Detailed Description
It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
The invention provides a risk scoring method. Referring to fig. 1, a flow chart of a risk scoring method according to an embodiment of the invention is shown. The method may be performed by an apparatus, which may be implemented in software and/or hardware.
In this embodiment, the risk scoring method includes:
and step S10, identifying the administrative region range of the target application place according to the geographic position information of the target application place, and determining the administrative region of the target application place.
In the embodiment of the invention, the administrative region range where the target application place is located can be identified and obtained according to the geographic position information, such as longitude and latitude information, or address information of a provincial street and the like, where the target application place is located, so as to determine the administrative region where the target application place is located.
Wherein, the administrative area can be understood as: the country performs regional division for hierarchical management, such as provincial administrative areas, county administrative areas, rural administrative areas, and the like. That is, the administrative regions described in the embodiments of the present invention are all default to the administrative regions corresponding to the current division standards according to the country. The embodiments of the present invention will not be explained and described in detail.
Step S20, identifying whether a known insurance coverage with a known risk score value exists in the administrative area according to the determined administrative area;
if there is a known place of application for the known risk score value in the administrative area, executing step S30;
if there is no known place of application for the known risk score value in the administrative area, then step S40 is performed;
step S30, acquiring risk scoring values respectively corresponding to the known insuring places;
step S40, configuring a known insurance coverage containing a risk scoring value for the administrative area;
in the embodiment of the invention, aiming at the administrative region corresponding to China, the method can be realized by inquiring the database corresponding to the historical data when judging whether the known insurance coverage of the known risk scoring value exists in the corresponding administrative region. For example, the applied information database can be searched according to the administrative regions divided in the geographic position at present; and judging whether a known insurance coverage corresponding to the known risk score exists in the administrative area or not through the search result of the known insurance information database.
In the embodiment of the invention, the applied information database comprises: related information of known places of application for all known risk scores nationwide; for example, known risk score values corresponding to all known insuring places in each administrative area corresponding to the whole country, and calculation time points of the known risk score values; since the claims event and the claims data that may have occurred in different time periods are different, the calculation time points of the known risk score values corresponding to the known insuring places are stored in the insuring information database at the same time.
Further, in order to more conveniently identify whether a known insurance coverage exists in a certain administrative area, the method can be implemented by the following technical means:
and drawing a corresponding risk scoring graph nationwide according to the nationwide map according to the known insurance coverage of the known risk scoring value in each administrative area nationwide. The risk score map includes information about known places of application of all known risk score values nationwide, including but not limited to: geographic location information of a known place of application, known risk score values corresponding to the known place of application, all claim information of the known place of application related to risk claims, etc. In the risk score map, each known place of application serves as a pixel unit, and pixels of a blank area corresponding to other unknown places of application constitute the risk score map. Further, in order to facilitate discrimination and obvious recognition, in the risk score map, the pixel value of the pixel unit corresponding to the known insuring place and the pixel value of the blank area may be set to different values; alternatively, in a specific application scenario, for the color corresponding to the pixel value, for convenience of distinction, the pixel unit corresponding to the known application may be set to red, and the blank area may be set to white.
After the corresponding risk score map is set, in an actual application scene, the risk score map can be directly covered on a national map, and according to the pixel units corresponding to the known insuring places in the risk score map, the known insuring places in the administrative region can be conveniently identified, and meanwhile, the risk score value corresponding to the known insuring places in the administrative region can be conveniently obtained.
By the above method, if the fact that the known insurance coverage with the known risk score value does not exist in the administrative region is identified, the known insurance coverage containing the risk score value is directly configured for the administrative region according to the specific characteristics corresponding to the administrative region.
And S50, calculating the regional risk score value of the administrative region to which the target insurance coverage belongs according to the acquired risk score values of all known insurance coverage in the administrative region range.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the regional risk score value may be understood as: the probability value of natural disasters such as hail, debris flow, earthquake, snow disaster and typhoon possibly occur in the administrative area.
