a child lock pulling rod 32 in a hook plate shape, wherein one end of the child lock pulling rod is rotatably arranged on the shell 6 and extends out of the shell 6 to be positioned in the vehicle body, the other end of the child lock pulling rod is close to the shell 6 and downwards forms a second convex block, the second convex block extends into a through hole in the plate body of the inner opening driven arm 31, and one end of the inner opening rocker arm 30 close to the inner opening driven arm 31 abuts against the second convex block, positioned in the through hole, of the child lock pulling rod 32;
wherein the second protrusion can move in the square strip through hole by rotating the control end, and when the second protrusion moves to one end in the square strip through hole, the interference end of the inner open rocker arm 30 close to the inner open follower arm 31 is formed; when the second lug moves to the other end in the square strip-shaped through hole, the second lug does not interfere with one end, close to the inner opening driven arm 31, of the inner opening rocker arm 30;

In the above technical solution, the function of opening by inward opening and double-pulling is realized by connecting the handle in the vehicle door and the inward opening rocker arm 30 in the lock body 1 through the pulling cable:
when the door lock is in a locking state, the door handle is pulled for the first time to drive the inner opening rocker arm 30 to rotate, the end, far away from the rotation center, of the inner opening rocker arm 30 is provided with an L-shaped flanging protruding structure to be in contact with one end of the inner locking rocker arm 13, the inner locking rocker arm 13 is pushed to rotate, the locking linkage arm 22 connected with the other end of the inner locking rocker arm 13 is driven to rotate, and the locking push rod 26 connected with the locking linkage arm 22 slides to an unlocking position. At the moment, the inner door handle is released, the inner opening rocker arm 30 resets, then the inner door handle is pulled for the second time to drive the inner opening rocker arm 30 to rotate, the other end of the inner opening rocker arm 30 is provided with a protruding structure, the protruding shape of the protruding structure abuts against the protruding structure, the arc tail end of the child lock deflector rod is inserted into the long circular hole of the inner opening follower arm 31, the inner opening follower arm 31 is driven to rotate, the inner opening follower arm 31 pushes the outer opening rocker arm 27 to rotate through the bending structure on the outer opening rocker arm 27, the outer opening rocker arm 27 pushes the locking push rod 26 embedded on the outer opening rocker arm 27 to move, the pawl 4 is pushed to move.
Wherein, the children lock function is realized through stirring children lock driving lever:
the child lock driving lever is shifted to be away from the protruding structure at one end of the circular arc, the protruding structure, embedded into the long circular hole of the inner opening driven arm 31, of the child lock driving lever moves back and forth along the long circular hole to reach a locking position and an unlocking position, when the child lock driving lever is shifted to the locking position, the protruding structure at the circular arc end of the child lock driving lever 32 is not in contact with the inner opening rocker 30 of the inner opening 30, when the inner handle of the vehicle door is pulled, the inner opening rocker 30 of the inner opening 30 cannot push the inner opening arm of the inner.
In another technical scheme, the lock further comprises a second outward-opening rocker arm 27 and an inward-opening linkage arm, wherein the second outward-opening rocker arm 27 is plate-shaped, the middle part of the second outward-opening rocker arm 27 is rotatably sleeved at one end, located on the top surface of the lock body 1, of the pawl 4, one end of the second outward-opening rocker arm extends out of the lock body 1, and a U-shaped clamping groove is formed at the position far away from one end extending out of the lock body 1;
when the inner handle of the vehicle door is pulled, the inner opening rocker arm 30 rotates to push the inner opening driven arm to rotate, the inner opening driven arm 31 pushes the first outer convex part of the inner opening linkage arm to enable the second outer convex part of the inner opening linkage arm to push the pawl 4 to give way, the ratchet wheel 3 is opened, and then the vehicle door is opened.
