As shown in fig. 9a and 9b, the electric locking function of the door lock is realized: when the outer lock of the door lock is in an unlocking state, the motor 33 is electrified to rotate to drive the worm 34 to rotate, the electric rocker arm 16 meshed with the worm 34 rotates, the electric rocker arm 16 drives the lock poking arm 17 to rotate, and when the lock poking arm 17 pushes the outward opening linkage arm 13 to rotate around the outward opening rocker arm 12, the outward opening linkage arm 13 is separated from the pawl blocking shaft 11, so that when the outward opening rocker arm 12 drives the outward opening linkage arm 13 to rotate around the pawl shaft 30, the outward opening linkage arm 13 cannot push the pawl blocking shaft 11 to drive the pawl 10 to rotate around the pawl shaft 30, the door lock is in a locking state, and the electric lock of the door lock is realized.
As shown in fig. 9a and 9b, the electric unlocking function of the door lock is realized: when the external lock of the door lock is in a locked state, the motor 33 is electrified to rotate to drive the worm 34 to rotate, the electric rocker arm 16 meshed with the worm 34 rotates, the electric rocker arm 16 drives the lock poking arm 17 to rotate, so that the outward opening linkage arm 13 is released, the outward opening linkage arm resets under the action of the outward opening linkage arm return spring 27, the outward opening linkage arm 13 is enabled to be abutted against the pawl blocking shaft 11, and therefore when the outward opening rocker arm 12 drives the outward opening linkage arm 13 to rotate around the pawl shaft 30, the outward opening linkage arm 13 can push the pawl blocking shaft 11 to drive the pawl 10 to rotate around the pawl shaft 30, so that the door lock is in an unlocked state, and the electric unlocking of the door lock is realized.
The locking linkage arm 18 shown in fig. 10a and 10b is sleeved on the lock body 1, and a long shaft at the lower part of the locking linkage arm 18 penetrates through the lock body 1 and is in one-way contact with the side surface of the ratchet 7.
In this embodiment: as shown in fig. 10b, when the door lock is in a half-locking or full-locking state, the long shaft at the lower part of the locking linkage arm 18 is separated from the side surface of the ratchet wheel 7, and the locking or unlocking function of the door lock is effective;
as shown in fig. 10a, when the door lock is in an open state, the long shaft at the lower part of the locking linkage arm 18 is in contact with the side surface of the ratchet wheel 7, the rotation of the locking linkage arm 18 is limited, and at the moment, the door lock is in an unlocked state and cannot be locked, so that the mistaken locking prevention of the door lock is realized.
As shown in the figure, the conductive plate 3, the motor 33, the electric rocker 16, the latching torsion spring 28, the latching torsion spring pressure head 40 and the inward-opening rocker 14 are respectively arranged on the vertical plane of the shell 2 from left to right; the motor is sleeved with a worm 34, the head of the worm is provided with a steel ball 35, and the worm 34 is meshed with the electric rocker 16; the conductive plate is provided with a locking microswitch 44 and a ratchet microswitch 45; an outer locking rocker arm 20 is further arranged on the outer side of the shell 2 in a penetrating mode, an outer locking linkage arm 19 is sleeved on the outer locking rocker arm 20 and is fastened through an ST 2.9-16 flower-shaped pan head self-tapping screw 47; the shell is also provided with a shell cover 6, and the shell 2 and the shell cover 6 are fastened through ST 2.9-16 flower-shaped pan head self-tapping screws 47.
The locking microswitch 44 is arranged in the middle of the conductive plate 3, and an elastic sheet of the locking microswitch 44 is in one-way contact with a boss on the left side of the electric rocker arm 16; the housing 2 is sleeved with an electric rocker arm 16 and a conductive plate 3.
In this embodiment: when the electric rocker arm 16 is in an unlocking state, the locking microswitch 44 is pressed by the side surface of the left boss of the electric rocker arm 16, and the door lock gives feedback of an unlocking signal, as shown in fig. 11 a.
As shown in fig. 11b, when the electric rocker 16 is in the locked state, the side surface of the left boss of the electric rocker 16 is separated from the elastic sheet of the locking microswitch 44, the elastic sheet of the locking microswitch 44 resets under the action of itself, and the door lock gives feedback of the locking signal.
As shown in the figure, the micro switch transfer arm 36 is arranged on the lock body 1, the lower part of the micro switch transfer arm 36 penetrates through the lock body 1 to be contacted with the ratchet wheel 7, and the arc rocker arm at the upper part of the micro switch transfer arm 36 is in one-way contact with the ratchet wheel micro switch 45; the transfer arm shaft sleeve 37 and the transfer arm tension spring 38 are also sleeved on the transfer arm 36 of the microswitch; one end of a transfer arm shaft sleeve 37 is sleeved on the micro switch transfer arm 36, and the other end of the transfer arm shaft sleeve 37 is clamped in the lock body 1; one end of a transfer arm tension spring 38 penetrates through the micro switch transfer arm 36, and the other end of the transfer arm tension spring 38 is sleeved on the lock body 1; the ratchet microswitch 45 is arranged in the conductive plate 3.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 12a, when the ratchet 7 is in the full-locking state, the spherical surface of the top end of the lower rocker arm of the micro switch transfer arm 36 is abutted against the C surface of the ratchet 7 under the action of the transfer arm tension spring 38, the side surface of the upper arc rocker arm of the micro switch transfer arm 36 is separated from the ratchet micro switch 45, and the door lock gives feedback of the locking signal.
