Abstract
The invention discloses a connecting mechanism in a tap water purifier, which is arranged on an upper shell of a switching device and comprises a driving key and a clamping piece; the two clamping pieces are oppositely arranged above the flow dividing piece; the clamping piece comprises a clamping part, a rotating part and a driving part; the rotating part is positioned between the clamping part and the driving part and is rotatably connected in the upper shell; one side of the two opposite clamping parts is provided with an arc-shaped clamping surface, and the other side is provided with an elastic driving piece which drives the two clamping parts to rotate around the respective rotating parts in the directions approaching to each other; the two driving keys are oppositely embedded on the side wall of the upper shell, one end of the driving keys extends out of the upper shell, and the other end of the driving keys is abutted against the driving part of the driving keys. The connecting mechanism can be used for rapidly realizing the disassembly and assembly between the water purifier and the water tap, and is simple to operate.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to water purifying equipment, in particular to a connecting mechanism in a tap water purifier.
Background
With the rapid development of society, the living standard of people is increasingly improved, and people are increasingly pursuing healthy and high-quality living experiences, wherein the quality of water is particularly concerned. In daily life, the water directly drunk is required to be sterile and harmless, so that a high-specification water purifier is required to be used; but other water uses are also ensured to be clean and safe, such as cooking, dish washing, washing and the like, and a more convenient water purifier is needed. The tap type water purifier is a miniature water purifier which can be directly installed and hung on a tap, can directly filter water in a pipeline, has the advantages of clean and safe water outlet, rich mineral substances, high flow rate and the like, and is widely applied to family life.
In general, a conventional tap type water purifier includes a switching device and a filtering device, wherein the switching device is mainly used to change a water outlet mode, and is directly connected with a tap, so that raw water can flow from the tap to a diverter in the switching device and then flow into the filtering device or directly flow out of a water outlet. Because the connection mode between the switching device and the faucet is mostly in a threaded connection mode, the switching device can be separated from or fixed with the faucet by screwing the water purifier when being disassembled and assembled. However, the connection mode of the switching device has the following defects:
1. when the water purifier is disassembled, the switching device of the water purifier needs to be unscrewed with larger force, and then the water purifier is rotated along the lines, so that the labor and time are wasted; during installation, the screw thread mouth in the switching device is required to be aligned with the corresponding screw thread on the tap, and then the water purifier is rotated, otherwise, the water purifier is difficult to fix, and the water purifier is not convenient enough.
2. After the screw thread structure is screwed for many times, the imagination of a sliding wire is easy to generate, so that the water purifier is difficult to fix on a tap, and water leakage is possible.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the problems, and provides a connecting mechanism in a tap water purifier, which can be quickly assembled and disassembled between the water purifier and a tap and is simple to operate.
The aim of the invention is achieved by the following technical scheme:
The connecting mechanism in the tap water purifier is arranged on the upper shell of the switching device and comprises a driving key and a clamping piece;
The two clamping pieces are oppositely arranged above the flow dividing piece; the clamping piece comprises a clamping part, a rotating part and a driving part; the rotating part is positioned between the clamping part and the driving part and is rotatably connected in the upper shell; one side of the two opposite clamping parts is provided with an arc-shaped clamping surface, and the other side is provided with an elastic driving piece which drives the two clamping parts to rotate around the respective rotating parts in the directions approaching to each other;
the two driving keys are oppositely embedded on the side wall of the upper shell, one end of the driving keys extends out of the upper shell, and the other end of the driving keys is abutted against the driving part of the driving keys.
The working principle of the connecting mechanism is as follows:
Generally, in the process of installing the water purifier, in order to better connect with the water purifier, an adapter is firstly installed at the water outlet end of a faucet to be installed, and then two driving keys are pressed simultaneously, so that two opposite driving keys move in opposite directions; the driving part is abutted against the driving key, so that the clamping parts of the two clamping parts simultaneously rotate around the respective rotating parts in the directions away from each other along with the movement of the driving key, and a certain assembly space is reserved above the water inlet of the flow dividing part; then, the water inlet of the shunt piece of the switching device is aligned with the adapter and is close to the adapter, so that the adapter can be communicated with the water inlet of the shunt piece, then the driving key is loosened, the elastic driving piece drives the clamping portion to rotate towards the direction of the adapter until the clamping surface of the clamping portion abuts against the clamping groove of the adapter, and therefore installation work is completed.
Similarly, when the water purifier needs to be disassembled at the faucet, the two driving keys are pressed simultaneously, so that the clamping parts of the two clamping parts are simultaneously far away from the adapter around the respective rotating parts, then the water purifier is taken down, the driving keys are loosened, and the clamping parts of the clamping parts are reset under the driving of the elastic driving parts to finish the disassembly work.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the elastic driving member is an arc-shaped elastic strip, and one end of the elastic strip is fixed on one side of the clamping portion, which is close to the inner wall of the upper shell, and the other end of the elastic strip abuts against the inner wall of the upper shell. The elastic strip fixed on the clamping part has the advantages that on one hand, the clamping part can be driven to reset, and the clamping part is clamped in the clamping groove of the adapter, so that the water purifier and the water tap can be quickly connected; on the other hand, the elastic strip and the clamping piece are integrally arranged, so that the assembly difficulty of the switching device can be reduced, and the structure is simplified.
Preferably, the elastic strips are two, and are symmetrically arranged on one side of the clamping part, which is close to the inner wall of the upper shell. The two elastic strips can provide larger driving force for the clamping part of the clamping piece, and the stress is more balanced, so that the water purifier can be firmly connected to the faucet.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the elastic driving member is a compression spring, and one end of the compression spring abuts against the inner wall of the upper case, and the other end of the compression spring is fixed on the clamping portion of the clamping member.