According to the risk score values corresponding to all the single known insuring places in the administrative region, calculating to obtain the region risk score value corresponding to the administrative region according to a preset calculation method, wherein the method can be implemented according to the following technical means:
In the embodiment of the invention, in order to improve the accuracy of calculating the regional risk score value, the preset calculating method can be specifically configured according to the attribute information such as the actual positions, the geographic conditions, the landform characteristics and the like corresponding to different administrative regions; therefore, before calculating the regional risk score value corresponding to the administrative region, natural characteristic information such as landform characteristics, weather characteristics and the like corresponding to the administrative region, and humane characteristic information such as population density, main stream economic characteristics, property distribution density and the like corresponding to the administrative region need to be obtained; constructing a personalized mathematical calculation model corresponding to the administrative region according to the acquired natural characteristic information and the acquired humane characteristic information; and substituting the known risk score value corresponding to the known insuring place in the administrative region into the personalized mathematical calculation model by using the constructed personalized mathematical calculation model as a parameter, and calculating to obtain the region risk score value corresponding to the administrative region.
Since the regional risk score value of the corresponding administrative region is calculated, the regional risk score value can be used as an important reference basis for the specific risk score value corresponding to each unknown insuring place in the administrative region.
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, according to the geographical location information of the target application place, the method may further include the following steps before identifying the administrative region range of the target application place and determining the administrative region to which the target application place belongs:
based on the history, known insuring places of known risk scoring values nationwide are collected, and administrative areas to which each belongs are confirmed for the collected known insuring places.
In the embodiment of the invention, because the administrative region where the location determined according to the longitude and latitude is located is known in the national range corresponding to the Chinese region, the known insurance coverage of the known risk scoring value in the national range can be collected by searching the history record corresponding to the known insurance coverage of the calculated or the calculated claim; meanwhile, according to the geographic position information corresponding to the acquired known insuring place (for example, longitude and latitude information corresponding to the known insuring place), the administrative regions to which all the acquired known insuring places respectively belong can be confirmed. Further, the calculation operation of the regional risk score value of the administrative region to which the present invention belongs is further performed based on the known risk score value corresponding to the known application place.
According to the risk scoring method provided by the embodiment, according to the determined administrative region, whether a known insurance coverage with a known risk scoring value exists in the administrative region is identified; if the known insurance coverage of the known risk score value exists in the administrative area, acquiring the risk score value respectively corresponding to the known insurance coverage; if the known insurance coverage of the known risk score value does not exist in the administrative area, configuring the known insurance coverage containing the risk score value for the administrative area; calculating the regional risk score value of the administrative region to which the target insurance coverage belongs according to the acquired risk score values of all known insurance coverage in the administrative region range; the regional risk scoring scheme for the administrative region where the target insuring place is located can directly obtain the regional risk scoring scheme, the convenience of obtaining the overall risk scoring of the administrative region is improved, the overall risk scoring of the administrative region is more visual, and meanwhile, important basis is provided for the possibility of occurrence of risks corresponding to other unknown insuring places in the administrative region.
Further, in one embodiment of the risk scoring method of the present invention, in step S20 in the embodiment of fig. 1, identifying, according to the geographical location information of the target application place, the administrative region range of the target application place, and determining the administrative region to which the target application place belongs may be implemented according to the following technical means:
Analyzing the geographic position information of the target application place, extracting longitude and latitude information corresponding to the target application place from the geographic position information, and carrying out intersection calculation by utilizing the longitude and latitude information of the target application place and known administrative division data to obtain an administrative region of the target application place;
or:
according to a known administrative region division result, acquiring the range of an administrative region to which the geographic position information belongs according to the geographic position information of the target application place; receiving and analyzing an area scoring instruction, and obtaining administrative area grades of areas to be scored, which are mapped by the area scoring instruction; determining an administrative region to which the target application place belongs according to the acquired administrative region grade; wherein, administrative region grades corresponding to the administrative regions comprise: provinces, municipalities, cities, regions, counties, towns, and villages.
In the embodiment of the invention, the administrative areas corresponding to the administrative areas of the whole country are different in grade, for example, the whole country is divided into provinces, autonomous areas and direct administration cities; provinces and autonomous regions are divided into cities, autonomous states, counties and autonomous counties; the direct administration city is divided into areas; county and autonomous county are divided into villages, nations, towns and the like, and each village and town is divided into villages, villages and the like. Therefore, when the regional risk scoring instruction is received, the regional risk scoring instruction is analyzed, and whether the regional risk scoring instruction carries an administrative region grade corresponding to an administrative region to which the applied place belongs is identified, such as province or city or district, county and the like; if the regional risk scoring instruction carries the corresponding administrative region grade, after the administrative region range of the insuring place is obtained, determining the administrative region corresponding to the administrative region grade of the target insuring place directly according to the geographic position of the insuring place. If the regional risk scoring instruction does not carry the corresponding administrative region grade, determining the administrative region corresponding to the region or county to which the target insurance region belongs directly according to the default administrative region grade as the region or county after acquiring the administrative region range of the insurance region.
