(2) adding a carbon source: adding 30 parts by mass of corn starch into the fermentation mixed liquid, and uniformly mixing at normal temperature to prepare primary mixed liquid;
(3) adding a nitrogen source: taking the mixture with the mass ratio of 0.3: 26: 4, uniformly mixing the allantoin, the bean powder and the yeast powder at normal temperature to prepare a nitrogen source, adding 20 parts of the nitrogen source into the primary mixed solution prepared in the step (2), uniformly mixing, and preparing a secondary mixed solution;
(4) taking sodium citrate and potassium hydrogen phosphate, and mixing the components according to the weight ratio of 4: 4.5, grinding to obtain a pH buffering agent, adding 6 parts of the pH buffering agent into the secondary mixed solution prepared in the step (3), heating the mixed solution to 50 ℃, fully mixing and dissolving, and cooling to room temperature;
(5) adding 20 parts of steroid saponin into the solution prepared in the step (4), uniformly mixing, heating to 135 ℃, sterilizing, and cooling to room temperature;
(6) and (3) adding 2 parts of biological catalytic enzyme into the sterilized solution obtained in the step (5) for uniform mixing to prepare a biological synergistic activator, placing the biological synergistic activator into a storage tank, and sealing and storing at the temperature of 15 +/-5 ℃.
Example 5
A preparation method of a biological synergistic activator capable of improving microbial activity comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing a fermentation mixed solution: according to the mass ratio of 10: 6, uniformly mixing the honey fermentation waste liquid and the starch fermentation waste liquid at normal temperature to prepare a fermentation mixed liquid;
(2) adding a carbon source: adding 35 parts by mass of corn starch into the fermentation mixed liquid, and uniformly mixing at normal temperature to prepare primary mixed liquid;
(3) adding a nitrogen source: uniformly mixing allantoin, bean flour and yeast powder in a mass ratio of 0.4:30:5 at normal temperature to prepare a nitrogen source, adding 25 parts of the nitrogen source into the primary mixed liquid prepared in the step (2), uniformly mixing, and preparing a secondary mixed liquid;
(4) taking sodium citrate and potassium hydrogen phosphate, and mixing the components according to the weight ratio of 4: 6, uniformly mixing, crushing and grinding to obtain a pH buffering agent, adding 8 parts of the pH buffering agent into the secondary mixed solution prepared in the step (3), heating the mixed solution to 50 ℃, fully mixing and dissolving, and cooling to room temperature;
(5) adding 20 parts of steroid saponin into the solution prepared in the step (4), uniformly mixing, heating to 140 ℃, sterilizing, and cooling to room temperature;
(6) and (3) adding 2.5 parts of biological catalytic enzyme into the sterilized solution obtained in the step (5) for uniform mixing to prepare a biological synergistic activator, placing the biological synergistic activator into a storage tank, and sealing and storing at the temperature of 15 +/-5 ℃.
Example 6
A preparation method of a biological synergistic activator capable of improving microbial activity comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing a fermentation mixed solution: according to the mass ratio of 12: 7, uniformly mixing the honey fermentation waste liquid and the starch fermentation waste liquid at normal temperature to prepare a fermentation mixed liquid;
(2) adding a carbon source: adding 40 parts by mass of corn starch into the fermentation mixed liquid, and uniformly mixing at normal temperature to prepare primary mixed liquid;
(3) adding a nitrogen source: taking the mixture with the mass ratio of 0.5: 30: 6, uniformly mixing allantoin, bean powder and yeast powder at normal temperature to prepare a nitrogen source, adding 30 parts of the nitrogen source into the primary mixed solution prepared in the step (2), uniformly mixing to prepare a secondary mixed solution;
(4) taking sodium citrate and potassium hydrogen phosphate, and mixing the components according to the proportion of 5: 7, grinding to obtain a pH buffering agent, adding 11 parts of the pH buffering agent into the secondary mixed solution prepared in the step (3), heating the mixed solution to 50 ℃, fully mixing and dissolving, and cooling to room temperature;
(5) adding 25 parts of steroid saponin into the solution prepared in the step (4), uniformly mixing, heating to 150 ℃, sterilizing, and cooling to room temperature;
(6) and (3) adding 3 parts of biological catalytic enzyme into the sterilized solution obtained in the step (5) for uniform mixing to prepare a biological synergistic activator, placing the biological synergistic activator into a storage tank, and sealing and storing at the temperature of 15 +/-5 ℃.