In the above solution, the out-swing rocker arm 27 is replaced by two parts: the outward opening rocker arm 27 II and the inward opening linkage arm, when the inner handle of the car door is pulled at the moment, the inward opening rocker arm 30 rotates to drive the inward opening linkage arm to rotate through the inward opening driven arm 31, the inward opening linkage arm pushes the pawl 4 to give way, at the moment, the ratchet wheel 3 is opened, and the car door is opened.
In another technical solution, the door lock further comprises a micro switch for outputting a door lamp signal and a lock signal, the micro switch comprising:
the elastic connecting piece is characterized by comprising a top piece and a bottom piece, wherein one ends of the top piece and the bottom piece are elastically connected to form a V-shaped connecting piece, the top piece and the bottom piece can be attached by pressing any one part of one ends far away from the top piece and the bottom piece, and one surface of the bottom piece close to the top piece is provided with a micro-press switch;
when the pawl 4 is in abdication and the ratchet wheel 3 is opened, the ratchet wheel 3 rotates to enable the outer edge part to be pressed towards the top piece, at the moment, the top piece is close to the bottom piece to apply pressure to the microswitch, and the microswitch is opened, so that the function of door lamp signal output is realized;
one end of the inner locking rocker arm 13 close to the inner locking rocker arm 30 is just arranged at the position of a pressing track from the bottom plate to the top plate, and when the inner locking rocker arm 13 rotates to the unlocking or locking position, the inner locking rocker arm 30 presses the bottom plate to contact towards the top plate, so that pressure is applied to a microswitch on the bottom plate, and the locking signal function is realized.
In the above technical solution, when the door lock is in the locking and unlocking state, the locking signal switch 9 can respectively give different signals.
In another technical scheme, the emergency lock further comprises an emergency lock function:
when vehicle electronic system broke down the outage, leave behind the door locking, can insert the square hole on emergent knob 28 through the key this moment and rotate to limit position (angle 33) and can realize the door locking, emergent knob 28 can only be with the door locking, does not have the function of unblock.
The first embodiment is as follows:
the ratchet shaft 24 penetrates through the cover plate 2 and is riveted, the ratchet damping pad 20, the lock catch damping pad 25, the pawl damping pad 33, the pawl 4, the pawl return spring 16 and the ratchet return spring 17 are respectively installed in corresponding clamping grooves on the lock body 1, the ratchet 3 is sleeved on the ratchet shaft 24, the pawl shaft 29 sequentially penetrates through the lock body 1 and the cover plate 2 and is riveted, and the inner hexagonal flower-shaped head tapping screw 23 is screwed tightly; an external opening return spring 19 is arranged in a corresponding clamping groove on the lock body 1, an external opening rocker arm 27 is sleeved on a pawl shaft 29, and then a connecting plate 5 is sleeved on a ratchet shaft 24 and the pawl shaft 29 and is riveted; installing a locking push rod return spring 35 and a locking push rod 26 in corresponding clamping grooves on a locking linkage arm 22, respectively installing two ends of the locking push rod return spring 35 on the locking push rod 26 and the locking linkage arm 22, installing a locking torsion spring 15 in the corresponding clamping groove of the lock body 1, then installing a sub-assembly consisting of the locking push rod 26, the locking linkage arm 22 and the locking push rod return spring 35 in the corresponding clamping groove of the lock body 1, and inserting the other end of the locking torsion spring 15 into a corresponding hole on the locking linkage arm 22, wherein the other end of the locking push rod 26 is clamped in a corresponding groove of an outward-opening rocker arm 27; the external locking rocker arm 21 is arranged in a corresponding clamping groove of the locking linkage arm 22, and the emergency knob 28 is arranged in the corresponding clamping groove on the lock body 1; the shell 6 is aligned and then buckled on the lock body 1 and is screwed down by the hexagon socket flower type countersunk head self-tapping screw 34; respectively installing a locking signal switch 9 and a door lamp signal switch 10 into corresponding clamping grooves of the current-conducting plate 9, filling glue, drying and then installing the current-conducting plate and the door lamp signal switch into corresponding clamping grooves of the shell 6; sleeving the worm 14 on the motor 11, then installing the motor 11 into a corresponding clamping groove of the shell 6, sequentially installing the duplicate gear 12 and the inner locking rocker arm 13 into the corresponding clamping groove of the shell 6, sequentially installing the inner opening rocker arm 30, the inner opening driven arm 31 and the child lock driving lever into the corresponding clamping groove of the shell 6, finally aligning the shell cover 7, then installing the shell cover on the shell 6, and screwing the shell cover with the hexagon socket head type disk head self-tapping screw 23.
