The cleaning apparatus of claim 2, wherein: the bearing mechanism further comprises a sliding part, the sliding part is connected to the fixing plate and the bearing plate respectively, and the elastic part is arranged on the sliding part and abuts against the fixing plate and the bearing plate respectively.

The cleaning apparatus of claim 2, wherein: the cleaning mechanism further comprises a control valve, one end of the control valve is connected with the rotating part, and the other end of the control valve is used for being connected with an air source of the equipment so as to control the rotating speed of the rotating part.
10. A method of cleaning a bore in a spindle of an apparatus using a cleaning apparatus as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising the steps of:
fixing the cleaning device on the equipment and communicating the cleaning device with an air source of the equipment;
opening the cleaning device to enable the rotating part to drive the cleaning rod to rotate; and
and controlling the main shaft to move so that the cleaning rod enters the inner hole of the main shaft for cleaning.