As shown in fig. 12b, when the ratchet 7 is in the half-locked state or the unlocked state, the ratchet 7C surface pushes the top spherical surface of the lower rocker arm of the micro-switch transfer arm 36 to rotate, the side surface of the upper arc rocker arm of the micro-switch transfer arm 36 is abutted to the ratchet micro-switch 45, and the door lock gives feedback of the unlocking signal.
The invention has the following functions:
the outward opening function is realized by pulling an outward opening pull rod 43 linked with an outer handle of the vehicle door, the outward opening pull rod 43 drives an outward opening rocker arm 12 to rotate around a pawl shaft 30, meanwhile, the outward opening rocker arm 12 drives an outward opening linkage arm 13 to rotate around the pawl shaft 30, the outward opening linkage arm 13 pushes a pawl stop shaft 11, so that a pawl 10 rotates around the pawl shaft 30, a meshed ratchet wheel 7 is released, and the ratchet wheel 7 is reset through a ratchet wheel return spring 24, so that the door opening is realized. After the door is closed, the lock catch drives the ratchet wheel 7 to rotate around the ratchet wheel shaft 28, and the pawl 10 is reset through the pawl return spring 25, so that meshing is generated, and the door is firmly and reliably in a closed state.
Secondly, the inward opening function of the invention is realized in such a way that the inward opening function is realized by pulling the door inner handle assembly to link the inward opening pull rope 41, the inward opening pull rope 41 drives the inward opening rocker arm 14 to rotate, the inward opening rocker arm 14 drives the inward opening linkage arm 15 to rotate, so that the pawl stop shaft 11 is pushed, the pawl 10 rotates around the pawl shaft 30, the engaged ratchet 7 is released, and the ratchet 7 is reset through the ratchet return spring 24, so that the door opening is realized. After the door is closed, the lock catch drives the ratchet wheel 7 to rotate around the ratchet wheel shaft 28, and the pawl 10 is reset through the pawl return spring 25, so that meshing is generated, and the door is firmly and reliably in a closed state.
And thirdly, the locking and unlocking functions of the invention are realized by connecting the door lock core assembly and the outer locking rocker arm 20 on the lock body through the outer locking pull rod 42. When the lock core assembly is rotated by a key, the outer locking pull rod 42 drives the outer locking rocker arm 20 to drive the outer locking linkage arm 19 to rotate, the outer locking linkage arm 19 drives the locking linkage arm 18 to rotate so as to drive the locking shifting arm 17 to rotate, and when the locking shifting arm 17 pushes the outward opening linkage arm 13 to separate from the pawl baffle shaft 11, the locking of the door lock is realized; when the locking toggle arm 17 releases the outward-opening linkage arm 13, the outward-opening linkage arm 13 resets through an outward-opening linkage arm return spring 27 and contacts with the pawl baffle shaft 11, and therefore the door lock is unlocked.
Electric locking and unlocking functions: when the motor 33 is electrified to rotate to drive the worm 34 to rotate, the electric rocker arm 16 meshed with the worm 34 rotates, the electric rocker arm 16 drives the locking toggle arm 17 to rotate, and when the locking toggle arm 17 pushes the outward-opening linkage arm 13 to be separated from the pawl baffle shaft 11, the door lock locking is realized; when the locking toggle arm 17 releases the outward-opening linkage arm 13, the outward-opening linkage arm 13 resets through an outward-opening linkage arm return spring 27 and contacts with the pawl baffle shaft 11, and therefore the door lock is unlocked.
Fourthly, the forced opening function of the invention is realized in such a way that when the door lock is in a locking state, an inward opening inhaul cable 41 linked with a handle assembly in the door is pulled, the inward opening inhaul cable 41 drives an inward opening rocker arm 14 to rotate, the inward opening rocker arm 14 pushes an electric rocker arm 16L-shaped side wall to rotate, the electric rocker arm 16 drives a locking toggle arm 17 to rotate, the locking toggle arm 17 releases an outward opening linkage arm 13, the outward opening linkage arm 13 is reset through an outward opening linkage arm return spring 27 and is contacted with a pawl baffle shaft 11, and at the moment, the door lock reaches an unlocking state; meanwhile, the inward-opening rocker arm 14 drives the inward-opening linkage arm 15 to rotate, the inward-opening linkage arm 15 pushes the pawl baffle shaft 11, so that the pawl 10 rotates around the pawl shaft 30, the engaged ratchet 7 is released, the ratchet 7 is reset through the ratchet return spring 24, the door is opened, and the door lock is opened forcibly.
And fifthly, the false locking prevention function is realized in such a way, namely the false locking prevention function cannot be locked when the vehicle door is opened, and the locking function is in a failure state when the vehicle door is opened. When the ratchet wheel 7 is in a fully-open position, the micro-switch transfer arm 36 can be released, the micro-switch transfer arm 36 resets under the action of the transfer arm tension spring 38, so that the micro-switch transfer arm 36 is separated from the ratchet wheel micro-switch 45, meanwhile, the locking linkage arm 18 is limited to rotate outside the ratchet wheel 7, the locking shifting arm 17 cannot be driven by the electric rocker arm 16 or the outer locking rocker arm 20, the locking shifting arm 17 cannot push the outward-opening linkage arm 13, the outward-opening linkage arm 13 and the pawl blocking shaft 11 are always in a contact state, so that the door lock is in an unable locking state, and the function of preventing false locking is achieved.
