Description

Magnetic hasp
[ field of technology ]
The present invention relates to a magnetic fastener, and more particularly, to an ergonomic magnetic fastener that is easy to operate.
[ background Art ]
Some components of child items such as child carts, child safety seats, infant harnesses are typically connected or maintained in a state by fasteners, e.g., infant harnesses are connected and disconnected, which allows for such variable state connection by fasteners. In general, most fasteners are plug-in type safety fasteners, and the plug-in type safety fasteners require users to align and lock the male fastener and the female fastener which are matched with each other by using two hands to realize safe connection. However, in reality, a user needs to hold a child in one hand and operate the safety buckle in the other hand, so that the pluggable safety buckle is inconvenient to operate, and cannot meet the use requirements of various scenes, and therefore, the problem is solved by gradually using the magnetic buckle.
The magnetic hasp is a buckle which is locked by magnetic attraction and generally comprises a hasp seat and a buckle, wherein magnets are respectively arranged in the hasp seat and the buckle, and when the hasp seat and the buckle are mutually close to each other, the position can be guided under the attraction effect of the magnetic force, and the hasp seat and the buckle can be quickly combined together. The magnetic hasp is guided and attracted by the magnetism, so that the magnetic hasp can be operated by a single hand of a user without alignment of the user, and is more convenient and quick to use. The magnetic buckle realizes positioning and locking among buckles by utilizing the guiding action of magnetic force during locking, but the attraction action among magnets also needs to resist the magnetic force during unlocking.
The existing magnetic hasp has various unlocking modes, for example, unlocking is carried out in a pressing lifting mode, when unlocking is carried out, an unlocking piece is pressed firstly to unlock the hasp, then one side of the hasp is lifted upwards to enable one end of the magnet to be spaced apart, and after the attraction force between the magnets is weakened, the whole hasp is separated. The magnetic hasp needs to be pressed hard when being unlocked, either needs to be unlocked through two hands operation or can apply pressing force on the body of a passenger, and the magnetic hasp is unlocked in a lifting mode, and when the magnetic hasp is lifted, the magnetic hasp needs to be lifted with large force to unlock, so that the magnetic hasp is inconvenient to operate and is laborious.
Another conventional unlocking mode is to make the magnet misplaced by sliding and then separate the lock catch, and on one hand, the magnetic lock catch needs to provide space for misplaced magnet, so that the volume is large and the aesthetic property is required to be improved; on the other hand, the operation mode of pressing the unlocking mode is the most familiar in the daily life of the masses, but the operation mode of misplacing the magnet through sliding does not accord with the daily use habit of the masses for unlocking, and for the users who use the magnets for the first time, the users are difficult to know how to unlock, so potential safety hazards may exist in certain scenes.
In summary, the conventional magnetic buckle is convenient to lock, but the unlocking mode of the conventional magnetic buckle still needs to be improved so as to more conform to the daily use habit of the public, and is more labor-saving and easy to operate.

In this embodiment, the columnar portion 211 has a cylindrical shape, and an outer diameter thereof is smaller than an inner diameter of the fixing through hole 111. The outer diameter of the flange 212 is smaller than the inner diameter of the fixing hole 111 and larger than the inner diameter of the adjusting hole 145 in a default state. In order to facilitate the lock tongue 21 entering the lock hole 17, a second guiding inclined plane 213 with a reduced shape is provided at the free end of the protruding edge 212 of the lock tongue 21, which has guiding function. The second guiding inclined surface 213 is configured such that the convex edge 212 is integrally formed in a truncated cone shape. The inclination angle of the second guiding inclined surface 213 is identical or substantially identical to the inclination angle of the first guiding inclined surface 1442 and the second inclined wedge surface 1422. For facilitating the connection of the webbing, a second webbing aperture 23 is provided in the locking assembly 20. The structure of the second webbing aperture 23 may be provided as required.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, in order to install the second magnet 22, in this embodiment, the inside of the lock tongue 21 is hollow to form a second magnet installation groove 24. The second magnet 22 is circular and is disposed in the second magnet mounting groove 24. To enclose the second magnet 22, a cover plug 25 is provided at the second magnet mounting groove 24.
