In the embodiment of the invention, when the position of the target electricity utilization user cannot be directly determined, the target user identification of the target electricity utilization user is determined, and the target user identification can be a pre-allocated user code so as to determine the unique identification information of the target user.
The address obtaining module 302 is configured to obtain a target electricity utilization address of a target electricity utilization user in an electricity utilization address database based on a target user identifier, where the electricity utilization address database includes user identifiers of a plurality of electricity utilization users and corresponding structured electricity utilization addresses.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the target electricity utilization address of the target electricity utilization user is inquired according to the determined target user identification, and the target electricity utilization address is a power utilization address subjected to structured processing.

The first judgment module 303 is configured to judge whether a target building matched with a target electricity utilization address of a target electricity utilization user exists in a building geographic information database, where the building geographic information database includes structured address information of multiple buildings; the building geographic information database also comprises fence coordinate information of a plurality of buildings, wherein the fence coordinate information is fence longitude and latitude coordinate information.
In the embodiment of the invention, whether the structural address information of each building stored in the building geographic information database is matched with the target structural electricity utilization address of the target electricity utilization user is judged according to the target electricity utilization address of the target electricity utilization user.
In the embodiment of the present invention, optionally, the apparatus further includes a second storage module, configured to, before the first determining module determines whether there is a target building matching the target electricity utilization address of the target electricity utilization user in the building geographic information database, for any building, obtain the structural address information of the building and the fence coordinate information of the building based on the GIS system; and storing the structural address information of the building and the fence coordinate information of the building into a building address database.
In an optional embodiment of the invention, address information and fence coordinate information of a plurality of buildings can be acquired through a geographic information GIS system, wherein the fence coordinate information is fence longitude and latitude coordinate information. In the embodiment of the present invention, optionally, please refer to fig. 4, where fig. 4 is a schematic flowchart of another method for associating power consumption user information disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the apparatus further comprises: a coordinate obtaining module 305, a first determining module 306, a second determining module 307, a second judging module 308, and a second associating module 309.
And a coordinate obtaining module 305, configured to, if the first determining module 304 determines that a target building matching the target electricity utilization address of the target electricity utilization user does not exist in the building address database, obtain the electricity utilization coordinate of the target electricity utilization user, where the electricity utilization address is an electricity utilization longitude and latitude address.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, when a target building matching the target electricity utilization address of the target electricity utilization user does not exist in the building address database, the association relationship between the target electricity utilization user and the building cannot be directly created, and at this time, the electricity utilization coordinate of the target electricity utilization user needs to be acquired.

In an optional embodiment of the present invention, further optionally, the first determining module 306 is further configured to determine, according to the fence coordinate information of each building in the building geographic information database, the corresponding building center coordinate of each building in the building geographic information database before performing the determination of the at least one candidate building whose electricity coordinate distance from the target electricity consumer is smaller than or equal to the preset threshold based on the building geographic information database.

According to the embodiment of the invention, the target candidate building associated with the target electricity utilization user can be determined based on the fence coordinate information of the building and the electricity utilization coordinates of the target electricity utilization user.
In the embodiment of the present invention, further optionally, the manner of determining, by the second determining module 308, whether the target candidate building exists in the candidate building set includes:
for each candidate building in the set of candidate buildings;

In the embodiment of the invention, after the target candidate building associated with the target electricity user is determined based on the electricity utilization coordinates of the target electricity user, the association relationship between the target electricity user and the target candidate building can be established, and the position of the target electricity user can be rapidly determined through the geographic information of the target candidate building.
Therefore, by implementing the method for associating the electricity consumption user information as shown in fig. 4, the direct association relationship between the geographic information of the existing building and the electricity consumption user can be constructed, and the location of the electricity consumption user can be quickly determined through the geographic information of the existing building.

