In the embodiment, the air curtain machine 13 adopts a brushless centrifugal fan with SPAL-8050A power of 250W, the wind speed of the air outlet of the fan is up to 20m/s, and the requirement that the noise in the vehicle is lower than 68dB when the fan works at full power can be met; the embodiment can achieve the wind speed of 20m/s at the wind cavity 10, the wind speed of 13m/s at the wind outlet 6 of the wind cavity and the wind speed of 6m/s at the floor surface, and the fan can effectively form a wind wall to block the exchange of air inside and outside the vehicle and ensure the dissipation of cold in the vehicle when being started.
In the embodiment, the volume of the air curtain machine 13 is reduced to 1/4 of the original volume, the power of the fan is increased by two times, and the air curtain machine is hidden in the air duct 11, so that the air curtain machine is attractive in appearance and can reduce noise; the form of the air outlet is optimized in the embodiment, the air outlet on the air curtain machine 13 is adjusted into the form of the air cavity 10, and then the air outlet is connected to the air duct air outlet 15 through an air pipe, the air quantity is concentrated, the structure of the air outlet has the effect of air induction, and the air quantity can be well concentrated to form an effective air wall; the hidden scheme is attractive in appearance and improved in function.

Because the height of the air outlet is H=2100 mm from the floor surface, the common fan or scheme cannot meet the requirement of the lowest 4m/s on the floor surface, and in the embodiment, the brushless centrifugal fan with the inlet Spal-8050A is adopted, so that the noise is low, and the wind speed can reach 20m/s; under the condition of ensuring the above, the installation angle of the air outlet 15 of the air duct must be ensured to be vertically downward, so as to ensure the air quantity not to be lost as much as possible.