If the longitude and latitude information corresponding to the target application place is identified according to the geographic position information of the target application place, or if the longitude and latitude information corresponding to the target application place can be extracted from the geographic position information by analyzing the geographic position information, the longitude and latitude information of the target application place is directly utilized to carry out 'intersecting' calculation with the known administrative division data, and the administrative area to which the target application place belongs is determined according to the intersecting calculation result.
By utilizing the technical means to determine the administrative region to which the target insuring place belongs, the accuracy rate and the recognition efficiency of region recognition are improved.
Further, in one embodiment of the risk scoring method of the present invention, step S40 in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the configuring the administrative area with the known insurance coverage containing the risk scoring value may be implemented according to the following technical means:
aiming at administrative areas without known risk scoring values, selecting a preset number of feature insurance places in the administrative areas according to preset insurance place selection rules; in the embodiment of the invention, the selection number of the feature application places, namely the specific numerical value corresponding to the preset number, can be determined according to the area size of the administrative region and the complexity degree of the regional landform features. In addition, when the feature insurance land is selected, natural feature information such as the landform feature, the weather feature and the like corresponding to the administrative region and humane feature information such as population density, main stream economic feature, property distribution density, regional land parcel value and the like corresponding to the administrative region can be considered and taken into consideration at the same time.
Acquiring risk information corresponding to the feature application places in the history duration; wherein the risk information includes: the risk type, the risk level, the amount of each corresponding claim, the risk occurrence frequency, etc. of the risk; in the embodiment of the invention, in order to improve the accuracy and the comprehensiveness of the risk information corresponding to the feature application place, the described history duration includes: starting from the time of preserving the risk information corresponding to the feature place of application, until the moment of collecting the risk information corresponding to the feature place of application.
Assigning values for different features of the risk information to obtain corresponding feature values; meanwhile, aiming at the importance degrees of different features of the risk information, weight is distributed to the risk information to obtain corresponding weight values; and calculating a risk score value corresponding to the feature insuring place according to the feature value and the weight value respectively corresponding to the risk information, and taking the feature insuring place with the risk score value as a known insuring place in the administrative area.
By using the technical means, the known insurance coverage containing the risk scoring value is configured for the administrative region, and the accuracy and convenience of the risk scoring value of the known insurance coverage are improved.
Further, in an embodiment of the risk scoring method of the present invention, when accuracy required for the regional risk score value corresponding to the administrative region is relatively low, the regional risk score value corresponding to the administrative region may be directly calculated according to the risk score value of the known insuring place in the administrative region. In the embodiment of the present invention, in step S50 in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, according to the obtained risk score values of all known insuring places in the administrative region, the calculation of the regional risk score value of the administrative region to which the target insuring place belongs may be implemented according to the following technical means:
calculating an average value corresponding to the risk score values of all the known insuring places according to the acquired risk score values of all the known insuring places in the administrative region, and taking the calculated average value as a regional risk score value of an administrative region to which the target insuring place belongs;
or:
acquiring weight values corresponding to known insuring places in the administrative area respectively; and calculating the regional risk score value corresponding to the administrative region according to the risk score value corresponding to each known insuring place and the weight value corresponding to each known insuring place.
In the embodiment of the invention, the accuracy requirement for the regional risk score value is not high, or the geographical area of the administrative region is smaller, or the topography feature in the administrative region is single, or the probability of occurrence of natural disasters in any place in the administrative region is almost the same, for example, the regional risk score value of the administrative region to which the target application region belongs is directly calculated according to the average value method for plain regions, so that the calculation efficiency of the regional risk score value is improved.
