Abstract
The invention discloses a TPE material for a tourniquet, which comprises the following components in parts by mass: polypropylene: 20-30 parts of a solvent; styrene-based elastomer: 50-70 parts; olefin block copolymer: 30-50 parts; white oil: 60-100 parts; lubricant: 3-5 parts; antibacterial agents: 3-5 parts. In addition, the invention also discloses the TPE material produced by the method, which does not contain protein, can be contacted with human skin for a long time without anaphylactic reaction, has excellent elastic recovery, flexibility and antibacterial property, and has the characteristics of light weight, low cost and the like.

Background
With the continuous development of social economy, modern people pay more and more attention to the height of living standard, and particularly in terms of medical health, more people pursue the medical standard of safety and health. The medical tourniquet is an elastic binding bandage, and is bound at the formulated position of the limbs (the upper parts of the thighs and the armpits) when the limbs bleed first aid, so that the aim of gaining time for the operation by temporary hemostasis is fulfilled.

In some preferred embodiments, the olefin block copolymer is an OBC elastomer.
In some preferred embodiments, the softening oil is at least one of liquid paraffin, naphthenic oil, and hydrogenated naphthenic oil.
In some preferred embodiments, the lubricant is one or both of oleamide and erucamide.
In some preferred embodiments, the antimicrobial agent is a chitosan-based antimicrobial agent.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the TPE material for the tourniquet, which comprises the following steps: preparing the components according to the mass parts of the components, uniformly mixing the polypropylene, the styrene elastomer, the olefin block copolymer, the softening oil, the lubricant and the antibacterial agent in a high-speed mixer, adding the mixed raw materials into a double-screw extruder, and extruding and granulating to obtain the TPE material for the tourniquet.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention does not contain protein, can be contacted with human skin for a long time without anaphylactic reaction, has excellent elastic recovery, flexibility and antibacterial property, and has the characteristics of light weight and low cost. The Olefin Block Copolymer (OBC) is added into the TPE material for the tourniquet, so that the softness and the comfort of the material are improved on the premise of not losing the elasticity of the copolymer. Meanwhile, the added chitosan antibacterial agent is a high-molecular antibacterial agent, has the synergistic effect in many aspects, has hydrophilicity, improves the biological activity of contacting the skin, has stronger antibacterial property, improves the antibacterial property of the TPE hemostatic material, and can better disperse in the copolymer and improve the dispersing property of the whole copolymer. The manufacturing method of the invention is simple and has low manufacturing cost.
