Abstract
本发明公开了一种二硫化硒洗发水及提高二硫化硒洗发水稳定性的方法,组分:二硫化硒0.5‑1.0%、泛醇0.2‑0.5%、水杨酸0.2‑0.5%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.05‑0.2%、表面活性剂15‑20%、发用调理剂1.0‑5.0%、溶剂70‑80%、防腐剂0.6‑1%及pH调节剂0.2‑0.4%。本发明提高二硫化硒稳定性的方法通过稳定性测试证明能够有效提高二硫化硒的稳定性,解决二硫化硒在高温下的变色问题,通过本发明制备的洗发水去屑效果经过测试效果佳。

技术领域
发明涉及洗护产品技术领域,特别涉及一种二硫化硒洗发水及提高二硫化硒洗发水稳定性的方法。
背景技术
头屑是头皮角质细胞过度增生而引起的大量脱屑现象,目前多数学者认为头皮屑属于发生在头皮的轻型脂溢性皮炎。根据2018年发表在《实用皮肤病学杂志》中《脂溢性皮炎病因机制研究进展》一文中描述,头皮屑在成年人中发病率高达 50%,根据2012年卫生部统计,我国大约有60%的成年人不同程度地受到头屑问题困扰,其中15% 的人症状十分严重,甚至合并脱发,影响外表和社交自信心,所以有强烈的治疗意愿。消费者调研显示20-50岁占了89.1%去屑产品的购买比例。
脂溢性皮炎产生的机制目前比较公认的包括马拉色菌的无抑制增殖,皮脂腺活性增强和个体免疫功能紊乱相关,在治疗方面主要是以去脂、消炎、杀菌、止痒等对症治疗为主。局部用药以其使用安全,疗效可靠,得到比较广泛的临床应用,常用外用治疗药物包括:联苯苄唑,环吡酮,酮康唑,二硫化硒,吡硫鎓锌,焦油香波,特比萘芬和外用糖皮质激素。
二硫化硒具有抗皮脂溢出、抑制马拉色菌繁殖 、和抗表皮增生的药理作用,对去头屑和头皮脂溢性皮炎有良好的疗效。由于二硫化硒产品性能不稳定,产品的颜色随着时间和温度增加会变为棕红色至棕黑色,经研究其变色的可能原因有两方面,二硫化硒氧化洗发水的生产工艺相对复杂,以化妆品开发的二硫化硒洗发水产品很少。
泛醇(Panthenol),即维生素原B5,是应用较广泛的维生素B类营养补充剂,广泛应用在医药、食品、饲料、化妆品等领域,皮肤药剂类、护肤、毛发类化妆品较广泛应用。泛醇具有多羟基结构,具有较好的抗氧化性能。
水杨酸是一种天然活性成分,也称为β-羟基酸(BHA),作为一种非常重要的天然活性成分,它存在于许多植物如:柳树皮、甜桦树皮及白珠树中。水杨酸已经被广泛运用于治疗头皮糠疹、痤疮、皮肤老化等有关皮肤方面的问题,水杨酸作为酸性美白物质具有去角质和清理毛孔能力,可以溶解角质间的构成形物质,使角质层产生脱落,去除积聚过厚的角质层,促进新陈代谢。水杨酸类药物的基本结构为邻羟基苯甲酸,由于羧基邻位的羟基取代,能与羧基形成分子内氢键,增强了羧基中氧氢键的极性,酸性增强。水杨酸在弱酸性环境下具有络合金属离子的性能。
乙二胺四乙酸二钠又叫做EDTA-2Na,是化学中一种良好的配合剂,它有六个配位原子,形成的配合物叫做螯合物。乙二胺四乙酸二钠为白色结晶颗粒或粉末,无臭、无味。它能溶于水,极难溶于乙醇。它是一种重要的螯合剂,能螯合溶液中的金属离子。防止金属引起的变色、变质、变浊和维生素C的氧化损失,还能提高油脂的抗氧化性(油脂中的微量金属如铁、铜等有促进油脂氧化的作用)。
目前还没有关于含有泛醇、水杨酸和乙二胺四乙酸二钠的二硫化硒洗发水以及提高二硫化硒洗发水稳定性的相关报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种二硫化硒洗发水及提高二硫化硒洗发水稳定性的方法,本发明提高二硫化硒稳定性的方法通过稳定性测试证明能够有效提高二硫化硒的稳定性,解决二硫化硒在高温下的变色问题,通过本发明制备的洗发水去屑效果经过测试效果佳,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种二硫化硒洗发水,包括以下组分:二硫化硒0.5-1.0%、泛醇0.2-0.5%、水杨酸0.2-0.5%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.05-0.2%、表面活性剂15-20%、发用调理剂1.0-5.0%、溶剂70-80%、防腐剂0.6-1%及pH调节剂0.2-0.4%。
进一步地,包括以下组分:二硫化硒0.6-0.8%、泛醇0.3-0.4%、水杨酸0.3-0.4%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.06-0.18%、表面活性剂16-19%、发用调理剂2-4%、溶剂72-78%、防腐剂0.65-0.98%及pH调节剂0.25-0.38%。
