The liquid outlet support 24 is annular and hollow, a communication pipeline at one side of the liquid outlet support 24 receives cooling liquid from the pumping device 23, and the cooling liquid fills the hollow channel 25 in the whole liquid outlet support 24; the two layers of liquid outlet nozzles 26 uniformly arranged on the inner side of the liquid outlet support 24 in the circumferential direction can spray cooling liquid around the circular aluminum alloy workpiece at the same time, so that the circumferential side of the aluminum alloy workpiece is synchronously cooled, and stress concentration and deformation are effectively prevented; the thickness of the liquid outlet support 24 is twice of that of the finished aluminum alloy workpiece, and the liquid outlet nozzles 26 are arranged in two layers, so that the peripheral sides of the aluminum alloy workpiece are completely covered by cooling liquid spraying.

The controller can coordinate and control the servo motor 5, the demoulding cylinder 12, the electric cylinder 14 and the pumping device 23 to act, and extrusion forming of the aluminum alloy workpiece is completed.
The working process comprises the following steps: the servo motor 5 drives the gear 6 to rotate, the gear 6 drives the sliding racks 8 meshed with the gear to move, the two sliding racks 8 respectively drive the left side die 29 and the right side die 30 to move oppositely, so that the left side die 29 and the right side die 30 are in a die closing state, at the moment, the left side die 29, the right side die 30 and the lower die platform 2 form a forming space, and the left side die 29 and the right side die 30 are respectively fixed with the lower die platform 2 through fixing bolts (not shown in the figure); after cutting, the aluminum alloy bar raw material is sent into a heating device (not shown in the figure), after being heated by the heating device, the aluminum alloy bar raw material is sent to a forming space formed by a left side die 29, a right side die 30 and a lower die platform 2, and is vertically placed on the lower die platform 2, a controller controls an electric cylinder 14 to be started, the output end of the electric cylinder 14 pushes a guide plate 15 to move downwards, the guide plate 15 drives an upper die 20 to move downwards, the upper die 20 enters the forming space to extrude the aluminum alloy raw material and maintains the pressure for a certain time, in the process, the aluminum alloy raw material is extruded and deformed to flow into a demoulding groove 11, and the aluminum alloy flowing into the demoulding groove 11 forms two support lugs in the demoulding groove 11; the upper die 20 is lifted, the fixing bolt is removed, the servo motor 5 drives the gear 6 to rotate, the left side die 29 and the right side die 30 are driven to be separated through the sliding rack 8, and the left side die 29 and the right side die 30 are in a die opening state; the controller controls the demoulding cylinder 12 to act, and the ejector block 13 at the top of the demoulding cylinder 12 pushes the support lug to eject a finished product out, so that the whole demoulding process is completed; the demolding cylinder 12 lifts the aluminum alloy workpiece into the liquid outlet support 24, the pumping device 23 pumps cooling liquid into the hollow channel 25 in the liquid outlet support 24 through a pipeline, and the controller controls the nozzles to synchronously spray the cooling liquid, so that the peripheral side of the aluminum alloy workpiece is synchronously cooled; and (3) retracting the demoulding cylinder 12 to place the water-cooled aluminum alloy workpiece on the lower mould platform 2, performing subsequent cold treatment, and cutting off the support lugs on two sides of the aluminum alloy workpiece to obtain the aluminum alloy workpiece.
