Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of fiber preparation, in particular to ultra-black cotton-like silk and a processing method thereof.
Background
The super cotton-like goods are not only similar to cotton fabrics in the shapes of fiber surface layers and the design styles of fabrics, but also mainly resemble cotton and super cotton in the characteristics and functions of the fabrics, and have high-quality dynamic wet-hot comfort performance. The super-imitation cotton can well make up for the defects of cotton fibers, the characteristics of the terylene are utilized to make up for the defects of the fibers, and the manufactured fabric improves the durability. Most of the existing ultra-black cotton-like yarns achieve the black effect by printing black on polyester fibers in a printing and dyeing processing mode, but the color fastness is not good.

(3) and drying the modified polyester chips by a rotary drum, and extruding by a double screw to perform melt spinning to obtain the ultra-black cotton-like yarn.
Preferably, in the step (1), the esterification reaction time is 2.5h to 3 h.
Preferably, in the step (2), adding an antioxidant, a delustering agent, a color master batch and an antibacterial agent, heating to 250-260 ℃, vacuumizing, heating to 265-275 ℃, continuously vacuumizing, and discharging when the melt viscosity is 0.75-0.78 dl/g to obtain the modified polyester chips.
Preferably, in the step (2), the color master batch is prepared by the following specific steps: firstly, weighing raw material carbon black and polyester chips required by color master batch production, then grinding the carbon black and the polyester chips into powder, and then putting the powder into a high-speed mixer and a double-screw extruder according to weight percentage to obtain the color master batch.

Preferably, the amount of the isophthalic acid used is 6% of the molar amount of the terephthalic acid; the flatting agent is titanium dioxide, and the using amount of the flatting agent is 7 percent of the molar weight of the terephthalic acid; the antibacterial agent is nano silver, and the using amount of the nano silver is 7 percent of the molar amount of the terephthalic acid; the antioxidant is one or more of tea polyphenols, phytic acid, and flavonoids.
The invention also provides the ultra-black cotton-like yarn prepared by the method.

(3) drying the modified polyester chips by a rotary drum, and extruding by a double screw to perform melt spinning to obtain super-black cotton-like yarns; wherein the screw temperature is set at 260 ℃, the spinning box temperature is controlled at 275 ℃, the side-blowing cooling air speed is 0.8m/s, the winding speed is 2500m/min, the texturing machine speed is 550m/min, the draw ratio is 1.75, the first hot box temperature is 180 ℃, and the second hot box temperature is 170 ℃.
