Abstract
The invention discloses a reusable damping base of a dry-type transformer in the field of transformer damping, which comprises a clamp part and a damping part, wherein the clamp part is arranged at the lower end of the transformer and used for clamping and fixing transformers of various specifications, and the damping part is arranged below the clamp part and used for weakening vibration; the length and the width of the clamp can be adjusted, the clamp can be used for fixing transformers of different specifications, a transformer shell does not need to be transformed, and the clamp can be detached to be used on other transformers.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of transformer damping, in particular to a reusable damping base of a dry-type transformer.
Background
Because the dry-type transformer has the advantages of strong short-circuit resistance, small maintenance workload, high operation efficiency, small volume, low noise and the like, the dry-type transformer is commonly used in places with high performance requirements on fire prevention, explosion prevention and the like, and the conventional dry-type transformer on the market at present has poor shockproof effect. When the dry-type transformer is used, the conventional dry-type transformer is generally installed in some places with large-scale equipment, the large-scale equipment can generate a large amount of vibration in the operation process, and in order to prevent the dry-type transformer from being damaged due to the vibration, a damping device is generally installed at the bottom of the transformer. However, the existing damping devices require modification of the transformer housing during installation and cannot be reused on other transformers once installed.
Therefore, it is urgently needed to provide a reusable damping base for a dry-type transformer to solve the technical problems.

The invention aims to provide a reusable damping base of a dry-type transformer, which can be reused without modifying a transformer shell.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a reusable vibration damping mount for a dry-type transformer, the vibration damping mount comprising a clamp part and a vibration damping part, the clamp part being mounted at a lower end of the transformer for clamping and fixing the transformers of various specifications, the vibration damping part being disposed below the clamp part for damping vibration.

Preferably, each side of the rectangular part is provided with two extending parts, each clamping mechanism comprises two threaded rods, and the clamping plate is sleeved outside the two threaded rods simultaneously.

The invention provides a reusable damping base of a dry-type transformer, which comprises a clamp part 1 and a damping part 2, wherein the clamp part 1 is arranged at the lower end of a transformer 3 and used for clamping and fixing transformers 3 with various specifications, and the damping part 2 is arranged below the clamp part 1 and used for weakening vibration.
Firstly, the dry type transformer 3 is placed at the upper end of the clamp part 1 in the center, the bottom of the transformer 3 is clamped through the clamp part 1, and the vibration of the transformer 3 can be weakened by the damping part 2. The length and the width of the clamp can be adjusted, the clamp can be used for fixing transformers 3 of different specifications, the shell of the transformer 3 does not need to be modified, and the clamp can be detached to be used on other transformers 3.
In the present embodiment, the jig section 1 includes a base for supporting the transformer 3 and a clamping mechanism mounted outside the base. The clamping mechanism is arranged on the outer side of the base, cannot be pressed by the bottom end of the transformer 3, and is convenient for clamping the outer wall of the transformer 3.

In this embodiment, each side of the rectangular portion 4 is provided with two extending portions 5, each clamping mechanism comprises two threaded rods 6, the clamping plate 7 is sleeved outside the two threaded rods 6 at the same time, and the clamping plate can be tightly attached to the transformer by rotating the two threaded rods, so that the fixing area is increased, and the stability can be improved.
In this embodiment, the damping portion 2 includes the telescopic spring rod 8 and the base 9, and the upper and lower both ends of the telescopic spring rod 8 are respectively with base and base 9 fixed connection, can weaken the vibrations of large-scale equipment to the transformer transmission.

The vibration damping mount according to claim 4, characterized in that the clamping mechanism comprises a threaded rod (6) and a clamping plate (7), the threaded rod (6) is in threaded connection with the extension portion (5), and the clamping plate (7) is sleeved outside the threaded rod (6) and used for clamping the transformer (3).
6. The vibration damping mount according to claim 5, characterized in that the rectangular portion (4) is provided with two extensions (5) on each side, each clamping mechanism comprises two threaded rods (6), and the clamping plate (7) is fitted over both threaded rods (6) simultaneously.
