3. Thickness of gel after Water absorption

Therefore, as shown in fig. 1-2 and tables 1-3, the cellulose fiber spunlace nonwoven fabric prepared by the invention has high transparency and high water absorption, and the raw materials are all from plants, so that the cellulose fiber spunlace nonwoven fabric has good skin-friendly property, and can be widely applied to the medical, beauty and health industries, and the preparation method of the invention is simple and convenient, has low cost, is convenient for large-scale production, and the product is a spunlace nonwoven fabric in a dry state, has slightly hard texture, particularly uniform cross fiber spreading, is glittering and translucent in a wet state, is highly transparent, is similar to a jelly, has a smaller area than that in a dry state, and has a thickness of 4-5 times thicker.
While particular embodiments of the present invention have been illustrated and described, it would be obvious to those skilled in the art that various other changes and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. It is therefore intended to cover in the appended claims all such changes and modifications that are within the scope of this invention.
Claims (10)
1. The preparation method of the gel spunlace non-woven fabric is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step 1, pouring chloroacetic acid into a dissolving kettle, adding ethanol with the purity of 70%, and then adding a sodium hydroxide aqueous solution with a certain concentration to prepare a sodium chloroacetate aqueous solution;
step 2, soaking cellulose fiber spunlace non-woven fabric into sodium chloroacetate aqueous solution;
step 3, controlling the liquid content of the soaked spunlace non-woven fabric within a certain range, and then dehydrating and drying;
step 4, placing the dewatered and dried spunlace non-woven fabric in a constant temperature and humidity room to perform etherification cellulose reduction reaction;
step 5, washing the etherified spunlace non-woven fabric with water, neutralizing with an acid solution, and washing with water;
and 6, shaping and drying the neutralized gel spunlace non-woven fabric to obtain a finished product of the gel spunlace non-woven fabric.
2. The method for preparing the gel spunlace nonwoven fabric according to claim 1, wherein the concentration of the sodium chloroacetate alkali solution is 4-10%.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the concentration of the aqueous sodium hydroxide solution is 8-20%.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the liquid volume of the cellulose nonwoven tape is 300-400%.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the drying temperature is 60-90 ℃.
6. The method for preparing a gel spunlace nonwoven fabric according to claim 1, wherein the constant temperature and humidity chamber is maintained at a constant temperature of 20-60 ℃.
7. The method for preparing a gel spunlace nonwoven fabric according to claim 1, wherein the reduction reaction time of the etherified cellulose is 120-300 minutes.
8. The method for preparing the gel spunlace nonwoven fabric according to claim 1, wherein the cellulose fiber spunlace nonwoven fabric is a nonwoven fabric which is made of plant fibers as raw materials and is processed by a spunlace process.
9. A gel spunlace nonwoven fabric is characterized in that: the gel spunlace nonwoven fabric is prepared by adopting the preparation method of any one of claims 1 to 8.
10. Use of a gel spunlace nonwoven according to claim 9, wherein: the preparation method is used for manufacturing medical dressing or beauty sanitary products or tampon cores.
