本发明涉及电缆管技术领域,具体为一种耐磨性和耐老化性能增强的通信、电力电缆管。
背景技术
电缆保护管又名电缆管、电力电缆管、水泥电缆管、电力排管、电力电缆保护管等。电缆保护管主要安装在通讯电缆与电力线交叉的地段,防止电力线发生断线造成短路事故,引起通讯电缆和钢丝绳带电,以保护电缆、交换机、机芯板,以至整机不被烧坏,对电力线磁场干扰也起到一定的隔离作用。对于时代的发展,水泥制作或者其他非金属制作的复合材料都逐渐被玻璃钢所代替,大多数采用玻璃钢制作的电缆保护管可以提高它在地下的耐腐蚀性能和寿命,拥有光滑的表面,在清洗方面性能都很突出等。
在对两段电缆管进行连接后存在密封效果不佳情况,一般只是通过简单密封圈进行密封,导致内部电缆易受潮,使用危险性大,且现有的电缆管耐磨和耐老化性能有待提高,因此,本发明提出一种耐磨性和耐老化性能增强的通信、电力电缆管,以解决上述提到的问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种耐磨性和耐老化性能增强的通信、电力电缆管,解决了在对两段电缆管进行连接后存在密封效果不佳情况,一般只是通过简单密封圈进行密封,导致内部电缆易受潮,使用危险性大,且现有的电缆管耐磨和耐老化性能有待提高的问题。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种耐磨性和耐老化性能增强的通信、电力电缆管,包括两个对称设置有电缆外管和套设在两个电缆外管表面之间的组装套,所述电缆外管的内部设置有电缆内管,所述电缆内管的外表面固定有橡胶套,所述橡胶套的外表面与电缆外管的内表面之间固定有条形支撑块,所述电缆内管的内壁固定有保温套,所述组装套的两端均固定有密封圈,所述密封圈的内表面与电缆外管的外表面接触,所述组装套上设置有密封圈挤压机构,所述电缆外管与组装套之间设置有管道定位机构。
所述密封圈挤压机构包括转动安装在组装套表面的转动环,所述组装套两端的上方和下方均固定有横板,所述转动环的两侧均通过斜杆固定有驱动环,所述驱动环内壁的两侧均固定有三角压块,两个所述三角压块轴对称设置,所述横板上滑动贯穿有压杆,所述压杆的一端与三角压块的表面接触,所述压杆的另一端固定有弧形压板,所述弧形压板的表面与密封圈的外表面接触,所述压杆的表面套设有复位弹簧,所述复位弹簧的一端与横板的表面固定,所述复位弹簧的另一端与弧形压板的表面固定,所述转动环的左侧固定有螺纹块,所述螺纹块的上螺纹贯穿有螺纹柱,所述组装套的外表面固定有与螺纹柱相适配的螺纹孔。
优选的,所述管道定位机构包括固定在电缆外管表面的L型杆,所述L型杆的一端与驱动环的侧面接触,所述电缆外管的表面开设有环形槽。

(2)、该耐磨性和耐老化性能增强的通信、电力电缆管,通过在电缆外管与组装套之间设置有管道定位机构,管道定位机构包括固定在电缆外管表面的L型杆,L型杆的一端与驱动环的侧面接触,电缆外管的表面开设有环形槽,组装套的表面螺纹贯穿有定位螺栓,环形槽与定位螺栓配合使用,定位螺栓与组装套接触处固定有防水垫圈,通过管道定位机构的设置,使得两个电缆外管插入组装套内部长度相同,能快速完成对电缆外管的固定,使用方便。
(3)、该耐磨性和耐老化性能增强的通信、电力电缆管,通过在电缆外管包括基材层,基材层的顶部通过粘接剂粘接有耐磨层,耐磨层的顶部通过粘接剂粘接有耐老化层,通过耐磨层的设置,便于提高电缆外管的耐磨性,通过耐老化层的设置,便于提高电缆外管的耐老化性,进而有效延长电缆外管的使用寿命。