Example two:
as shown in figure 2, the outward opening function is realized by connecting the outer handle assembly of the vehicle door and an outward opening rocker arm on the lock body through a pull cable. When the outer handle of the car door is pulled by external force, the outer handle is pulled by a pull rope to drive the outward opening rocker arm 27 to rotate around the pawl shaft, one end of the locking push rod 26 clamped in the U-shaped notch of the outer handle is driven to rotate (the first contact surface is 100), the lower end part of one end of the locking push rod 26 protrudes below the outward opening rocker arm 27 (the second contact surface is 101) and offsets with the protrusion extending upwards from the pawl 4, and therefore the locking push rod 26 rotates to push the pawl 4 to rotate around the pawl shaft and give way to the ratchet wheel 3, the ratchet wheel rotates, the lock catch clamped in the opening of the ratchet lock catch is separated from the ratchet wheel to be discharged, and the car door can be opened. When the external handle assembly of the vehicle door is loosened, the external-open rocker arm automatically returns under the action of the external-open return spring.
Example three:
as shown in fig. 3, the external locking and unlocking functions are realized by connecting the door lock core assembly and an external locking rocker arm on the lock body through a pull rod. When the lock core assembly is rotated by a key, the locking linkage rocker 22 and the outer locking rocker 21 are sequentially sleeved on a fixed shaft which extends upwards and vertically on the lock body, the pull rod drives the outer locking rocker 21 to rotate around the fixed shaft, the outer locking rocker 21 drives the locking linkage rocker 22 to rotate (a contact surface III 102), the locking linkage rocker 22 is sleeved on the pawl shaft 29 and is positioned below the outer locking rocker 21, a clamping groove (a contact surface IV 103) which can be inserted into the other end of the locking push rod 26 is formed in the upper part and the lower part of the locking linkage rocker 22, two ends of the locking push rod 26 are in a horizontal state after being arranged, when the locking linkage rocker 22 rotates, the locking push rod is pushed to slide back and forth along a plane where the locking push rod is positioned, when a U-shaped notch of the outer opening rocker 27 is far away, the ratchet wheel and the pawl 3 do not interfere with each other, so that the outward opening rocker arm 27 cannot drive the pawl to rotate, and the purpose of locking is achieved; when the U-shaped notch of the outward opening rocker arm 27 is close to, the outward opening rocker arm and the pawl are mutually abutted, so that the outward opening rocker arm can drive the pawl to rotate to give way, the ratchet wheel rotates to open the door, and the purpose of unlocking is achieved.
Example four:
as shown in figure 4, the function of the inward opening door is realized by connecting the door inner handle assembly with an inward opening rocker arm on the lock body through a pull cable. When the inner handle of the car door is pulled by external force, the inner handle is pulled by a pull rope to drive the inner opening rocker arm 30 to rotate around the inner opening rocker arm shaft, the other end of the inner opening rocker arm 30 downwards abuts against a protrusion (a contact surface five 104) extending upwards of the opening rocker arm from the left side so as to push the opening rocker arm to rotate, the other end of the opening rocker arm downwards pushes the pawl 3 to rotate around the pawl shaft (a contact surface six 105) so as to give way to the ratchet wheel 4, and therefore the ratchet wheel rotates, so that the latch clamped in the latch opening of the ratchet wheel is separated from the ratchet wheel to be released. Meanwhile, the other end of the L-shaped inward-opening rocker arm is provided with a flanging bulge which is in contact with the inward-locking rocker arm 13 to push the inward-locking rocker arm 13 to rotate (a contact surface seven 106), so that the clamping groove end of the inward-locking rocker arm is displaced to drive the locking linkage rocker arm 22 to pull the locking push rod 26, the end provided with the sliding block slides to a position (a contact surface two 101) which can just abut against the bulge of the pawl 3 to achieve the purpose of unlocking, and the process is called as an inward-opening forced-opening function. When the handle assembly in the vehicle door is loosened, the inward opening rocker arm 30 and the opening rocker arm automatically return under the action of the inward opening return spring.
