and step S106, displaying the monitoring information on a display screen of the target control equipment.
According to the method, one or more control devices are monitored through the upper computer, monitored monitoring information is displayed on a display screen of the target control device, the target control device can be quickly found through the monitoring information displayed on the target control device, the control device is quickly positioned, other devices do not need to be additionally arranged, the time required by positioning of the control device is effectively shortened, and the working efficiency is improved.
Hereinafter, the respective steps of the above-described method in the present exemplary embodiment will be described in more detail with reference to fig. 1 to 5.
In step S101, the upper computer is connected to at least one control device having a display screen. Usually, these control devices can be accessed to the same local area network through a switch or a router, and are controlled by the same upper computer. The control device may be an LED display processing device, and may further include various hardware devices with a transmission function, such as a controller, a two-in-one device, other video processing devices using a transmission or two-in-one daughter card, and may also be a mobile device, and the like, but is not limited thereto.
In step S102, a monitoring service for monitoring the at least one control device is started. For example, the control device can be monitored by using the monitoring software of Nowa, when the control device carries the spliced display screen, the upper computer can also monitor the condition of the spliced display screen, and when the spliced display screen breaks down, the software of the upper computer can find the fault.
In step S103, monitoring information obtained by the monitoring service monitoring the at least one control device is obtained. For example, the monitoring service may monitor the configuration, operation, connection, and failure of the plurality of control devices to obtain the required monitoring information.
In step S104, target control devices, which are one or more of the at least one control device, are determined based on the monitoring information. The monitoring information corresponds to the control device, and the corresponding control device, namely the target control device, can be determined through the specific monitoring information.
In steps S105 to S106, the monitoring information is transmitted to the target control device, and the monitoring information is displayed on the display screen of the target control device. The target control equipment can be quickly found by searching the control equipment with the display screen displaying the monitoring information, and the working efficiency is improved.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 2, the step S103 further includes a step S201:
step S201, obtaining configuration information obtained by the monitoring service monitoring the at least one control device, where the configuration information is used to configure a display screen for the at least one control device. The specific model and configuration of the control device can be clear by using the configuration information, and each control device can be distinguished. When the display screens are required to be configured for a plurality of control devices, the corresponding display screens can be configured and installed by utilizing the configuration information. When a large number of display screen control devices need to be configured on a display screen configuration site, configuration information of the control devices is displayed on the display screen of the control devices through the upper computer, the configuration information of the control devices can be rapidly acquired, rapid screen configuration is facilitated, and working efficiency is greatly improved.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 3, the step S103 further includes a step S301:
step S301, obtaining fault information or fault warning information obtained by the monitoring service monitoring the at least one control device. The fault information is acquired, the fault information can be displayed on a display screen of the corresponding control device, for example, a controller with the IP of 192.168.10.85 has a fault, that is, the fault information can be a fault of a controller with the IP of 192.168.10.85, and then the fault information is displayed on a display screen of a controller with the IP of 192.168.10.85, for example, a font appears on the display screen of the controller, and a specific color can be provided, so that a worker can quickly find the fault controller. In one embodiment, the display screen may be a 3.5 inch full color liquid crystal screen of 480 x 320 resolution sufficient to carry the information contained by the marking controller. The liquid crystal screen of the controller may be green when there is no fault, and may be red when there is a fault, but the controller is not limited thereto. In addition, the characters displayed on the display screen are not limited to the device IP and the like. When the acquired monitoring information is fault early warning information, the above scheme can be adopted to display on the display screen of the target controller, and further, the priority can be set for the fault early warning information, and important fault early warning information can be displayed on the display screen of the target controller in a more obvious mode.
In addition, the target control device can also display the monitoring information through the indicator lamp, for example, the green constant-lighting indicator lamp can be set to be in a normal working state, the red flashing or white constant-lighting indicator lamp can be set to be in a fault state, when the upper computer acquires the fault information of the control device, the corresponding indicator lamp of the faulty control device is controlled to display according to the set state, and therefore a worker can quickly find the faulty control device through the state of the indicator lamp. The condition of the control equipment does not need to be checked one by the equipment box, and the working efficiency is obviously improved.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 4, the step S106 may include a step S401:
step S401, displaying the fault information or the fault warning information on the display screen of the target control device. When the monitoring information is fault information or fault early warning information, the fault information or the fault early warning information is displayed on a display screen of the target control equipment, the control equipment with the fault can be clearly found, the reason of the fault can also be clearly seen, and a user can conveniently adopt corresponding treatment.
