EXAMPLE 3 oil-water separation and refining apparatus
The invention also provides an oil-water separation pretreatment device, as shown in fig. 7, the oil-water separation pretreatment device comprises a shell 601 (i.e. a kettle body), the top of the shell 601 is provided with an oil discharge port 602 and an exhaust port 603, and a pressure gauge 604 is installed. The upper part of the shell is provided with a return opening 606, the return opening 606 is communicated with the outlet of the water collector 507, and the upper part of the shell is also provided with a liquid level meter 607 and a thermometer 609; the lower part of the shell is provided with a water outlet 612 and a liquid inlet 605, the liquid inlet 605 is communicated with the inlet of the water distributor 503, two sides of the lower part of the shell are respectively provided with a hand hole 608, and the bottom of the shell is provided with a discharge pipe 610 for discharging slag; the oil discharge port 602 is used for discharging oil after oil-water separation; the backflow port 606 is used for backflow of liquid which is not completely and effectively separated in the inner barrel 204 to the oil-water separation pretreatment equipment.
The housing 601 is internally provided with an oil-water separation and fine treatment filter element assembly 611, and the oil-water separation and fine treatment filter element assembly 611 is fixed on the inner wall of the housing 601 through a bracket 502.
The oil-water separation fine treatment filter element assembly comprises 9 oil-water separation filter elements 501, a bracket 502, a water distributor 503 and a water collector 507; wherein, 9 filter cores are circular arrangement, are equipped with 9 first joints 504 that supply oil separation filter core was inserted and is fixed on the support 502. As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the water distributor 503 is located below the bracket 502, and is provided with 9 water distribution branch pipes 505 and a total water distribution pipe 506 communicated with each branch pipe; each water distribution branch pipe is respectively communicated with the corresponding liquid inlet pipe 109 of the filter element 501, and further communicated with the liquid inlet 108. The bracket 502 is disc-shaped, the first joints are arranged in a ring shape, internal threads are arranged inside the first joints 504, the liquid inlet pipe 109 is inserted into the first joints 504, and the filter element 501 is fixed on the bracket 502 through a threaded connection mode. One end of the first joint 504 is communicated with the liquid inlet pipe 109, and the other end is communicated with the water distribution branch pipe 505. The water collector 507 is positioned above the filter element and is provided with 9 water collecting branch pipes 509 and a main water collecting branch pipe 508 communicated with each branch pipe; each water collecting branch pipe is respectively communicated with the return pipe 106 of the corresponding filter element 501, and further communicated with the return port 104. A second connection 511 is provided at the connection of the branch water collecting pipe 509 and the return pipe 106 for connecting the branch water collecting pipe 508 and the return pipe 106.
As shown in fig. 1, the cartridge includes a cartridge body 101, an upper closure 102, and a lower closure 103. The upper sealing cover 102 is covered and buckled on the top of the filter element cylinder 101, the lower sealing cover 103 is covered and buckled on the bottom of the filter element cylinder 101, the upper sealing cover 102 is provided with a backflow port 104, and the lower sealing cover 103 is provided with a liquid inlet 108. A section of return pipe 106 extends outwards from the top of the upper sealing cover 102, a section of liquid inlet pipe 109 extends outwards from the bottom of the lower sealing cover 103, and O-shaped rubber sealing rings 107 are sleeved on pipe bodies of the return pipe 106 and the liquid inlet pipe 109 so as to be conveniently connected with other parts; the pipe walls of the return pipe 106 and the liquid inlet pipe 109 can also be provided with threads to enhance the stability of the connection.
As shown in fig. 2, the filter element cylinder 101 is composed of a protective net outer cylinder 201, a filling layer 202 and an inner cylinder 203 in sequence from outside to inside. The packing layer 202 is formed by winding hydrophilic and oleophobic fiberglass filter filaments along the outer wall of the inner cylinder 203, as shown in fig. 3. The hydrophilic and oleophobic glass fiber filter wire in the filling layer 202 has a winding density of 0.95gcm3The monofilament diameter of the hydrophilic and oleophobic glass fiber filter was 10 μm. The protective net of the protective net outer cylinder 201 is made of stainless steel, meshes are rhombic, the thickness is 2-5 mm, and the aperture of each mesh is 1-2 cm. In the invention, the hydrophilic oleophobic glass fiber filter can be directly purchased from the market, and can also be obtained by carrying out hydrophilic oleophobic treatment on the glass fiber filter by the conventional technical means. In addition, as shown in FIG. 4, the inner cylinder 203 is provided with a plurality of water holes 401 for allowing liquid to flow in and flow out from the return opening 104.
The operation flow of the oil-water separation fine treatment device when treating the output liquid of the oil field is as follows: the pretreated oil field produced fluid (mainly emulsion with the diameter less than 20 microns in the oil field produced fluid) enters a filter element inside a shell of an oil-water separation fine treatment device through a fluid inlet and a water distributor, the oil field produced fluid sequentially passes through an inner cylinder of the filter element, a filling layer and a protective net from inside to outside, under the demulsification action of the filling layer, the emulsion in the oil field produced fluid is separated into water and oil, flows out of an inner cavity of the shell of the oil-water separation fine treatment device through the outer cylinder of the protective net and is influenced by density, the oil separated in the emulsion floats on the water surface, the oil floating on the water surface rises to an oil discharge port along with the increase of the flowing liquid, and clean water under the oil flows out of the shell through a water outlet, so that the purpose of oil-water separation is finally achieved. Detecting the effluent, and if the oil content in the effluent is lower than 30ppm, continuously performing the process; and if the oil content in the effluent is higher than 30ppm, starting the water collector, and enabling the oil field output liquid flowing into the inner barrel to flow back to the upper-stage oil-water separation pretreatment equipment for treatment through the water collector and the backflow port according to a certain proportion.
Application example 1
The filter element and the oil-water separation fine treatment device are applied to the oil-water separation treatment of the oil field output liquid, and the specific content is as follows:

