Please refer to fig. 1 to 6, as shown: the invention provides a fastening device 1, which comprises at least one seat body 11 and at least one fastening body 12.
The base 11 can be disposed on the first object 10.
The buckle 12 is movably disposed on the base 11, and the buckle 12 is matched with the base 11 to lock and unlock, so that the buckle 12 is combined with or separated from the second object 20.
When in use, the fastening device 1 can be assembled on the first object 10, the first object 10 is a printed circuit board or a PCB, and then the buckle 12 can be moved to one side, the second object 20 is placed on the seat 11, and the buckle 12 is moved transversely to the direction of the second object 20, so that the buckle 12 is locked to the second object 10, and the combination of the buckle 12 and the second object 20 is completed (as shown in fig. 5). When the second object 20 is to be separated, the buckle 12 is moved to one side again, so that the buckle 12 is moved away from the second object 20 to unlock, and the second object 20 is separated from the seat 11 (as shown in fig. 6). Thus, the base body 11 can be combined with the first object 10, and the buckle body 12 can be used for locking and unlocking in cooperation with the base body 11, so that the buckle body 12 can be combined with or separated from the second object 20, and the combination and separation of the two objects can be completed, thereby achieving the effect of repeated and rapid combination and separation.
In an embodiment of the invention, the base 11 has at least one assembling portion 111, and the assembling portion 111 can be formed by welding, fastening, locking, expanding, or adhering to fix the base 11 on the first object 10. Thus, the seat body 11 can be stably arranged on the first object 10, so as to facilitate the moving operation of the buckle body 12.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the number of the assembling portions 111 is two, wherein one assembling portion 111 is integrally extended to the bottom of the seat body 11, and the other assembling portion 111 is combined to the bottom of the seat body 11; in addition, each of the assembling portions 111 may also be integrally extended from the bottom of the seat 11, or be integrally formed with the bottom of the seat 11. Thus, the seat body 11 can be stably arranged on the first object 10, so as to facilitate the moving operation of the buckle body 12.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the seat body 11 is laterally provided with a sliding portion 112, the buckle body 12 is laterally provided with a corresponding sliding portion 121, and the corresponding sliding portion 121 is movably abutted with the sliding portion 112, so that the buckle body 12 is transversely movably combined with the seat body 11. Wherein the sliding part 112 is a groove or a guide rail, and the corresponding sliding part 121 is a guide rail or a groove. Therefore, when the buckle 12 moves laterally on the seat 11, the corresponding sliding portion 121 and the sliding portion 112 can be engaged with each other to achieve a smooth movement effect, so as to facilitate the locking or unlocking operation.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the seat body 11 is laterally provided with the stop portion 113, and the buckle body 12 is laterally provided with the corresponding stop portion 122, and the corresponding stop portion 122 and the stop portion 113 are movably abutted, so that the buckle body 12 is locked and then limited, so that the buckle body 12 achieves the effect of stable locking.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the stop portion 113 or the corresponding stop portion 122 is a snap-fit type, wherein the stop portion 113 or the corresponding stop portion 122 has a sliding surface with an inclined surface or an arc surface for sliding correspondingly, and a snap-fit surface with a right angle or approaching the right angle or an angle larger than the sliding surface is formed behind the sliding surface for performing a snap-fit combination. Therefore, the invention can better meet the requirement of practical application.
In the embodiment of the present invention, one end of the seat 11 has an abutting portion 114, one end of the buckle 12 has a fixing portion 123, and the abutting portion 114 corresponds to the fixing portion 123. When the buckle 12 is used, the second object 20 is placed on the abutting portion 114 of the seat 11, and the buckle 12 is moved laterally toward the second object 20, so that the fixing portion 123 of the buckle 12 is locked to the second object 10, and the combination of the buckle 12 and the second object 20 is completed (as shown in fig. 5). When the second object 20 is to be separated, the buckle 12 is moved to one side again, so that the fixing portion 123 of the buckle 12 is moved away from the second object 20 to unlock, thereby separating the second object 20 from the abutting portion 114 of the seat 11 (as shown in fig. And the fixing portion 123 of the buckle body 12 is matched with the abutting portion 114 of the seat body 11 for locking and unlocking, so as to combine or separate the second object 20.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the abutting portion 114 is a stepped surface, so that a position-limiting portion 13 is formed between the abutting portion 114 and the fixing portion 123, the fixing portion 123 cooperates with the abutting portion 114 to lock so that the second object 20 is combined with the position-limiting portion 13, or the fixing portion 123 cooperates with the abutting portion 114 to unlock so that the second object 20 is separated from the position-limiting portion 13. When the buckle is used, the buckle 12 can be moved to one side, the second object 20 is placed on the abutting portion 114 of the seat 11, and the buckle 12 is moved transversely toward the second object 20, so that the fixing portion 123 of the buckle 12 is locked to the second object 10, and the second object 10 is combined with the limiting portion 13, thereby completing the combination of the buckle 12 and the second object 20 (as shown in fig. 5). When the second object 20 is to be separated, the buckle 12 is moved to one side again, so that the fixing portion 123 of the buckle 12 is moved away from the second object 20 to unlock the lock, and the limiting portion 13 is opened, so that the second object 20 is separated from the abutting portion 114 of the seat 11 (as shown in fig. Thus, the fixing portion 123 of the buckle 12 can be matched with the abutting portion 114 of the seat 11 for locking and unlocking, so as to combine or separate the second object 20.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the buckle body 12 has an operation portion 124, and the operation portion 124 can control the buckle body 12 to move transversely (or rotationally) on the seat body 11. The operation portion 124 has a slip prevention portion 125, and the operation portion 124 is disposed at one end of the buckle body 12. Thus, when the buckle 12 is moved, a force is applied to the operation portion 124 for operation, and the anti-slip portion 125 is matched to achieve a stable force application effect, so as to facilitate the operation of the buckle 12 for locking and unlocking in cooperation with the seat body 11, so that the buckle 12 is combined with or separated from the second object 20 to complete the combination and separation of the two objects, thereby achieving the effect of repeated and rapid combination and separation.
In the embodiment of the present invention, an elastic component 14 is disposed between the seat body and the buckle body, one end of the elastic component 14 abuts against the seat body 11, the other end of the elastic component 14 abuts against the buckle body 12, and the elastic component 14 can normally position the buckle body 12 at the locking position (or normally position at the unlocking position).
When the buckle is used, the operating portion 124 is forced to move the buckle body 12 to one side, and the elastic element 14 is compressed, and the second object 20 is placed on the abutting portion 114 of the seat body 11, and the buckle body 12 is transversely moved toward the second object 20 by the releasing elastic force of the elastic element 14, so that the fixing portion 123 of the buckle body 12 is locked on the second object 10, and the second object 10 is combined with the limiting portion 13, thereby completing the combination of the buckle body 12 and the second object 20 (as shown in fig. 5). When the second object 20 is to be separated, the buckle body 12 is moved to one side again, and the elastic component 14 is compressed, so that the fixing portion 123 of the buckle body 12 is moved away from the second object 20 to unlock the buckle body, and the limiting portion 13 is opened, so that the second object 20 is separated from the abutting portion 114 of the seat body 11 (as shown in fig. 6), and after the separation of the second object 20 is completed, the buckle body 12 is reset due to the release elastic force of the elastic component 14, so as to facilitate the next use.