For the large geographic area of the administrative area, or the complex topography feature of the administrative area, or the different natural disasters of different places in the administrative area, the corresponding weight values can be preconfigured for the known insuring places in the administrative area. According to the set weight values respectively corresponding to the known insuring places and the risk score values corresponding to the known insuring places, the risk score values of the known insuring places are multiplied by the weight values respectively corresponding to the known insuring places to obtain the risk score occupation values of the known insuring places in the administrative region, and the risk score occupation values corresponding to the known insuring places in the administrative region are added to obtain the risk score values corresponding to the administrative region. In a specific application scenario, for example, for a mountain area, a weight is assigned to each known application place, and then a corresponding area analysis score value is calculated by using a risk score value of each known application place and a corresponding weight; for a hilly area, the area of the hilly area is further subdivided into different small areas, and the total area grading value is further obtained through calculation by calculating the area risk grading value of each different small area.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the mode of configuring the corresponding weight values of different known insuring places is utilized, and then the regional risk score value corresponding to the administrative region is calculated according to the risk score value of the known insuring place, so that the convenience and accuracy of the regional risk score value are improved.
The invention also provides a risk scoring device. Referring to fig. 2, an internal structure of a risk scoring apparatus according to an embodiment of the invention is shown.

Identifying whether a known insurance place with a known risk score value exists in the administrative area according to the determined administrative area;
if there is a known place of application for the known risk score value in the administrative area, executing step S30;
if there is no known place of application for the known risk score value in the administrative area, then step S40 is performed;
acquiring risk scoring values respectively corresponding to the known insuring places;
configuring the administrative area with a known place of application containing a risk score value;
in the embodiment of the invention, aiming at the administrative region corresponding to China, the method can be realized by inquiring the database corresponding to the historical data when judging whether the known insurance coverage of the known risk scoring value exists in the corresponding administrative region.
And calculating the regional risk score value of the administrative region to which the target insurance coverage belongs according to the acquired risk score values of all known insurance coverage in the administrative region range.
Further, in another embodiment of the apparatus of the present invention, the risk scoring program 01 may be further invoked by the processor 12 to identify, according to the geographical location information of the target application place, the administrative region scope of the target application place, and determine the administrative region to which the target application place belongs, where the administrative region scope of the target application place is determined according to the following technical means:
Analyzing the geographic position information of the target application place, extracting longitude and latitude information corresponding to the target application place from the geographic position information, and carrying out intersection calculation by utilizing the longitude and latitude information of the target application place and known administrative division data to obtain an administrative region of the target application place;
or:
according to a known administrative region division result, acquiring the range of an administrative region to which the geographic position information belongs according to the geographic position information of the target application place; receiving and analyzing an area scoring instruction, and obtaining administrative area grades of areas to be scored, which are mapped by the area scoring instruction; determining an administrative region to which the target application place belongs according to the acquired administrative region grade; wherein, administrative region grades corresponding to the administrative regions comprise: provinces, municipalities, cities, regions, counties, towns, and villages.
Further, in another embodiment of the apparatus of the present invention, the risk scoring program 01 may be further invoked by the processor 12 to configure the administrative area with a known place of application containing a risk score value if there is no known place of application of a known risk score value in the administrative area, which may be implemented according to the following technical means:
aiming at administrative areas without known risk scoring values, selecting a preset number of feature insurance places in the administrative areas according to preset insurance place selection rules; in the embodiment of the invention, the selection number of the feature application places, namely the specific numerical value corresponding to the preset number, can be determined according to the area size of the administrative region and the complexity degree of the regional landform features.
Further, in another embodiment of the apparatus of the present invention, when accuracy required for the regional risk score value corresponding to the administrative region is relatively low, the regional risk score value corresponding to the administrative region may be directly calculated according to the risk score value of the known insuring location in the administrative region. In the embodiment of the present invention, the risk scoring program 01 may be further invoked by the processor 12 to calculate, according to the obtained risk scoring values of all known insuring places within the administrative region, a regional risk scoring value of an administrative region to which the target insuring place belongs, where the method may be implemented as follows:
calculating the average value of the risk score values according to the acquired risk score values of all known insuring places in the administrative area, and taking the calculated average value as the area risk score value of the administrative area to which the target insuring place belongs;
or:
acquiring weight values corresponding to known insuring places in the administrative area respectively; and calculating the regional risk score value corresponding to the administrative region according to the risk score value corresponding to each known insuring place and the weight value corresponding to each known insuring place.
