The embodiments described below with reference to the accompanying drawings are illustrative only for the purpose of explaining the present invention, and are not to be construed as limiting the present invention.
The water outlet device 100 of the water purifying apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 6.
As shown in fig. 1 and 6, a water outlet device 100 of a water purifying apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a body 10, a valve cartridge 20, an operating handle 30, a display assembly 40, a water inlet pipe 50, and a water outlet pipe 60.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, the body 10 has a first waterway 111 and a second waterway 112, the water inlet pipe 50 is communicated with the first waterway 111 for supplying water to the first waterway 111, and the water outlet pipe 60 is communicated with the second waterway 112 for receiving a flow of water flowing out of the second waterway 112. That is, the water flows from the inlet pipe 50 to the first channel 111, then to the second channel 112, and then to the outlet pipe 60 communicating with the second channel 112 for the user to use.
The valve core 20 is disposed in the body 10 for controlling the mutual connection and disconnection between the first water channel 111 and the second water channel 112, the operating handle 30 is movably disposed in the body 10, and the operating handle 30 is movable for synchronously adjusting the on-off state of the valve core 20. In other words, the first waterway 111 and the second waterway 112 have a connection state in which the water in the first waterway 111 can flow to the second waterway 112, and a disconnection state in which the water in the first waterway 111 is blocked by the valve element 20 and cannot flow to the second waterway 112, and the connection and disconnection of the first waterway 111 and the second waterway 112 can be controlled by adjusting the on-off state of the valve element 20 by adjusting the operation handle 30, that is, the water outlet or the closing of the water purifying apparatus can be controlled by operating the operation handle 30.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, a display assembly 40 is connected to the body 10 and protrudes from the body 10, and the display assembly 40 is used for displaying information of water flow and/or a filter element in the water purifying apparatus. For example, the display assembly 10 may be used to display information about water flow in a water purification apparatus, the display assembly 40 may be used to display information about a filter element in a water purification apparatus, and the display assembly 40 may be used to display information about water flow and a filter element in a water purification apparatus. Wherein, the information of the water flow includes, but is not limited to, TDS (Total dispersed solids, also called Total dissolved solids) before and after the water flow passes through the filter element, ph value and temperature, and the information of the filter element includes, but is not limited to, the service life of the filter element.
It can be understood that when a user operates the water purifying apparatus, the water outlet device 100 of the water purifying apparatus is generally operated, so that the interaction frequency of the water outlet device 100 and the user is high, the user also faces the water outlet device 100 when receiving water, and the user can more conveniently observe the water outlet device 100 rather than the host machine. Therefore, by connecting the display module 40 to the body 10, the user can visually observe the information displayed on the display module 40 when getting water, and the user can conveniently obtain the related information.
According to the water outlet device 100 of the water purifying apparatus provided by the embodiment of the invention, the display assembly 40 is arranged on the water storage device, so that a user can directly observe the relevant information displayed on the display assembly 40 when getting water, the position of the display device on the host computer does not need to be checked through complicated steps, and the user can conveniently obtain the relevant information.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the display element 40 protrudes from the body 10, and the display element 40 is shown facing the outlet pipe 60. That is, the display screen of the display assembly 40 is oriented upward to facilitate viewing of information displayed by the display assembly by a user. In addition, the display assembly 40 is arranged to protrude out of the body 10, so that the body 10 can be effectively prevented from shielding the sight, and the user can observe the display assembly more conveniently.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3 and 6 in combination with fig. 1, the body 10 includes an inner core 11 and an outer shell 12, the inner core 11 has a first water channel 111 and a second water channel 112, the outer shell 12 is disposed on an outer circumferential surface of the inner core 11, wherein the water inlet pipe 50 is connected to one end of the inner core 11 and is communicated with the first water channel 111, and the water outlet pipe 60 is connected to the other end of the inner core 11 and is communicated with the second water channel 112. The body 10 is divided into the inner core 11 and the outer shell 12, and the first water channel 111 and the second water channel 112 are both arranged in the inner core 11, that is, the inner core 11 separates the water flow, thereby effectively preventing the water flow from flowing to the display assembly 40, and the safety performance is high.
In some embodiments, the outlet pipe 60 is rotatably connected to the body 10, and the outlet pipe 60 keeps sealed with the second water channel 112 when the outlet pipe 60 rotates relative to the body 10. Set up outlet pipe 60 as rotationally connecting to body 10, when the user needs to get water, can rotate outlet pipe 60 and make outlet pipe 60 be in different positions, can select better angle in these positions and supply the user to get water, perhaps, rotate outlet pipe 60 when not needing to get water, "accomodate" outlet pipe 60 in suitable position to vacate the space and supply the user to carry out other activities, avoid carrying out other activities when the user causes the interference with other activities of user, for example the user washes one's face and rinses one's mouth or washs activities such as vegetables melon and fruit in the pond of washing one's mouth. The water outlet pipe 60 and the second water channel 112 are sealed, so that water flow cannot flow out from a gap between the second water channel 112 and the water outlet pipe 60 when the water outlet pipe 60 is rotated.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, 3 and 6, the outlet pipe 60 is provided with at least one sealing ring 61, the sealing ring 61 protrudes from the outer surface of the outlet pipe 60, and the sealing ring 61 is compressed when the outlet pipe 60 is assembled to the body 10 to ensure the sealing between the outlet pipe 60 and the second water channel 112. The sealing ring 61 is arranged to ensure the sealing performance, and effectively prevent water from flowing out from the gap between the water outlet pipe 60 and the second water channel 112. The number of the sealing rings 61 may be one, or a plurality of sealing rings 61 may be provided at intervals in the axial direction of the water outlet pipe 60, and the sealing performance can be further ensured by providing a plurality of sealing rings 61, thereby preventing water leakage.
The sealing ring 61 may be an elastic rubber or silicone ring, which can ensure that the water outlet pipe 60 can rotate relative to the body 10 to reduce abnormal sound and ensure sealing performance during compression.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, a first mounting groove 121 is formed in the outer shell 12, the display assembly 40 includes a display screen 41 and a wire 42, the wire 42 is electrically connected to the display screen 41, the display screen 41 is mounted in the first mounting groove 121, a wire passing groove 113 or a first wire passing gap is formed between the outer shell 12 and the inner core 11, and the wire 42 is adapted to pass through the wire passing groove 113 or the first wire passing gap. It can be understood that the wire 42 is set to pass through the wire passing groove 113 or the first wire passing gap, so that the contact between water flow and the wire 42 can be avoided, on one hand, the electricity consumption is safe, the short circuit and the electric leakage are effectively avoided, on the other hand, the water flow is not in contact with the wire 42, the possibility of secondary pollution of the water flow is reduced, and the water outlet quality is improved.