Example five:
as shown in fig. 5, the double pull function is accomplished by connecting the inside handle assembly to the inside opening rocker arm 30 on the lock body. When the door lock is in a locking state, the inner handle is pulled for the first time, the inner opening rocker 30 is pulled through the inner opening pull rope to rotate around the shaft, the outer opening rocker 27 is pushed through the contact surface five 104, the outer opening rocker 27 drives the locking push rod 26 to rotate around the pawl shaft and move to the end surface of the pawl, when the inner opening rocker 30 moves to be in contact with the inner locking rocker 13 (the contact surface seven 106), the inner locking rocker 13 is driven to rotate, the inner locking rocker 13 drives the locking linkage rocker 22 to rotate, the locking linkage rocker 22 drives the locking push rod 27 to do linear motion, the locking push rod 27 moves to the end surface of the pawl to be incapable of doing linear motion to generate a contact surface two 101, when the inner opening rocker 30 drives the inner locking rocker 13 to the limiting surface 1, the inner locking rocker 13 is in an unlocking position, after the inner handle is released, the inner opening rocker 30 and the outer opening rocker 27 are reset through the outer opening return spring 19, the outer opening rocker 27 drives the locking push rod 26, the locking push rod 26 is driven by the locking push rod return spring 35 to the unlocking position, and when the inner handle is pulled for the second time, the door lock can be normally opened. The double-pull function is realized.
Example six:
as shown in fig. 5, the inward opening function plus the inward locking function are achieved by connecting the vehicle body inside handle assembly with the inward opening rocker arm 30 and the inward locking rocker arm 13 on the lock body. When the lock is in the locking state, need stir interior locking button of going up, interior locking rocking arm 13 on button and the lock body is connected through the hard wire cable and is driven interior locking rocking arm 13 and make a round trip to rotate realization unblock and locking. When the door handle is pulled by external force in an unlocking state, the door handle drives the inward-opening rocker 30 to rotate through the pull rope, the inward-opening rocker 30 pushes the outward-opening rocker 27 to rotate through the contact 5, the outward-opening rocker 27 rotates to drive one end of the locking push rod 26 clamped in the U-shaped notch of the outward-opening rocker to rotate (contact surface one 100), the lower end part of one end of the locking push rod 26 protrudes below the outward-opening rocker 27 (contact surface two 101) and abuts against a first protrusion extending upwards from the pawl 3, so that the locking push rod 26 rotates to push the pawl 3 to rotate around the pawl shaft to give way to the ratchet 4, the ratchet rotates, the lock catch clamped in the ratchet lock catch opening is separated from the ratchet to be released, and the door can be opened. When the handle assembly in the vehicle door is loosened, the inner opening rocker arm and the outer opening rocker arm automatically return under the action of the outer opening return spring.
