Under normal conditions, the compressor 1 is filled with oil volume v when leaving the factory0The larger the content of the refrigerant oil in the oil separator 4, the smaller the amount of oil remaining in the compressor 1. The invention judges whether the compressor 1 is lack of oil or not by detecting the content of the refrigeration oil in the oil separator 4, the detection mode has obvious effect and is easy to realize, and whether the compressor is lack of oil or not can be accurately judged; avoid the compressor grinding shaft caused by oil return fault, thereby causing the frequency converter to controlThe output current suddenly changes to damage the frequency conversion controller.
As an alternative embodiment, the relationship between the content of the refrigeration oil in the oil separator 4 and the return oil of the refrigeration oil is as follows: when the volume v of the refrigerant oil in the oil separator 4 satisfies v>v2At that time, the system enters a forced oil return mode, where v2Is a preset value in the system. When detecting the freezing oil v in the oil separator 4>v2When the compressor 1 is in oil shortage, a forced oil return mode needs to be executed, otherwise, the shaft can be abraded, and the oil return mode is not influenced by frequent startup and shutdown and external environment. The controller 9 rapidly adjusts to the oil return mode according to the characteristics of the current operation, and opens the oil return solenoid valve 11. The bottom of the compressor 1 is provided with an oil pump, the bottom of the oil separator 4 is provided with an oil return pipeline, an oil discharge port of the oil separator 4 is connected with an oil return port of the compressor 1 through the oil return pipeline, the oil return pipeline is provided with an electromagnetic valve 11, and the refrigeration oil in the oil separator 4 flows into the compressor 1 through the oil return pipeline.
When the volume v of the refrigerant oil in the oil separator 4 satisfies v<v1When the system is in the oil return-free mode, the system enters the oil return-free mode; wherein v is1Is a default value in the system, and v2>v1. When the volume v of the refrigerant oil in the oil separator 4 satisfies v2<v<v1When the system enters the optional mode; regarding the alternative modes, the following are explained: the user can select the system to return the refrigeration oil or not return the refrigeration oil, and the system defaults to return the refrigeration oil or not return the refrigeration oil. When detecting the volume v of the refrigeration oil in the oil separator 4<v1When the compressor works, the electromagnetic valve 11 is closed without influencing the work of the compressor; detecting the volume v of the refrigeration oil in the oil separator 42<v<v1The compressor is in an optional mode, a user can select oil return, when oil return is selected, the electromagnetic valve 11 is opened by the controller, performance priority (namely oil return is not performed, the compressor normally runs) can be selected, the system is set to default to be oil return of the refrigeration oil, and reliability is guaranteed.

The temperature sensor 8 is arranged in the bottom of the compressor and used for collecting the oil temperature T and transmitting signals to the controller 9 through signal lines for processing. The temperature of the oil in the compressor is detected, the oil temperature is determined to be above a set value, and the liquid is prevented from being carried by the compressor, so that the refrigerant and the oil are mixed and lose the lubricating effect.
