Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of waste recycling methods, in particular to a novel waste recycling and exchanging method, which comprises an online electronic commerce platform and an offline community health and life convenience platform, wherein the online electronic commerce platform comprises a recycled article display platform, an exchanged article display platform, a public welfare propaganda platform and a transaction display platform; the off-line community healthy life convenient platform comprises a commodity display platform, an enterprise propaganda platform, a transaction platform and an after-sales service platform. The invention solves the problem that the garbage and the waste materials produced by family life and enterprise production are inconvenient to sell and treat; the invention utilizes marketization means to classify garbage and recycle waste and old materials, is a strong hand for China to realize carbon neutralization and carbon peak reaching, and is more effective and economical than the existing administrative intervention means.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of waste recovery, in particular to a novel waste recovery and exchange method.
Background
With the rapid development of commodity economy and the continuous improvement of the living standard of residents in China, the urban waste and old materials are produced in huge quantities and are increasingly increased. Waste products such as waste paper, waste plastics, waste metals, waste furniture, waste household appliances and the like are all resources which can be recycled.
At present, the bottom layer of the urban waste recycling industry chain mainly uses three-wheeled vehicles as waste recycling individuals of main vehicles, and the bottom layer has the advantages of flexibility. However, the disadvantage is also very obvious, there is a serious problem of information asymmetry between the waste recycler and the waste producer, the waste recycler cannot know clearly where the waste needs to be recycled, the waste producer often encounters the embarrassing situation that the waste needs to be recycled but cannot find the waste recycler, and at present, people do not have a straw (habit) for creating waste classification, and can not classify the waste by themselves.

The exchange article display platform is used for displaying names, categories and prices of exchanged and sold daily necessities, health foods, articles and health services.
The public welfare propaganda platform is used for professional knowledge and methods for garbage classification and waste and old object recycling and public welfare propaganda contents.
The transaction display platform realizes commodity display, transaction, content transmission and public service propaganda in forms of AR, VR, short video, live broadcast, pictures and texts.
