimum mixture ratio example will depend on character and the quantity that has component to a certain extent, and this point will obtain estimating, and operation considers it is that the overall pH value of mixing the back composition should be an alkalescence.
The pH regulator agent
In order in the included composition of the present invention, to obtain correct pH value, be necessary to add the pH regulator agent.
In containing the acidic solution of superoxide, there is no need to carry out further acidifying.Institute is illustrational as the back, and the aqueous solution prepared in accordance with the present invention can reach the acid ph value of expection.Particularly preferably, the pH value of acid or neutral peroxide compositions is being higher than 2 to being lower than in 8 the scope, and preferred pH value is about 5.Also can use although the pH value is lower than 2 solution and since have spill or with the danger of user's skin contact, preferably avoid using this class acidic composition.
In alkaline compositions, preferably be higher than 10 pH value. The scope of most preferred pH value is 11-13.After the alkaline substitute of alkaline compositions should be the sort of composition that contains acidity or neutral superoxide in adding, the composition that its pH value is still high, preferred pH value be 8 or more than, more preferably the pH value is more than 10.But the pH value that preferred alkaline compositions does not have too high is in order to avoid cause danger in use.
In the time of need further carrying out acidifying, mineral or organic acid and the buffering salt of choosing wantonly can be used, as long as these acid and salt is not to the superoxide sensitivity. We have determined that Monobasic sodium citrate and/or trisodium citrate can be used to the acid ph value that reaches required.Existing trisodium citrate or other buffering salt why favourable, is because it has stoped the pH value of the composition that contains acid superoxide to reduce in secular storage process.
The alkaline pH value can use oxyhydroxide, particularly potassium hydroxide and the sodium hydroxide of alkaline earth (or) metal or ammonium to reach. The same with borate, silicate, phosphoric acid salt and/or other buffer reagent, carbonate and/or supercarbonate may reside in the alkaline compositions.Preferably, alkaline compositions contains the aqueous solution of the commercially available caustic soda of 0.5-1.5 mole.
Aspect method of the present invention, alkalescence and acid or neutral composite can be with any mixed between 1: 10 and 10: 1.Required ratio more or less depends on the pH value of two kinds of compositions and the specific pH regulator agent that exists.Just as mentioned above, composition should so be prepared usually, causes with 2: 1-1: during 2 mixed, preferred 1: 1, the solution that obtains had required pH value, that is, under this pH value, the superoxide of existence has bleaching activity. For hydrogen peroxide, with the preferred 10-12 of the mixed pH value of alkali, more preferably 11-11.5.For single persulphate and peracetic acid, preferred mixed pH value is about 8.
Thickening material
Thickening material is an optional component of the present invention, basically only in selective use aspect some of the present invention. It is believed that thickening material has the function of two aspects.
We determine, exist a small amount of thickening material to improve the spraying behavior of composition at least a said first and second compositions, have stoped a kind of generation of pungency mist.A kind of pungency mist contains considerable fine mist, and in the presence of thickening material, only generates quite a spot of fine mist.
We have determined, some derivatived cellulose particularly comprises the hydroxyalkyl cellulose derivative of HPMC, reach especially effective aspect the required degree of good spraying performance in that acid peroxide compositions is thickened to.
The second, thickening material can be selected the i.e. remarkable thickening of composition when component mixes by following principle. The obvious advantage that is had like this is that composition in use can be from not tilting or upward landing of vertical surface (for example wall of shower cabinet).
Performance of this of thickening material two aspects one or both of can be used in embodiments of the invention.
The amount of typical thickeners is in the scope of 0.05-5%wt.
Usually, the component of thickening material is a kind of polymkeric substance.
When composition needed thickening in mixing, most preferred thickening material was to be higher than under the pH value of the composition that contains acid superoxide, obviously increases the material of composition viscosity.
Therefore, in certain embodiments of the invention, thickening material is present under the certain pH value in a kind of composition that contains acid superoxide at first, viscosity is lower under this pH value, and in use, the composition that solution and a certain amount of a kind of alkalescence are stronger mixes, so that thickening material can show and increases viscosity under the mixture pH that obtains.
The polymkeric substance that is suitable for comprises those only polymkeric substance of obvious thickening combination under the alkaline pH value. This base polymer comprises the multipolymer of polyacrylic acid (for example with ' Carbopol ' (TM) the commercially available material of series) and acrylate.
We have found that a kind of acrylate copolymer of the Acusol 820 of a kind of 2%wt (RTM ex.Rohm and Haas) is to form a kind of viscous gel at 6 o'clock in the pH value, and be almost not have thickening effectiveness at 3.0 o'clock in the pH value.Need thickening slightly so that when improving the spraying behavior, the consumption of this polymkeric substance is lower. We determine, when using the thickening material of 0.05-0.5%wt in alkaline component, just can obtain acceptable spraying behavior.