1. A method for associating power consumption user information, the method comprising:
acquiring a target user identifier of a target electricity user;
acquiring a target electricity utilization address of the target electricity utilization user from an electricity utilization address database based on the target user identification, wherein the electricity utilization address database comprises user identifications of a plurality of electricity utilization users and corresponding structured electricity utilization addresses;
judging whether a target building matched with a target electricity utilization address of the target electricity utilization user exists in a building geographic information database, wherein the building geographic information database comprises structured address information of a plurality of buildings;
and if a target building matched with the target electricity utilization address of the target electricity utilization user exists in the building geographic information database, establishing an incidence relation between the target electricity utilization user and the target building.
2. The method for associating electricity consumption user information as claimed in claim 1, wherein the building geographic information database further comprises fence coordinate information of a plurality of buildings, wherein the fence coordinate information is fence longitude and latitude coordinate information;
the method further comprises the following steps:
if a target building matched with the target electricity utilization address of the target electricity utilization user does not exist in the building address database, acquiring an electricity utilization coordinate of the target electricity utilization user, wherein the electricity utilization address is an electricity utilization longitude and latitude address;
determining at least one candidate building with the power utilization coordinate distance from the target power utilization user smaller than or equal to a preset threshold value based on the building geographic information database to obtain a candidate building set;
determining a polygonal fence corresponding to each of the candidate buildings in the candidate building set based on fence coordinate information of a plurality of buildings included in the building geographic information database;
judging whether a target candidate building exists in the candidate building set, wherein a polygonal fence corresponding to the target candidate building comprises power utilization coordinates of the target power utilization users;
and if the target candidate building exists in the candidate building set, creating an incidence relation between the target electricity utilization user and the target candidate building.
3. The method for associating the information of the electricity consumption user according to claim 2, wherein the determining whether the target candidate building exists in the candidate building set comprises:
for each of the candidate buildings in the set of candidate buildings;
taking the electricity utilization coordinates of the target electricity utilization users as end points to serve as rays, wherein at least one intersection point exists between the rays and the polygonal fence corresponding to the candidate building;
acquiring the number of intersection points of the rays and the polygonal fence corresponding to the candidate building;
judging whether the number of the intersection points is an even number;
and if the number of the intersection points is an even number, judging that the candidate building is the target candidate building.

The method for associating the electricity consumption user information as claimed in claim 2, wherein before determining at least one candidate building whose electricity consumption coordinate distance from the target electricity consumption user is less than or equal to a preset threshold value based on the building geographic information database, the method further comprises:
determining building center coordinates corresponding to each building in the building geographic information database according to the fence coordinate information of each building in the building geographic information database;
the determining, based on the building geographic information database, at least one candidate building whose electricity coordinate distance from the target electricity consumer is less than or equal to a preset threshold includes:
for each building in the building geographic information database,
judging whether the distance between the building center coordinate corresponding to the building and the electricity utilization coordinate of the target electricity utilization user is smaller than or equal to a preset threshold value or not;
and if the distance between the building center coordinate corresponding to the building and the electricity utilization coordinate of the target electricity utilization user is smaller than or equal to a preset threshold value, determining the building as a candidate building.
5. The method for associating the information of the electricity consumption users as claimed in claim 2, wherein the obtaining of the electricity consumption coordinates of the target electricity consumption user comprises:
acquiring a target electric equipment identifier matched with the target electric user;
acquiring coordinates of the target electric equipment based on the target electric equipment identifier;
determining the coordinates of the target electricity utilization equipment as electricity utilization coordinates of the target electricity utilization user;
or the like, or, alternatively,
and acquiring the power utilization coordinates of the target power utilization user based on the user terminal of the target power utilization user.

The method for associating the information of the electricity users according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein before the obtaining of the target electricity address of the target electricity user in the electricity address database based on the identification of the target user, the method further comprises:
acquiring power utilization address information of a plurality of power utilization users, wherein the power utilization address information of the power utilization users is unstructured data;

determining a target building center coordinate corresponding to the target building according to the target fence coordinate information of the target building;
and determining the center coordinates of the target building as the coordinates of the target electricity utilization user.

the first judgment module is used for judging whether a target building matched with the target electricity utilization address of the target electricity utilization user exists in a building geographic information database, wherein the building geographic information database comprises structural address information of a plurality of buildings;
the first association module is used for creating an association relationship between the target electricity utilization user and the target building if the first judgment module judges that the target building matched with the target electricity utilization address of the target electricity utilization user exists in the building geographic information database.
9. An apparatus for associating information of a user using electricity, the apparatus comprising:
a memory storing executable program code;
a processor coupled with the memory;
the processor calls the executable program code stored in the memory to execute the method for associating the electricity consumption user information according to any one of claims 1-7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon computer program instructions for executing the method of associating electricity consumption user information according to any one of claims 1 to 7 when invoked.
