Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of daily chemicals, and particularly relates to a hair dye utilizing tyrosinase to catalyze artificial melanin polymerization and a preparation method thereof.
Background
China will enter an aging society in the 21 st century, and with the gradual increase of people in the white hair class, the market demand of hair dyeing products is gradually increased. In addition, the rhythm of life is fast, the work is tense in the present society, white hair and alopecia caused by the tension and busy are increased obviously, and the hair dyeing product brings a huge market. However, most of the permanent hair dyes on the market currently have potential safety problems, and the carcinogenic and harmful components (such as phenylenediamine, hydrogen peroxide and the like) contained in the permanent hair dyes are more and more concerned.
Melanin in hair is formed primarily by the reaction of tyrosine and tyrosinase within the color body (immature melanin). Tyrosine is catalyzed and oxidized to form active intermediate 5, 6-dihydroxyindole, and then further oxidized to form melanin. Due to the activity of the 5, 6-dihydroxyindole intermediate, the intermediate is easy to oxidize and self-polymerize under the conditions of alkalinity and air, and does not need the stimulation of an initiator, so that the 5, 6-dihydroxyindole melanin hair dye is safer for human bodies. However, although the 5, 6-dihydroxyindole intermediate is sufficiently active, it is still difficult to oxidize and blacken the hair naturally in air in a short time, so that the color fixing effect is poor.

TABLE 1 Components of examples 1-5 and comparative example 1
The effect of the hair dye of the embodiments 1 to 5 is evaluated by the following method: cleaning white hair with L value of 66.2 and chroma of 10 with shampoo, uniformly applying the first preparation on hair, and standing in air for 30 min; rubbing and washing the hair for 15min by using a second agent, and then washing and drying the hair by using clean water. And evaluating the hair dyeing blackness and the fixation durability of the hair.
The evaluation method of the hair dyeing blackness comprises the following steps: and testing the blackness for 3 times by using a color difference meter, and taking an average value. The blackness L value range of normal black hair is 16-18, and the smaller the L value is, the blacker the hair color is. The evaluation method of the fixation durability comprises the following steps: and repeatedly washing and drying the hair after the hair dyeing is finished, wherein one-time washing is one cycle, the times of reducing the hair chroma by one degree are recorded as the times of water resistance, and the durability of the hair dyeing effect is evaluated through the times of water resistance.
The dyeing blackness and fixation durability of the hair dye of the example 1-5 and the comparative example 1 are shown in Table 2. As can be seen from the table 2, compared with the comparative example 1, the hair dyeing blackness and the fixation durability of the hair dyes in the examples 1 to 5 are obviously improved. The trace tyrosinase can efficiently and mildly catalyze the rapid polymerization of 5, 6-dihydroxyindole molecules to form melanin, and the melanin is obvious in black dyeing effect, high in fixation durability after dyeing and not easy to wash.