The latch base assembly 10 and the latch assembly 20 form the magnetic latch of the present invention. When the lock tongue 21 of the latch assembly 20 approaches the lock hole 17 of the latch base assembly 10, the first magnet 18 and the second magnet 22 attract each other, so that the lock tongue 21 can be quickly pushed into the lock hole 17. Since the connecting arm 143 and the elastic arm 146 of the key linkage 14 are elastically deformable, the size of the adjusting hole 145 is adjustable, and when the latch 21 is attracted by the first magnet 18, the latch 21 can be pushed into the lock hole 17 by the second guide inclined surface 213 pressing the first guide inclined surface 1442 of the adjusting portion 144. When the lock tongue 21 is pushed into the lock hole 17 under the action of magnetic attraction, the connecting arm 143 elastically resets to reduce the adjusting hole 145 to a default size, so that the adjusting portion 144 can be clamped at the step between the columnar portion 211 and the protruding edge portion 212 of the lock tongue 21, and the overlapping plane 1441 of the protruding edge portion 212 and the adjusting portion 144 is overlapped and cannot be actively separated from the lock hole 17, thereby achieving the locking effect.
When unlocking is needed, the pressing parts 141 are pressed in opposite directions, at this time, the unlocking part 142 moves in opposite directions along with the pressing parts 141 to contact the third guiding inclined plane 132 of the first magnet mounting groove 131, the first wedge surface 1421 of the unlocking part 142 presses the third guiding inclined plane 132 to slightly move the magnet fixing base 13 towards the upper cover 12, the first magnet 18 attracts the second magnet 22, when the magnet fixing base 13 slightly moves towards the upper cover 12, the lock tongue 21 slightly moves synchronously under the attraction of magnetic force, and the lock tongue 21 moves along the upper cover 12 to separate the convex edge 212 from the lap plane 1441 of the adjusting part 144, so that the adjusting part 144 can move more freely. While the user presses the pressing portion 141 in opposite directions, the connecting arm 143 expands synchronously to drive the adjusting portion 144 to expand synchronously, so that the adjusting hole 145 can be easily enlarged to prevent the protruding edge portion 212 of the lock tongue 21 from being clamped, and as the unlocking portion 142 moves continuously, the unlocking portion 142 is squeezed into the space between the lock tongue 21 and the bottom of the first magnet mounting groove 31, so that the lock tongue 21 and the bottom of the first magnet mounting groove 131 are separated by a certain distance, the suction effect of the first magnet 18 and the second magnet 22 is greatly reduced, and the lock tongue 21 can be easily separated from the lock hole 17, thereby realizing the unlocking effect.
For the magnetic hasp, the pressing parts of the magnetic hasp are symmetrically arranged, so that a user can press the magnetic hasp oppositely at two sides, the operation of the magnetic hasp accords with ergonomics, and the operation is simple. In addition, the connecting arm 143 and the elastic arm 146 are arranged, so that the adjusting portion 144 can expand radially outwards and can displace axially, and the bolt 21 can easily press the adjusting portion 144 to enter the lock hole 17 under the action of small magnetic attraction, so that the requirement on the magnetic strength of the first magnet 18 and the second magnet 22 can be reduced. In addition, the inclined wedge surface of the unlocking portion 142 is disposed, so that the unlocking portion can be squeezed between the lock tongue 21 and the bottom of the first magnet mounting groove 131 to separate the lock tongue 21 from the bottom of the first magnet mounting groove 131, thereby greatly reducing the magnetic attraction effect, and the first magnet 18 can be moved in a direction away from the lock hole 17 to drive the lock tongue 21 to move upwards, so that the lock tongue 21 does not press the adjusting portion 144 to facilitate the expansion of the adjusting portion 144 to expand the adjusting hole 145 for unlocking, and thus the opening force can be greatly reduced. The magnetic hasp of the invention is simple to operate, saves labor in operation and has strong practicability.
Although the present invention has been disclosed by the above embodiments, the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and each of the above components may be replaced with similar or equivalent elements known to those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