Application example
The biological synergistic activator of the embodiments 1 to 6 of the invention is adopted to carry out biological synergistic action on a sewage treatment plant of a certain chemical plant, the synergistic activator is prepared and fermented one day before the biological synergistic activator is applied, and after the fermentation, the fermented synergistic activator is added into the diluted microbial agent to prepare the biological synergistic activator for treating sewage. An industrial sewage treatment tank body is additionally arranged at the opening of the industrial sewage discharge pipe, and a biological synergistic active agent is added into the sewage treatment tank body. The daily treatment capacity of the sewage treatment plant is 10000m3The average value of COD of the inlet water in months is 3200mg/L, the average value of COD of the outlet water in months is 400mg/L before the treatment by using the biological synergistic activator, and the average value of COD of the outlet water in months after the treatment by using the biological synergistic activator is shown in the following table 1:

As can be seen from table 1 above, the bio-synergistic active agent provided by the present invention has good microbial activity, can significantly improve sewage treatment efficiency, and the comparison shows that the use effect of the bio-synergistic active agent prepared in example 3 is the best.

Claims (9)
1. A biological synergistic activator capable of improving microbial activity is characterized in that: comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 20-40 parts of carbon source, 50-80 parts of fermentation mixed liquor, 15-30 parts of nitrogen source, 10-25 parts of steroid saponin, 2-11 parts of pH buffer and 0.5-3 parts of biological catalytic enzyme, wherein the carbon source is corn starch, the nitrogen source is a mixture consisting of allantoin, bean flour and yeast powder, and the fermentation mixed liquor is a mixed solution consisting of honey fermentation waste liquor and starch fermentation waste liquor.
2. The bio-potentiating activator for enhancing microbial activity of claim 1, wherein: the honey fermentation waste liquid is prepared by taking molasses as a raw material, and the dry basis content of the honey fermentation waste liquid is more than 40%; the starch fermentation waste liquid is prepared by taking starch as a raw material, the dry basis content in the starch fermentation waste liquid is more than 40%, and the honey fermentation waste liquid and the starch fermentation waste liquid are (5-12) in mass ratio: (3-7).
3. The bio-potentiating activator for enhancing microbial activity of claim 2, wherein: the potassium content in the honey fermentation waste liquid accounts for more than 50% of the total dry basis content of the honey fermentation waste liquid, and the nitrogen content accounts for more than 50% of the total dry basis content.
4. The bio-potentiating activator for enhancing microbial activity of claim 1, wherein: the mass ratio of allantoin, bean flour and yeast powder in the nitrogen source is (0.2-0.5) to (20-30): (3-6).
5. The bio-potentiating activator for enhancing microbial activity of claim 1, wherein: the pH buffering agent is sodium citrate and potassium hydrogen phosphate according to a mass ratio of (2-5): (3-7).
6. The bio-potentiating activator for enhancing microbial activity of claim 1, wherein: the biological catalytic enzyme is peptone, agarose and DNA polymerase according to the mass ratio (10-20): (15-25): (2-4) in the presence of a catalyst.
7. The method for preparing a bio-synergistic activator with microbial activity improvement function according to any one of claims 1 to 6, which comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing a fermentation mixed solution: uniformly mixing the honey fermentation waste liquid and the starch fermentation waste liquid at normal temperature to prepare a fermentation mixed liquid;
(2) adding a carbon source: adding corn starch into the fermentation mixed liquid, and uniformly mixing at normal temperature to prepare primary mixed liquid;
(3) adding a nitrogen source: uniformly mixing allantoin, bean flour and yeast powder at normal temperature to prepare a nitrogen source, adding the nitrogen source into the primary mixed liquid prepared in the step (2), uniformly mixing to prepare a secondary mixed liquid;
(4) uniformly mixing sodium citrate and potassium hydrogen phosphate, crushing and grinding to obtain a pH buffering agent, adding the pH buffering agent into the secondary mixed liquid prepared in the step (3), heating the mixed liquid to 50-55 ℃, fully mixing and dissolving, and cooling to room temperature;
(5) adding steroid saponin into the solution prepared in the step (4), uniformly mixing, heating to 120-150 ℃, sterilizing, and cooling to room temperature;
(6) adding the biological catalytic enzyme into the sterilized solution obtained in the step (5), uniformly mixing to obtain the biological synergistic activator, placing the biological synergistic activator into a storage tank, and sealing and storing at the temperature of 15 +/-5 ℃.
8. The use of a bio-potentiating activator for enhancing microbial activity according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein: the synergistic active agent is prepared 24-36h in advance and is fermented, and after fermentation, the fermented synergistic active agent is added into the diluted microbial agent to prepare the biological synergistic active agent for treating sewage.
9. The use of the bio-potentiating activator for enhancing microbial activity of claim 8, wherein: an industrial sewage treatment tank body is additionally arranged at the opening of the industrial sewage discharge pipe, and a biological synergistic activator is added into the sewage treatment tank body.