Example seven:
as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the child safety lock has the function of locking and unlocking the internal opening by manually operating the shift lever by extending the shift lever from the lock body to the door. The child lock shift lever 32 is in a semi-circular arc shape, one end of the child lock shift lever is provided with a cylindrical first protrusion which is inserted into the long round hole of the inner driven arm 31, when the child safety device is in an unlocking state, the first protrusion is positioned at one end, far away from the rotating center of the inner-opening driven arm 31, in the long circular hole of the inner-opening driven arm 31, the inner-opening rocker arm 30 and the inner-opening driven arm 31 are sequentially sleeved on the rotating shaft corresponding to the shell 6, one end of the inner-opening rocker arm 30 is provided with an arc-shaped structure concentric with the rotating shaft, the width of the arc-shaped end part is just abutted against the first protrusion (the contact surface is eight 107) of the child lock poking rod 32 inserted into the long circular hole of the inner-opening driven arm, when the inner handle of the motor car door is pulled through external force, the inner opening rocker arm 30 is driven to rotate through the pull rope, the inner opening driven arm 31 is driven to rotate through the contact 8 and the child lock driving lever, the inner opening driven arm 31 drives the outer opening rocker arm 27 to rotate through the contact 9, and therefore the motor car door is opened. On the contrary, when the other end of the child lock lever 32 extends out of the convex portion of the lock body, the first convex portion moves to the rotation center along the long circular hole of the inner opening driven arm 31, and is far away from the arc structure of the inner opening rocker arm 30, the contact 8 is separated, and the door cannot be opened through the door inner handle.
Example eight:
as shown in fig. 8 and 9, when the vehicle electronic system is in a failure and power off state, the vehicle door needs to be locked and then separated, at this time, the key can be inserted into the square hole on the emergency knob 28 and rotate to the limit position (angle 33 °) along the arrow direction marked on the part, the locking linkage rocker arm 22 is pushed to the locking position through the contact surface ten 109, and since the contact surface ten 109 can only transmit motion in one direction (i.e. the locking linkage rocker arm 22 can only be pushed by the emergency knob 28), the emergency knob 28 can only lock the vehicle door, and has no unlocking function.
Example nine:
as shown in fig. 10, when the motor 11 is energized in the forward direction, the worm 14 on the motor shaft rotates, the dual gear 12 engaged with the worm 14 rotates, and the straight tooth part on the dual gear 12 is engaged with the corresponding tooth shape of the inner locking rocker arm 13 for transmission, so as to drive the inner locking rocker arm 13 to rotate, so that the locking link rocker arm 22 rotates, the locking link rocker arm 22 drives the locking push rod 26 to do linear motion, so that the second contact surface 101 is disengaged from the pawl 3, and thus the function of electric unlocking is achieved. When the motor 11 is electrified reversely, the worm 14 on the motor shaft rotates, the straight tooth part on the duplicate gear 12 meshed with the worm 14 is meshed with the corresponding tooth profile of the inner locking rocker arm 13 for transmission, the inner locking rocker arm 13 is driven to rotate, the locking linkage rocker arm 22 rotates, the locking linkage rocker arm 22 drives the locking push rod 26 to do linear motion, the locking push rod 26 is combined with the pawl 3, a second contact surface 101 is generated, and the function of electric locking is achieved.
It should be noted that the specific motion logic, mechanics principle, space environment, appearance modification by using functional requirements, partial deformation and substantial invariance of the present invention are all considered to be technical equivalents (infringements).
While embodiments of the invention have been described above, it is not limited to the applications set forth in the description and the embodiments, which are fully applicable in various fields of endeavor to which the invention pertains, and further modifications may readily be made by those skilled in the art, it being understood that the invention is not limited to the details shown and described herein without departing from the general concept defined by the appended claims and their equivalents.