进一步地,所述表面活性剂包括月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、月桂醇聚醚-2、月桂醇硫酸酯铵、椰油酰水解燕麦蛋白钾、月桂醇聚醚-23、C12-15链烷醇聚醚-3、椰油酰铵MEA、鲸蜡醇、肉豆蔻醇、硬脂醇。
进一步地,所述发用调理剂包括瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、聚季铵盐-10、椰油酰胺丙基PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯钠、马来酸改性蓖麻油。
进一步地,所述溶剂包括水。
进一步地,所述防腐剂包括苯氧乙醇、乙基己基甘油。
进一步地,所述pH调节剂包括柠檬酸、水杨酸钠。
进一步地,所述pH调节剂调节的pH为5.5-6.5。
本发明提供另一种提高二硫化硒洗发水稳定性的方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1:在烧杯中加入适量水、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、泛醇、水杨酸搅拌均匀溶解,后加入二硫化硒超声30分,使二硫化硒均匀分散在溶液中,制成二硫化硒分散液,备用;
步骤2:将丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物用3倍水分散均匀,形成分散液,备用;
步骤3:将瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、聚季铵盐-10、椰油酰胺丙基PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯钠、马来酸改性蓖麻油分散于水中,加热至80-85℃,搅拌溶解均匀,加入主罐中;
步骤4:依次将月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、月桂醇聚醚-2、月桂醇硫酸酯铵、椰油酰水解燕麦蛋白钾、月桂醇聚醚-23、C12-15链烷醇聚醚-3、椰油酰铵MEA、鲸蜡醇、肉豆蔻醇、硬脂醇加入主罐中,保温80-85℃,搅拌溶解均匀,加入柠檬酸、水杨酸钠、苯氧乙醇、乙基己基甘油,溶解均匀;
步骤5:将氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷加入主罐中,搅拌均匀,降温至50-60℃,加入丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物分散液,搅拌均匀。
步骤6:降温至40℃以下,加入预制二硫化硒分散液,搅拌均匀,加入溶解的氢氧化钠调节pH至6.0,真空均质3000rpm、30分钟,混合均匀后出料。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明针对二硫化硒洗发水不稳定的问题,利用EDTA-2钠螯合作用螯合导致二硫化硒变色的金属离子,通过泛醇和水杨酸的抗氧化性维持二硫化硒在洗发水中的结构稳定性,三种原料发挥协同作用,达到保持二硫化硒的稳定状态。同时通过pH调节剂将洗发水pH控制在微酸环境(5.0-7.0)保持二硫化硒的稳定性及螯合剂和抗氧化剂性能,进而提高二硫化硒洗发水的稳定性,特别是延长二硫化硒洗发水在高温环境下的储存周期。

实施例1
一种二硫化硒洗发水,包括以下组分:月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠9.8%、月桂醇聚醚-20.14%、月桂醇硫酸酯铵3.51%、椰油酰水解燕麦蛋白钾1.5%、丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物1.2096%、月桂醇聚醚-23 0.2%、鲸蜡醇0.1972%、肉豆蔻醇0.0018%、硬脂醇0.001%、椰油酰胺 MEA1%、C12-15 链烷醇聚醚-3 0.15%、苯氧乙醇0.5625%、乙基己基甘油0.0625%、聚二甲基硅氧烷1.24%、马来酸改性蓖麻油0.5%、氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷0.1%、瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵0.2%、聚季铵盐-10 0.0952%、椰油酰胺丙基PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯钠0.37%、二硫化硒1%、泛醇0.3%、水杨酸0.3%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.1%、水杨酸钠0.3%、柠檬酸0.05%,水及其他微量成分补充至100%,依据该配方制备能够提高稳定性的二硫化硒洗发水的方法如下:
步骤1:在烧杯中加入适量水、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、泛醇、水杨酸搅拌均匀溶解,后加入二硫化硒超声30分,使二硫化硒均匀分散在溶液中,制成二硫化硒分散液,备用。
步骤2:将丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物用3倍水分散均匀,形成分散液,备用
步骤3:将发用调理剂(瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、聚季铵盐-10、椰油酰胺丙基PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯钠、马来酸改性蓖麻油)分散于水中,加热至80-85℃,搅拌溶解均匀,加入主罐中。
步骤4:依次将表面活性剂(月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、月桂醇聚醚-2、月桂醇硫酸酯铵、椰油酰水解燕麦蛋白钾、月桂醇聚醚-23、C12-15链烷醇聚醚-3、椰油酰铵MEA、鲸蜡醇、肉豆蔻醇、硬脂醇)加入主罐中,保温80-85℃,搅拌溶解均匀,加入柠檬酸、水杨酸钠、苯氧乙醇、乙基己基甘油,溶解均匀。
步骤5:将发用调理剂(氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷)加入主罐中,搅拌均匀。降温至50-60℃,加入丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物分散液,搅拌均匀。
步骤6:降温至40℃以下,加入预制二硫化硒分散液,搅拌均匀,加入溶解的氢氧化钠调节pH至6.0,真空均质3000rpm、30分钟,混合均匀后出料。
实施例2
一种二硫化硒洗发水,包括以下组分:月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠9.8%、月桂醇聚醚-20.14%、月桂醇硫酸酯铵3.51%、椰油酰水解燕麦蛋白钾1.5%、丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物1.2096%、月桂醇聚醚-23 0.2%、鲸蜡醇0.1972%、肉豆蔻醇0.0018%、硬脂醇0.001%、椰油酰胺 MEA1%、C12-15 链烷醇聚醚-3 0.15%、苯氧乙醇0.5625%、乙基己基甘油0.0625%、聚二甲基硅氧烷1.24%、马来酸改性蓖麻油0.5%、氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷0.1%、瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵0.2%、聚季铵盐-10 0.0952%、椰油酰胺丙基PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯钠0.37%、二硫化硒0.5%、泛醇0.3%、水杨酸0.3%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.1%、水杨酸钠0.3%、柠檬酸0.05%,水及其他微量成分补充至100%,本实施例制备能够提高稳定性的二硫化硒洗发水的方法步骤与实施例1相同,故不做赘述。

以上实施例1和实施例2以及对比例1和对比例2的配方统计对比如下表:
试验例1 二硫化硒洗发水稳定性测试试验
试验样品:实施例1的配方、实施例2的配方、对比例1的配方及对比例2的配方。
试验方法:将试验样品分别置于干燥透明的玻璃瓶中密闭放置于稳定性考察箱中。测试结果如表1:
由上表1结果可以看出,在经过1个月的稳定性考察后,对比例1和对比例2在高温下出现明显颜色变化,而本发明方法制备的实施例1和实施例2稳定性较好,未出现分层和变色现象。
试验例2 二硫化硒洗发水去屑效果测试