Therefore, when the driving key is pressed, the clamping piece can be driven to be fixed in the clamping groove of the adapter, and when the driving key is released, the driving key is reset under the driving of the elastic driving piece, and the fixing part can be clamped in the inner cavity of the upper shell to prevent the driving key from being separated from the upper shell.
In a preferred scheme of the invention, one end of the driving part, which is close to the driving key, is provided with a tight abutting end of an arc structure, obviously, the driving part is tightly abutted on the driving key through the tight abutting end of the arc structure, and the tight abutting end of the driving part moves along the surface of the fixing part of the driving key while rotating around the rotating part under the driving of the driving key; the abutting end is of an arc structure, so that the driving button can slide on the surface of the fixing part more smoothly, and the driving button can drive the clamping piece and the clamped piece more easily.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the rotation portion is provided with a rotation hole that mates with the rotation shaft in the upper case.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

Referring to fig. 1to 3, the connection mechanism in the faucet water purifier of the present embodiment is provided on an upper case 1 of the switching device, and includes a driving key 2 and a clip 3; wherein, the number of the clamping pieces 3 is two, and the clamping pieces are oppositely arranged above the flow dividing piece 4; the clamping piece 3 comprises a clamping part 3-1, a rotating part 3-2 and a driving part 3-3; the rotating part 3-2 is positioned between the clamping part 3-1 and the driving part 3-3 and is rotatably connected in the upper shell 1; one side of the two clamping parts 3-1 opposite to each other is provided with an arc-shaped clamping surface 3-11, and the other side is provided with an elastic driving piece 5 for promoting the two clamping parts 3-1 to rotate around the respective rotating parts 3-2 in the directions approaching to each other; the two driving keys 2 are oppositely embedded on the side wall of the upper shell 1, one end of each driving key extends out of the upper shell 1, and the other end of each driving key abuts against the driving part 3-3 of the driving key 2.
Referring to fig. 1-3, the elastic driving member 5 is an arc-shaped elastic strip, one end of the elastic strip is fixed on one side of the clamping portion 3-1, which is close to the inner wall of the upper shell 1, and the other end of the elastic strip abuts against the inner wall of the upper shell 1. The elastic strip fixed on the clamping part 3-1 has the advantages that on one hand, the clamping part 3-1 can be driven to reset, the clamping part 3-1 is clamped in the clamping groove 9-1 of the adapter 9, and the water purifier is quickly connected with the faucet; on the other hand, the elastic strip and the clamping piece 3 are integrally arranged, so that the assembly difficulty of the switching device can be reduced, and the structure can be simplified.
Referring to fig. 1-3, the number of the elastic strips is two, and the elastic strips are symmetrically arranged at one side of the clamping part 3-1 close to the inner wall of the upper shell 1. The two elastic strips can provide larger driving force for the clamping part 3-1 of the clamping piece 3, and the stress is more balanced, so that the water purifier can be firmly connected to the faucet.

Through the structure, the fixing pad 6 is fixed on the flow dividing piece 4, the communication port 6-1 of the fixing pad is communicated with the water inlet of the flow dividing piece 4, the connector extends upwards and is matched in the inner hole of the adapter 9, and the fixing teeth 7 on the connector are clamped between tooth grooves, so that the assembled water purifier can be prevented from rotating.
Referring to fig. 5, the connector is provided with a sealing groove 8 below the fixing teeth 7, so that a sealing ring is sleeved in the sealing groove 8, and then the connector is fixed in an inner hole of the adapter 9, thereby preventing water leakage.
Referring to fig. 1-2, the driving key 2 includes a fixing portion and a pressing portion, and a matching hole is formed in a position of the upper case 1 corresponding to the driving key 2; the fixing part is positioned in the inner cavity of the upper shell 1 and is abutted against the driving part 3-3 of the clamping piece 3, and the pressing part penetrates through the matching hole to extend outwards. Thus, when the driving key 2 is pressed, the clamping piece 3 can be driven to be fixed in the clamping groove 9-1 of the adapter 9, when the driving key 2 is released, the driving key 2 is reset under the driving of the elastic driving piece 5, and the fixing part can be clamped in the inner cavity of the upper shell 1, so that the driving key 2 is prevented from being separated from the upper shell 1.
Referring to fig. 1-3, one end of the driving part 3-3, which is close to the driving key 2, is provided with a tight abutting end 3-31 with an arc structure, obviously, the driving part 3-3 is tightly abutted against the driving key 2 through the tight abutting end 3-31 with the arc structure, and under the driving of the driving key 2, the driving part 3-3 rotates around the rotating part 3-2, and meanwhile, the tight abutting end 3-31 also moves along the surface of the fixed part of the driving key 2; the abutting ends 3-31 are of arc structures, so that the driving key 2 can slide on the surface of the fixing part more smoothly, and the clamping piece 3 can be driven by the driving key 2 more easily.