Alternative thickening material is those not good thickening materials of thickening effectiveness under very high pH value. In embodiments of the invention, when needs in mixing during thickening, thickening material may reside in the alkaline compositions, as long as the pH value of this composition is enough high, and when a kind of composition that contains acidity or neutral superoxide that adds q.s, the pH value is reduced to one and demonstrates the scope that viscosity increases to some extent.
The thickening material component comprises clay, silica and blended surfactant system. When needs are mixing during remarkable thickening, common factor between two kinds of thickening materials is that each own viscosity of two kinds of compositions of the viscosity ratio of the mixture that obtains is all high when the composition that contains acid or neutral superoxide mixes under the situation that thickening material exists with alkaline compositions.
As can be seen from the above, for all embodiments of the present invention, do not necessarily require the thickening material component all stable, only need in use thickening material or each thickening material component in the composition that contains acid or neutral superoxide or all be chemically stable in the alkaline compositions superoxide.
Cats product
Preferably, at least aly in said composition that contains superoxide or the alkaline compositions further contain a kind of cats product.Preferred cationic surfactants includes the quaternary ammonium compound of following general formula:
R1.R2.R3.R4.NX
Wherein, R1-R4 is an alkyl, and X is a negatively charged ion.
Preferably, R1 and R2 are the C8-C18 alkyl, and R4 and R3 are the C1-C4 alkyl.Preferably, X is a halogenide.
Particularly preferred cats product comprises the halogenide of dialkyl dimethyl ammonium. We determine that the chlorination didecyldimethyl ammonium is especially suitable.
We determine, cats product above-mentioned all is stable in basic solution and acidic peroxide solution, if and superoxide is a hydrogen peroxide, when cats product was present in the composition that contains this superoxide, the severe attrition of superoxide can not take place.
Other tensio-active agent
Outside the decationize tensio-active agent, also contain other tensio-active agent in the composition of the present invention usually, they help out in the process that said composition is cleaned. But the use of other tensio-active agent is chosen wantonly.
Whether require tensio-active agent stable, depend on that tensio-active agent is placed in acid/neutral composite or is placed in the alkaline compositions superoxide.
Preferably, the superoxide stabilized surfactant is comprised anion surfactant, for example uncle or secondary sulfonated alkane, primary alkyl sulfuric acid and/or alkylaryl sulphonate. Those nonionogenic tensides most preferably, particularly those contain the material of alcohol alcoxylates. Can use two or more surfactant mixtures.Alkyl sulfuric ester salt surfactant and/or ethoxylated alcohol are especially preferred.
If it is unstable that tensio-active agent contains in the composition of superoxide at tart, tensio-active agent can be used as a component of alkaline component. We determine that ethoxylated alcohol still is all is stable in basic solution in acid/neutral superoxol.
The typical amounts of tensio-active agent is the 0.1-20%wt that contains their component. The consumption of especially preferred tensio-active agent is about the 2-10%wt of total liquid components.
Sterilant and minor additions
Except that superoxide, sterilant and/or other biocides, disinfectant etc. also can exist wherein, as long as they all are stable in acid/neutral component or alkaline component.
Other optional minor consistuent is spices and the solvent and the bleaching stibilizer that may need to be used to make some sterilant solvation.
When superoxide is present in transition metal in the composition and decomposes, need to use bleaching stibilizer. Therefore, preferably, composition further comprises a kind of transition-metal coordination bleaching stibilizer, and they are selected from phosphoric acid salt, phosphonic acids or phosphonate, stannate and carboxylate salt.
Preferred metallic ion coordination agent is selected from pyridine dicarboxylic acid, ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid (EDTA) (EDTA) and salt thereof, (Dequest 2010 for 1 hydroxyethylidine diphosphonate, RTM), (Dequest 2040 for ethylenediamine tetraacetic (methylene phosphonic acid), RTM), (Dequest 2060, RTM) for diethylenetriamine five (methylene phosphonic acid).Phosphonate derivative is preferred especially.
Preferably, the consumption of metallic ion coordination agent should be in the scope of 0.01-5%wt, and particularly preferred consumption is about 0.1%wt.
Although before being reflected at of superoxide and transition metal is deleterious, this be reflected at can become in the composition of the present invention favourable. In one embodiment of the invention, alkaline component further comprises a kind of transition metal or halogenide bleaching decomposition agent, it and the composition react that contains acidity or neutral superoxide.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, wherein contain single persulphate as superoxide in acid or the neutral component, alkaline component contains a kind of halogenide, preferred a kind of bromide. We have determined, when the bromide solution of tart list persulfate solution and alkalescence is together sprayed to a surface and final pH value when reaching 8 left and right sides, a reaction take place, and are created in the pH value and are 6 and be higher than the hypobromite that had bleachability at 6 o'clock.