试验样品:采用实施例1的配方、实施例2的配方、对比例1的配方及对比例2的配方制备得到的洗发水。
测试方法:将132名有头屑的志愿者分为4组,每组33人,每周2次使用试验样品的洗发水,通过志愿者的使用感受评估安全性和去屑功效。去屑功效标准:(1)非常有效:去屑效果非常好,泡沫细腻充盈,洗后头发清爽不紧绷;(2)有效:有一定去屑效果,泡沫较易冲洗,洗后头发不干燥;(3)无效:使用前后无变化。
试验结果:测试结果如下表2:

通过上表2可以看出,本发明实施例1和实施例2制备得到的洗发水去屑效果明显,根据试验志愿者反馈未发现有头皮刺痛或发红等刺激性问题发生,有效率较高。对比例1和对比例2制备得到的洗发水,根据试验志愿者反馈有发现有头皮刺痛或发红等刺激性问题发生,有效率较低,由此可见,本发明提高了二硫化硒洗发水稳定性所制备的二硫化硒洗发水具有良好的去屑效果,同时对头皮无刺激安全性好。

1.一种二硫化硒洗发水,其特征在于,包括以下组分:二硫化硒0.5-1.0%、泛醇0.2-0.5%、水杨酸0.2-0.5%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.05-0.2%、表面活性剂15-20%、发用调理剂1.0-5.0%、溶剂70-80%、防腐剂0.6-1%及pH调节剂0.2-0.4%,所述表面活性剂包括月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、月桂醇聚醚-2、月桂醇硫酸酯铵、椰油酰水解燕麦蛋白钾、月桂醇聚醚-23、C12-15链烷醇聚醚-3、椰油酰铵MEA、鲸蜡醇、肉豆蔻醇、硬脂醇,所述发用调理剂包括瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、聚季铵盐-10、椰油酰胺丙基PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯钠、马来酸改性蓖麻油,所述pH调节剂调节的pH为5.5-6.5。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种二硫化硒洗发水,其特征在于,包括以下组分:二硫化硒0.6-0.8%、泛醇0.3-0.4%、水杨酸0.3-0.4%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.06-0.18%、表面活性剂16-19%、发用调理剂2-4%、溶剂72-78%、防腐剂0.65-0.98%及pH调节剂0.25-0.38%。

6.一种提高如权利要求1-5任一项所述的二硫化硒洗发水稳定性的方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤1:在烧杯中加入适量水、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、泛醇、水杨酸搅拌均匀溶解,后加入二硫化硒超声30分,使二硫化硒均匀分散在溶液中,制成二硫化硒分散液,备用;
步骤2:将丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物用3倍水分散均匀,形成分散液,备用;
步骤3:将瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、聚季铵盐-10、椰油酰胺丙基PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯钠、马来酸改性蓖麻油分散于水中,加热至80-85℃,搅拌溶解均匀,加入主罐中;
步骤4:依次将月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、月桂醇聚醚-2、月桂醇硫酸酯铵、椰油酰水解燕麦蛋白钾、月桂醇聚醚-23、C12-15链烷醇聚醚-3、椰油酰铵MEA、鲸蜡醇、肉豆蔻醇、硬脂醇加入主罐中,保温80-85℃,搅拌溶解均匀,加入柠檬酸、水杨酸钠、苯氧乙醇、乙基己基甘油,溶解均匀;
步骤5:将氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷加入主罐中,搅拌均匀,降温至50-60℃,加入丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物分散液,搅拌均匀;
步骤6:降温至40℃以下,加入预制二硫化硒分散液,搅拌均匀,加入溶解的氢氧化钠调节pH至6.0,真空均质3000rpm、30分钟,混合均匀后出料。
