Claims (6)
1. The pulley shaft production device is characterized in that: comprises a workbench (11), a rotating shaft (16) and a driving component; a first supporting plate (12) and a second supporting plate (13) are fixedly connected to the top side of the workbench (11); an electric push rod (14) is fixedly connected to the side surface of the first supporting plate (12); the output end of the electric push rod (14) is fixedly connected with a connecting plate (15); the connecting plate (15) is rotatably connected with a transmission shaft (19); a rotating disc is fixedly connected to the transmission shaft (19); a group of rotating shafts (16) penetrate through the rotating disc and are connected with the rotating disc in a rotating mode; one end of the rotating shaft (16) is fixedly connected with a first gear (18), and the other end of the rotating shaft is sleeved with a polishing wheel (17); the driving assembly is arranged on the side surface of the rotating disc; the driving assembly comprises a fixed shell (21) and a rack (25); the fixed shell (21) is fixedly connected to the side surface of the second supporting plate (13); a motor (22) is fixedly connected in the fixed shell (21); the output end of the motor (22) is fixedly connected with a second gear (23); a third gear (24) is arranged at the end part of the transmission shaft (19); a ratchet wheel is arranged between the third gear (24) and the transmission shaft (19); the rack (25) is fixedly connected to the side surface of the first supporting plate (12) at a position corresponding to the third gear (24).

The pulley shaft producing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: one end of the transmission shaft (19) far away from the connecting plate (15) is rotatably connected with a support plate (31); the support plate (31) and the connecting plate (15) have the same structure; a first supporting rod (32) and a second supporting rod (33) are fixedly connected between the first supporting plate (12) and the second supporting plate (13); the first supporting rod (32) penetrates through the connecting plate (15) and is connected with the connecting plate in a sliding mode; the second supporting rod (33) penetrates through the supporting plate (31) and is connected with the supporting plate in a sliding mode.

The pulley shaft producing apparatus according to claim 2, wherein: the connecting plate (15) and the support plate (31) are internally provided with sliding grooves (41); a first spring is fixedly connected to the inner side wall of the sliding groove (41); a lock rod (42) is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the first spring; the bottom end of the lock rod (42) is hemispherical; the transmission shaft (19) is provided with a fixing groove (43) at the position corresponding to the lock rod (42).

The pulley shaft producing apparatus according to claim 4, wherein: a pair of sliding grooves (61) are symmetrically formed in the screw rod (52); a pair of sliding cavities is symmetrically formed in the rotating shaft (16); a through groove is formed in one side, close to the grinding wheel (17), of the sliding cavity; a moving plate (62) is fixedly connected to the inner side wall of the fixed ring (53); the moving plate (62) is connected in the sliding groove (61) in a sliding manner; a plate body (66) is connected in the through groove in a sliding manner; a first rod body (64) is fixedly connected to one side of the plate body (66) far away from the grinding wheel (17); a second rod body (65) is connected in the sliding cavity in a sliding manner; the first rod body (64) and the second rod body (65) are both trapezoidal rods; a support groove is formed in the moving plate (62); a backing plate (63) is connected in the support groove in a sliding manner; and a second spring is fixedly connected between the backing plate (63) and the inner side wall of the supporting groove.

The pulley shaft producing apparatus according to claim 5, wherein: one side of the sliding cavity close to the through groove is symmetrically and fixedly connected with a pair of reset plates (7); the reset plate (7) is designed to be of an L-shaped structure; and a return spring is fixedly connected between the return plate (7) and the plate body (66).
