本公开是关于一种通信方法、通信装置及存储介质。通信方法,应用于网络设备,所述通信方法包括:确定通信参数的门限值,所述门限值包括第一门限值和第二门限值,且所述第一门限值与所述第二门限值不同;发送所述通信参数的门限值。或者确定通信参数偏移量以及通信参数门限值;发送所述通信参数偏移量以及通信参数门限值。或者确定通信参数测量值的合并参数值以及通信参数门限值,所述合并参数值用于终端确定测量资源;发送所述合并参数值以及所述通信参数门限值。通过本公开可以为不同终端提供差异化的通信方式,提高通信接入成功率。