The application example takes the effluent liquid after oil-water separation pretreatment as the oil field output liquid to be treated, and the oil content is emulsified oil with the oil content of 0-100 mg/l; introducing the oil field produced liquid into an oil-water separation fine treatment device for oil-water separation treatment, and controlling the incoming liquid pressure and liquid treatment capacity of the oil-water separation fine treatment device and the oil discharge frequency; the oil content of the inlet water and the oil content of the outlet water of the oil-water separation and fine treatment device at different time points and the oil content of the collected oil are monitored, and the results are shown in the following table.

The oil-water separation pretreatment device can ensure that the oil content of the effluent reaches the standard (the oil content of the effluent is less than or equal to 30mg/l) under the conditions of higher incoming liquid pressure, higher treatment capacity and pressure difference, and the effluent of the oil-water separation pretreatment device is good in color and low in suspended matter content and can directly reach most of water injection quality standards of an oilfield field, and after the oil-water separation pretreatment device operates for 1 month, a filter element is not obviously polluted and still keeps a stable operation state.
Claims (10)
1. An oil-water separation fine treatment device comprises a shell, and is characterized in that a filter element assembly is arranged in the shell and comprises a plurality of filter elements, a bracket and a water distributor; the filter core includes a filter core section of thick bamboo, and the lid is buckled at the last closing cap at filter core section of thick bamboo top to and the lid is buckled at the lower closing cap of filter core bobbin base portion, a filter core section of thick bamboo is by outer to interior include in proper order: the protective net comprises a protective net outer cylinder, a filling layer and an inner cylinder; the filling layer is formed by winding hydrophilic oleophobic glass fiber filter filaments along the outer wall of the inner cylinder; a plurality of water through holes are formed in the inner cylinder; a liquid inlet is arranged on the lower sealing cover; the filter element is fixed on the bracket, and the liquid inlet of the filter element is communicated with the outlet of the water distributor; the lower part of the shell is provided with a water outlet and a liquid inlet communicated with the water distributor inlet, and the top of the shell is provided with an oil discharge port and an exhaust port.

The oil-water separation polishing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the filter element assembly further comprises a water collector; the upper sealing cover is provided with a backflow port, and the top of the upper sealing cover extends outwards to form a backflow pipe; the water collector is provided with a plurality of water collecting branch pipes and a main water collecting pipe communicated with each branch pipe, and each water collecting branch pipe is respectively connected with the corresponding return pipe; and a backflow outlet is arranged at the upper part of the shell and is communicated with the outlet of a main water collecting pipe of the water collector.

The oil-water separation fine processing device according to claim 1, wherein a liquid level meter and a thermometer are installed on the upper part of the shell, and a pressure gauge is installed on the top of the shell; the bottom of the shell is provided with a discharge pipe, and the middle part of the shell is provided with a hand hole.

The oil-water separating and fine processing device according to claim 1, wherein the bracket is provided with a plurality of joints for fixing the filter element, and two ends of the joints are respectively communicated with the liquid inlet of the filter element and the outlet of the water distributor.

The oil-water separation fine processing device according to claim 4, wherein a liquid inlet pipe extends outwards from the bottom of the lower sealing cover, and the liquid inlet pipe is inserted into the joint, so that the filter element is fixed on the bracket; the water distributor is positioned below the bracket and is provided with a plurality of water distribution branch pipes and a main water distribution pipe communicated with each branch pipe; each water distribution branch pipe is respectively communicated with the corresponding joint.
