Fig. 6 is a block diagram of an intelligent medical condition monitoring device based on big data according to the present invention, wherein the intelligent medical consultation platform can be implemented as part or all of an electronic device through software, hardware or a combination of both. As shown in fig. 6, the intelligent medical consultation platform includes:
the acquisition module 1 is configured to establish information records for rescuing patients, wherein the information records comprise patient identity information, information of hospitals, departments and doctors to which the consulted illness states belong, time points of illness state occurrence and diagnosis, and illness state dictated by patients or relatives of the patients or the doctors or illness state observed and shot in the field;
the information prompting module 2 is configured to call out the patient hospitalizing information related to the information record;
and the input module 3 is configured to derive and record treatment information according to the patient hospitalization information, the equipment diagnosis and treatment information and the doctor experience information, wherein the treatment information comprises diagnosis disease information, medicine and operation treatment information, critical condition information about the disease condition, time for primarily revisiting the disease condition and contact information.
And the tracking module 4 is configured to send out a return visit answer according to the time information of the initial return visit disease, and enter feedback information of the patient or relatives thereof.
According to the intelligent medical consultation platform disclosed by the embodiment of the disclosure, the past hospitalizing information of the patient can be displayed most intuitively by processing the information record of the patient for rescuing, the past medical history of the patient can be quickly retrieved, and sufficient analysis support can be provided for difficult and complicated diseases; by giving important prompts to the hospitalizing information records of the patients who are not cured, doctors can take medicines according to symptoms on the basis of combining the previous treatment records of the diseases or other diseases, so as to prevent the situation of medicine property conflict; by tracking the return visit of the patient's condition, the patient is greatly warmed, a good doctor-patient relationship can be established, the condition information is gradually improved, and a sound medical data statistical mechanism can be ensured to be established.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the information prompting module 2 includes:
the downloading module 21 is configured to retrieve information records of previous patient hospitalizations, wherein the information records of patient hospitalization include patient identity information, information of hospitals, departments and doctors to which the consulted patient condition belongs, time points of patient condition occurrence and diagnosis, patient or co-workers dictating morbidity or morbidity observed and photographed by doctors on site, information of diagnosed patient condition, critical condition information about patient condition, medicine and operation treatment information, and feedback information of answering patient visits or relatives;
and the processing module 22 is configured to perform integrated prompt on the information records of the patients in the same category for hospitalizing, and the reference classification of the integrated prompt is divided layer by layer according to department information and diagnosis condition information.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the processing module 22 includes:
the reminding module 221 is configured to perform key prompt on the information records of the patients who are not cured, the information records of the patients who are not cured contain recent new disease information, disease information being revisited and disease information judged as long-term diseases, and the key prompt mode is any one or a combination of several of text prompt, light prompt and short message prompt.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the tracking module 4 includes:
an adding module 41 configured to record the feedback information for the patient to seek medical advice, wherein the answer-back result includes a healing result and one or more of a voice record, a video record and a text record;
a reset module 42 configured to eliminate the last issue of the response-to-visit mechanism if the feedback information is determined as the patient hospitalization information for the same disease, which is the diagnosis condition information;
a response module 43 configured to repeatedly execute the sending back access response if the feedback information is determined not to be cured.
With regard to the intelligent medical consultation platform in the above embodiments, the specific manner in which each module performs operations has been described in detail in the embodiments related to the method, and will not be described in detail here.
The disclosed embodiment further provides an intelligent medical consultation platform, as shown in fig. 7, including:
a processor 101;
a memory 102 for storing instructions executable by the processor 101;
wherein the processor 101 is configured to:
establishing information records of patient medical rescue, wherein the information records comprise patient identity information, information of hospitals, departments and doctors to which the consulted illness state belongs, time points of illness state occurrence and diagnosis, and illness state dictated by patients or relatives of the patients or the relatives of the relatives or illness state observed and shot by the doctors in the field;
calling out patient medical information related to the information record;
and obtaining and recording treatment information according to the patient hospitalizing information, the equipment diagnosis and treatment information and the doctor experience information, wherein the treatment information comprises information of the diagnosis condition of the patient, information of medicine and operation treatment, critical condition information about the condition of the patient, time of first revisiting the condition of the patient and contact information.
And sending a return visit answer according to the time information of the disease condition of the initial return visit, and inputting feedback information of the patient or relatives of the patient.
The processor 101 may be further configured to:
the calling out the patient hospitalizing information related to the information record comprises the following steps:
calling the past information records of the patients, wherein the information records of the patients include patient identity information, information of hospitals, departments and doctors to which the consulted illness states belong, time points of illness state occurrence and diagnosis, the dictated illness state of the patients or the relatives of the patients or the doctor or the illness state observed and shot in the field, information of illness state diagnosis, critical condition information about illness states, medicine and operation treatment information, and sending feedback information for answering the patients or the relatives of the patients by revisiting;
and carrying out integrated prompt on the similar information records of the patients seeking medical services, wherein the reference classification of the integrated prompt is divided layer by layer according to department information and diagnosis condition information.
The processor 101 may be further configured to:
the integrated prompt of the information records of the similar patients for hospitalizing further comprises:
and performing key prompt on the information records of the patients who are not cured, wherein the information records of the patients who are not cured comprise new disease information in the near term, disease information being revisited and disease information judged as long-term diseases, and the key prompt mode is any one or a combination of a character prompt, a light prompt and a short message prompt.
The processor 101 may be further configured to:
the method comprises the following steps of sending a return visit answer according to the time information of the disease condition of the initial return visit, and inputting feedback information of a patient or relatives of the patient, wherein the feedback information comprises the following steps:
recording the feedback information of the patient for hospitalization, wherein the return visit answer result comprises a recovery result and one or a combination of a plurality of voice record, video record and text record;
if the feedback information is judged to be the patient hospitalizing information with the same disease recovery or new disease discovery, eliminating the previous visit answering mechanism, wherein the patient hospitalizing information is the diagnosis disease information;
and if the feedback information is judged not to be cured, repeatedly executing the sending back access response.
With regard to the apparatus in the above-described embodiment, the specific manner in which each module performs the operation has been described in detail in the embodiment related to the method, and will not be elaborated here.

