the stress part comprises a blocking body (3), and a blast hole is blocked by the blocking body (3);
one end of the blocking body (3) is provided with a semicircular groove (4), and the other end is provided with a conical surface (5);
the coming-off prevention portion includes:
the anti-drop base body (6) is a cylinder;

the butt joint grooves (22) are formed in the end face, opposite to the end where the expansion part is located, of the anti-falling base body (6), and the butt joint grooves (22) are multiple and are uniformly arranged on the anti-falling base body (6) in a circular shape;
and a plurality of butt joints (23) which are arranged on the internal installation cylinder (2) and inserted into the butt joint grooves (22), wherein the butt joint (23) is in one-to-one correspondence with the butt joint grooves (22).

The blast hole plugging device according to claim 1, wherein said anti-drop base (6) is provided with a plurality of sets of mutually parallel anti-rotation cutter bodies (10) on the side surface, said plurality of sets of anti-rotation cutter bodies (10) are uniformly distributed on the side surface of said anti-drop base (6) in the circumferential direction, and said anti-rotation cutter bodies (10) are arranged along the axial extension direction of said anti-drop base.
3. A blasthole plugging device according to claim 1, wherein said first guide support means comprises:
the guide sliding rails (11) are two groups which are parallel to each other and symmetrically arranged on the inner wall of the external mounting cylinder (1), and the guide sliding rails (11) are arranged along the axial extension direction of the external mounting cylinder (1);
the supporting sliding blocks (12) are two groups with the same structure and are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the two groups of guide sliding rails (11), and the supporting sliding blocks (12) are installed on the corresponding guide sliding rails (11) and move along the extension direction of the guide sliding rails (11);