请参阅图1-7,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种耐磨性和耐老化性能增强的通信、电力电缆管,包括两个对称设置有电缆外管1和套设在两个电缆外管1表面之间的组装套2,电缆外管1的内部设置有电缆内管3,电缆内管3的外表面固定有橡胶套4,橡胶套4的外表面与电缆外管1的内表面之间固定有条形支撑块5,电缆内管3的内壁固定有保温套6,组装套2的两端均固定有密封圈7,具有防水密封作用,密封圈7的内表面与电缆外管1的外表面接触,组装套2上设置有密封圈挤压机构8,电缆外管1与组装套2之间设置有管道定位机构9。
密封圈挤压机构8包括转动安装在组装套2表面的转动环81,组装套2两端的上方和下方均固定有横板82,转动环81的两侧均通过斜杆83固定有驱动环84,驱动环84内壁的两侧均固定有三角压块85,两个三角压块85轴对称设置,横板82上滑动贯穿有压杆86,压杆86的一端与三角压块85的表面接触,压杆86的另一端固定有弧形压板87,弧形压板87的表面与密封圈7的外表面接触,压杆86的表面套设有复位弹簧88,便于弧形压板87快速复位,复位弹簧88的一端与横板82的表面固定,复位弹簧88的另一端与弧形压板87的表面固定,转动环81的左侧固定有螺纹块89,螺纹块89的上螺纹贯穿有螺纹柱810,组装套2的外表面固定有与螺纹柱810相适配的螺纹孔811,通过螺纹孔811与螺纹柱810的配合,便于对转动环81进行快速定位。
本发明实施例中,管道定位机构9包括固定在电缆外管1表面的L型杆91,L型杆91的一端与驱动环84的侧面接触,电缆外管1的表面开设有环形槽92。
本发明实施例中,组装套2的表面螺纹贯穿有定位螺栓93,环形槽92与定位螺栓93配合使用,定位螺栓93与组装套2接触处固定有防水垫圈94,具有防水密封作用。
本发明实施例中,电缆外管1包括基材层11,基材层11的顶部通过粘接剂粘接有耐磨层12,耐磨层12的顶部通过粘接剂粘接有耐老化层13。
本发明实施例中,耐磨层12包括三聚氰胺树脂层121和聚对苯二甲醇层122,且三聚氰胺树脂层121的底部与聚对苯二甲醇层122的顶部固定连接,三聚氰胺树脂是在三聚氰胺、甲醛聚合体系中加入第三组分共聚合所得的树脂,耐磨性较强,聚对苯二甲醇用作有机合成中间体,耐磨性好。
本发明实施例中,耐老化层13包括庚酸烯丙酯层131和聚酰胺树脂层132,且庚酸烯丙酯层131的底部与聚酰胺树脂层132的顶部固定连接,庚酸烯丙酯常温下为液体,是耐老化涂料常用材料,聚酰胺树脂具有较好的耐药品性,能抵抗酸碱和植物油、矿物油等。
本发明实施例中,螺纹孔811设置有多个,多个螺纹孔811呈环形等距分布在组装套2的外表面。
同时本说明书中未作详细描述的内容均属于本领域技术人员公知的现有技术。
工作时,将两根电缆外管1靠近环形槽92的一端分别插入组装套2中,在L型杆91与驱动环84接触后,两根电缆外管1的两端对齐,然后可转动两个定位螺栓93,通过两个定位螺栓93与两根电缆外管1上的环形槽92卡紧,进而完成对两根电缆外管1的连接,然后转动转动环81,进而通过斜杆83同时带动两个驱动环84转动,进而通过三角压块85挤压压杆86,进而通过弧形压板87对密封圈7进行压紧,使得密封圈7能紧贴电缆外管1表面,然后将螺纹柱810对准其中一个螺纹孔811后并拧紧,完成对转动环81的定位。

Claims (7)
1.一种耐磨性和耐老化性能增强的通信、电力电缆管,包括两个对称设置有电缆外管(1)和套设在两个电缆外管(1)表面之间的组装套(2),其特征在于:所述电缆外管(1)的内部设置有电缆内管(3),所述电缆内管(3)的外表面固定有橡胶套(4),所述橡胶套(4)的外表面与电缆外管(1)的内表面之间固定有条形支撑块(5),所述电缆内管(3)的内壁固定有保温套(6),所述组装套(2)的两端均固定有密封圈(7),所述密封圈(7)的内表面与电缆外管(1)的外表面接触,所述组装套(2)上设置有密封圈挤压机构(8),所述电缆外管(1)与组装套(2)之间设置有管道定位机构(9);
所述密封圈挤压机构(8)包括转动安装在组装套(2)表面的转动环(81),所述组装套(2)两端的上方和下方均固定有横板(82),所述转动环(81)的两侧均通过斜杆(83)固定有驱动环(84),所述驱动环(84)内壁的两侧均固定有三角压块(85),两个所述三角压块(85)轴对称设置,所述横板(82)上滑动贯穿有压杆(86),所述压杆(86)的一端与三角压块(85)的表面接触,所述压杆(86)的另一端固定有弧形压板(87),所述弧形压板(87)的表面与密封圈(7)的外表面接触,所述压杆(86)的表面套设有复位弹簧(88),所述复位弹簧(88)的一端与横板(82)的表面固定,所述复位弹簧(88)的另一端与弧形压板(87)的表面固定,所述转动环(81)的左侧固定有螺纹块(89),所述螺纹块(89)的上螺纹贯穿有螺纹柱(810),所述组装套(2)的外表面固定有与螺纹柱(810)相适配的螺纹孔(811)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨性和耐老化性能增强的通信、电力电缆管,其特征在于:所述管道定位机构(9)包括固定在电缆外管(1)表面的L型杆(91),所述L型杆(91)的一端与驱动环(84)的侧面接触,所述电缆外管(1)的表面开设有环形槽(92)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种耐磨性和耐老化性能增强的通信、电力电缆管,其特征在于:所述组装套(2)的表面螺纹贯穿有定位螺栓(93),所述环形槽(92)与定位螺栓(93)配合使用,所述定位螺栓(93)与组装套(2)接触处固定有防水垫圈(94)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨性和耐老化性能增强的通信、电力电缆管,其特征在于:所述电缆外管(1)包括基材层(11),所述基材层(11)的顶部通过粘接剂粘接有耐磨层(12),所述耐磨层(12)的顶部通过粘接剂粘接有耐老化层(13)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种耐磨性和耐老化性能增强的通信、电力电缆管,其特征在于:所述耐磨层(12)包括三聚氰胺树脂层(121)和聚对苯二甲醇层(122),且三聚氰胺树脂层(121)的底部与聚对苯二甲醇层(122)的顶部固定连接。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种耐磨性和耐老化性能增强的通信、电力电缆管,其特征在于:所述耐老化层(13)包括庚酸烯丙酯层(131)和聚酰胺树脂层(132),且庚酸烯丙酯层(131)的底部与聚酰胺树脂层(132)的顶部固定连接。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨性和耐老化性能增强的通信、电力电缆管,其特征在于:所述螺纹孔(811)设置有多个,多个所述螺纹孔(811)呈环形等距分布在组装套(2)的外表面。