1. An intelligent medical condition monitoring method based on big data is characterized by comprising the following steps:
establishing information records of patient medical rescue, wherein the information records comprise patient identity information, information of hospitals, departments and doctors to which the consulted illness state belongs, time points of illness state occurrence and diagnosis, and illness state dictated by patients or relatives of the patients or the relatives of the relatives or illness state observed and shot by the doctors in the field;
calling out patient medical information related to the information record;
obtaining and recording treatment information according to the patient hospitalizing information, the equipment diagnosis and treatment information and the doctor experience information, wherein the treatment information comprises diagnosis condition information, medicine and operation treatment information, critical condition information about the condition of a patient, time for revisiting the condition of the patient for the first time and contact information;
sending a return visit answer according to the time information of the disease condition of the primary return visit, and inputting feedback information of the patient or relatives of the patient;
the intelligent medical consultation platform is internally provided with a touch integrated circuit;
the display screen is arranged to cover the outer side of the touch integrated circuit to support display and input operation, and the touch integrated circuit is electrically connected with the processor;
the intelligent medical consultation platform comprises at least one camera, a face recognition system and a display, wherein the camera is arranged on the intelligent medical consultation platform and used for collecting the live-action information of the patient in the operation area, and the face recognition system is arranged in the processor and is suitable for recognizing the camera shooting content.
2. The intelligent medical condition monitoring method based on big data as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the camera sets up and runs through touch-control integrated circuit in the screen rear side that shows light, makes the camera can see through the facial characteristic that shows light screen collection patient, it constitutes by the board in a poor light, the protection screen that the laminating set up around to show light screen, it is provided with the light source to be the matrix form on the board in a poor light, wherein, the camera is set up in light source clearance region.
3. The intelligent medical condition monitoring method based on big data as claimed in claim 1, wherein said calling out patient hospitalization information associated with said information record comprises:
calling the past information records of the patients, wherein the information records of the patients include patient identity information, information of hospitals, departments and doctors to which the consulted illness states belong, time points of illness state occurrence and diagnosis, the dictated illness state of the patients or the relatives of the patients or the doctor or the illness state observed and shot in the field, information of illness state diagnosis, critical condition information about illness states, medicine and operation treatment information, and sending feedback information for answering the patients or the relatives of the patients by revisiting;
and carrying out integrated prompt on the similar information records of the patients seeking medical services, wherein the reference classification of the integrated prompt is divided layer by layer according to department information and diagnosis condition information.
4. The intelligent medical condition monitoring method based on big data as claimed in claim 3, wherein the integrated prompt of the medical records of the same kind of patients comprises:
and performing key prompt on the information records of the patients who are not cured, wherein the information records of the patients who are not cured comprise new disease information in the near term, disease information being revisited and disease information judged as long-term diseases, and the key prompt mode is any one or a combination of a character prompt, a light prompt and a short message prompt.
5. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step of issuing a response to the initial response to the time information of the disease condition comprises the step of:
recording the feedback information of the patient for hospitalization, wherein the return visit answer result comprises a recovery result and one or a combination of a plurality of voice record, video record and text record;

the information prompting module is configured to call out the patient hospitalizing information related to the information record;
the input module is configured to obtain and record treatment information according to the patient hospitalization information, the equipment diagnosis and treatment information and the doctor experience information, wherein the treatment information comprises diagnosis disease information, medicine and operation treatment information, critical condition information about the disease condition, time of first revising the disease condition and contact information;
and the tracking module is configured to send out a return visit answer according to the time information of the initial return visit disease condition and enter feedback information of the patient or relatives of the patient.
7. The intelligent medical condition monitoring method based on big data as claimed in claim 1, wherein the information prompt module comprises:

and the processing module is configured to carry out integration prompt on the information records of the similar patients for hospitalizing, and the reference classification of the integration prompt is divided layer by layer according to department information and diagnosis condition information.
8. The intelligent medical condition monitoring method based on big data according to claim 7, wherein the processing module comprises:
the reminding module is configured to give important prompts to the information records of the patients who are not cured, the information records of the patients who are not cured contain recent new disease information, disease information being revisited and disease information judged to be long-term diseases, and the important prompts are in any one or a combination of text prompts, light prompts and short message prompts.
9. The intelligent big-data-based medical condition monitoring method as claimed in claim 6, wherein the tracking module comprises:
the adding module is configured to record the feedback information of the patient for hospitalization, and the return visit answering result comprises a healing result and one or a combination of a voice record, a video record and a text record;

and the return receipt module is configured to repeatedly execute the sending of the return access answer if the feedback information is judged to be not cured.

and sending a return visit answer according to the time information of the disease condition of the initial return visit, and inputting feedback information of the patient or relatives of the patient.