Just as mentioned above, can comprise solvent in the composition of the present invention, so that the component solvation of composition. In addition, solvent can improve cleaning and/or the wettability that sprays the product to the surface to be cleaned.
The solvent that is suitable for comprises glycol ether.Preferred solvent is BUTYL DIGOL (TM), and we have determined that it is stable in alkaline compositions.Preferred solvent load is 2-12%wt, preferred especially 3-8%wt.
Device
Device of the present invention aspect provide one can be simultaneously or successively spray two portions formula container of composition, comprise: a) a kind of acid or neutral liquid composition, wherein contain a kind of under the pH of said composition value stable superoxide, and, b) a kind of alkaline liquid composition.
This class container is known in the art, and (people such as CASTNER: narration to some extent 1973), it discloses one and has been used for two kinds of isolating fluids are dispensed to a batching bottle on the common ground at United States Patent (USP) 3760986.
This class is divided different spaces and is deposited the container of composition special advantage is arranged, because they contain a conduit, prevent the valvegear that liquid returns along said conduit and can be disconnected to device that said container and a pump/shower nozzle are meshed.
When the pump/shower nozzle that two storage spaces are arranged with a described type of reference background of the present invention was used in combination, said vesse had special use.Although envisioning this class container, prior art itself can disassemble from spraying plant, perhaps this class container can disassemble from spraying plant with a pump that is attached thereto, but the container that has a complete conduit that can disassemble from pump/nozzle arrangement and vacuum breaker is not open.
In described in the above this class embodiment, when container and pump/shower nozzle engagement, valvegear allows liquid to extract out from container basically. The valvegear that is suitable for comprises that a valve seat and one are with the non-return element of spring assembly compressing on valve seat.Preferably, use by the ball valve of a whisker compressing on a ring-type seat.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, said valvegear further comprises the device that prevents container contents ejection before shower nozzle connects. If container contents has chemical invasive, if promptly used content is corrodibility or oxidisability, these characteristics are particularly useful.
The said device that sprays that prevents can comprise the film of a closing containers outlet.Should be before container and pump/shower nozzle engagement during installation or at that time, with this film acanthopore.
Particularly preferred container also has the another one valvegear, and it prevents the container contents ejection when container does not mesh with pumping unit. The advantage that such structure has is that under the danger that does not have the content ejection, container in midair can break away from pump and shower nozzle. In this class embodiment, second non-return element is supported on another valve seat by spring, unless it is by an element displacement of stretching out from pump and shower nozzle.
Scope expansion of the present invention is extended down to the above-mentioned container that is full of the aqueous solution of a kind of superoxide and/or alkali. All these materials or corrosive or deleterious, and when they mix, can emit the reaction of gas.
Another advantage according to the container of the preferred embodiments of the invention is, valvegear has prevented that container is unskilled or filled material again by the user of misdirection by one.If container can easily be filled material, user just might operate above-mentioned this class is equipped with pump and spraying plant such as two storage spaces of the solution of hypochlorite and strong acid, when making these solution reactions, will produce the chlorine mist that one has potential fatal risk.

In Fig. 2, said device comprises another ball valve, and it contains a valve seat [8a], and ball [8] by spring [7] compressing thereon. In embodiment shown in Figure 2, when valvegear [3] meshed with shower nozzle and pump head, an element in shower nozzle and the pump head pushed away valve seat [8a] with ball [8].A special advantage of this embodiment is that when container [1] broke away from shower nozzle and pump head [10], second ball valve closed.
Fig. 3 expresses the further thin bilge construction of the valvegear [3] on the upper surface [4] that takes off behind pump and the shower nozzle [10].Shown in Fig. 2 and 2a, valvegear [3] comprises a cylinder at the opposing end faces opening.Spring assembly and the non-return element such as ball [6] such as whisker [7] is arranged again in this is simplified. The snap-on device, for example web member [5] is used for helping and keep the valve container to be meshed with shower nozzle and pump head [10].Fig. 3 has also expressed an outlet orifice [13] and a foraminous cock [14] that is positioned between cylindrical shell and the shell [15].The gas that this outlet orifice [13] allows to produce in container is discharged.Aperture [13] also makes air might flow in the container, with convenient liquid in container content equalizing reservoir external and internal pressure when conduit [2] is gone out by shower nozzle and pump head.
During use, the pumping unit in shower nozzle and the pump head [10] produces partial vacuum in cylinder: the excess pressure container [1] in forces liquid to make progress along conduit [2], and the resistance that forces spheroid [6] to overcome spring [7] lift off a seat [6a].Liquid can flow to shower nozzle and pump head from container [1] then.Liquid in container [1] and [11] is mixing in shower nozzle and pump head [10] before nozzle [12] ejection. After the operation of shower nozzle and pump head stopped, ball [6] had stoped mixing liquid to flow back in the container [1].
