The invention has the technical effects and advantages that: 1. according to the invention, the first spring is deformed in an adaptive manner by moving the spray head and the shell, so that the spray head and the first sliding block move up and down, and then the spray head sprays the medicament on the skin of people, thereby achieving the effect of telescopic spraying;
2. the first piston rod is manually moved downwards by people, so that the telescopic rod is compressed, the second spring is compressed, and then the medicine enters the spring guide tube from the first liquid guide tube, and the medicine feeding effect is achieved;
3. the second baffle is manually moved leftwards by people, so that the sliding rod is moved leftwards, the third spring is compressed, and then the medicine is injected into the lower side in the shell by people, so that the medicine adding effect is achieved;

A drug smearing device for dermatology department is shown in figures 1-13 and comprises a shell 1, a spray head 2, a telescopic mechanism 3, a spraying mechanism 4 and an opening and closing mechanism 5, wherein the telescopic mechanism 3 is arranged on the upper side in the shell 1, the spraying mechanism 4 is arranged on the right side in the shell 1, the spray head 2 for spraying a drug is arranged on the telescopic mechanism 3, and the opening and closing mechanism 5 is arranged on the lower side of the shell 1.
The telescopic mechanism 3 comprises a first spring 31, first sliding blocks 32, sliding rails 33 and spring guide pipes 34, the sliding rails 33 are fixedly connected to the left side and the right side in the shell 1, the first sliding blocks 32 are arranged on the two sliding rails 33 in a sliding mode, the two first sliding blocks 32 are connected with the spray head 2, the spring guide pipes 34 are arranged on the lower portion of the spray head 2, and six first springs 31 are uniformly arranged between the spray head 2 and the shell 1.
Spraying mechanism 4 is including first fixed cover 41, liquid storage cylinder 42, first catheter 43, first piston rod 44, telescopic link 45 and second spring 46, the equal rigid coupling in both sides has first fixed cover 41 about the right part in shell 1, be connected with the liquid storage cylinder 42 that holds the medicament between two first fixed covers 41, be connected with first catheter 43 between liquid storage cylinder 42 and the spring pipe 34, liquid storage cylinder 42 upside slidingtype is equipped with first piston rod 44, liquid storage cylinder 42 upper portion evenly is equipped with four telescopic links 45, four telescopic links 45 all are connected with first piston rod 44, be connected with second spring 46 between first piston rod 44 and the telescopic link 45, second spring 46 is around on telescopic link 45, second spring 46 has four.
The opening and closing mechanism 5 comprises a first baffle 51, a second baffle 52, sliding rods 53 and a third spring 54, the first baffle 51 is arranged on the right side of the lower part of the shell 1 in a sliding manner, the sliding rods 53 are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the first baffle 51, the second baffle 52 is fixedly connected between the left parts of the two sliding rods 53, the second baffle 52 is connected with the shell 1 in a sliding manner, the third spring 54 is connected between the two sliding rods 53 and the first baffle 51, and the third spring 54 is wound on the sliding rods 53.