Claims (7)

1. An integrated vehicle door lock, comprising: a plate-shaped lock body having a plurality of mounting grooves, along top and bottom surfaces of which a plurality of mechanical parts for cooperating with external opening and external locking are installed, the plurality of mechanical parts comprising:
the ratchet shaft and the pawl shaft are arranged at intervals, two ends of the ratchet shaft and two ends of the pawl shaft respectively vertically penetrate through the top surface and the bottom surface of the lock body, one end of the ratchet shaft, which is positioned on the bottom surface of the lock body, rotatably penetrates through a ratchet, one end of the pawl shaft, which is positioned on the bottom surface of the lock body, penetrates through a pawl, and the ratchet and the pawl are mutually clamped;
when the ratchet wheel and the pawl are mutually clamped, the vehicle door is in a closed state, and when the ratchet wheel and the pawl are not mutually clamped, the vehicle door is opened;
the ratchet wheel is provided with a lock catch opening which can be clamped with the vehicle door lock catch, and a ratchet wheel return spring is fixedly arranged between the ratchet wheel and the lock body;
one end of the pawl close to the ratchet wheel forms a first interference part, and the first interference part is opposite to the ratchet wheel and limits the ratchet wheel to rotate anticlockwise when contacting with the ratchet wheel;
the middle part of the outward-opening rocker arm is rotatably sleeved at one end, located on the top surface of the lock body, of the pawl shaft, and the outward-opening rocker arm comprises a U-shaped groove, wherein one end of the outward-opening rocker arm extends out of the lock body, is connected with a vehicle door handle through a wire drawing, and penetrates through the plate body far away from the end extending out of the lock body;
the locking linkage rocker arm is in an irregular triangle-like shape, one corner extends to form a spherical end, a penetrating mounting groove is arranged on the edge corresponding to the corner, and the middle part of the locking linkage rocker arm is rotatably sleeved on the ratchet shaft;
the locking push rod is in a rectangular plate shape, one end of the locking push rod is movably arranged in the U-shaped groove of the locking linkage rocker arm, the bottom surface of the other end of the locking push rod is provided with a connecting block matched with the U-shaped groove of the first outward-opening rocker arm, and the connecting block is arranged in the U-shaped groove in a penetrating mode;
the top surface of the pawl far away from the first interference portion is provided with a protrusion, the connecting block of the locking push rod forms interference with the protrusion, when the vehicle door outward opening handle is pulled, the outward opening rocker arm is rotated to drive the locking push rod to push the protrusion of the pawl so as to rotate the pawl, so that the first interference portion is separated from the ratchet wheel, and the vehicle door is opened.
2. The integrated vehicle door lock of claim 1, comprising,
one end of the outer locking rocker extends out of the lock body and is controlled to rotate by the lock cylinder, the other end of the outer locking rocker is rotatably sleeved on a ratchet shaft positioned above the locking linkage rocker, the locking push rod is positioned at one end of the locking linkage rocker and is sunken to form a groove, and the outer locking rocker is attached to the upper part of the locking linkage rocker and is positioned in the groove;
when the outer locking rocker arm rotates to enable the locking push rod to reach the unlocking position, the protruding portion, located at one end of the U-shaped groove of the outer opening rocker arm, of the locking push rod abuts against the corresponding protrusion of the pawl, when the door handle is pulled, the outer opening rocker arm rotates to drive the locking push rod to push the protrusion of the pawl to enable the pawl to rotate, so that the first interference portion leaves the ratchet wheel, and the door is opened.

The integrated vehicle door lock of claim 1, further comprising a housing perpendicular to the top surface of the lock body, wherein a plurality of connecting portions perpendicular to the housing are disposed on an end surface of the housing facing the top surface of the lock body for connecting electrically-operated locking components, and the integrated vehicle door lock comprises:
the output end of the motor is downward and is connected with a vertical worm;
the duplicate gear comprises a bull gear and a pinion which are coaxial and mutually attached, and one side of the bull gear is meshed and linked with the worm; the one end that the worm was kept away from to the pinion with interior locking rocking arm is connected, interior locking rocking arm includes that one side has cambered surface circular arc structure outwards, and this circular arc outside set up the round with pinion engaged with's external tooth, interior locking rocking arm still includes a draw-in groove end, is equipped with the draw-in groove on it, and this draw-in groove card is established the spherical of locking linkage rocking arm is served, interior locking rocking arm still including being close to the bulge structure of interior rocking arm and offset with interior rocking arm.

The integrated vehicle door lock of claim 1, further comprising an inner locking button fixedly disposed in the vehicle door and connected to the inner locking rocker arm through a cable, wherein the inner locking button is pulled to pull the cable to drive the inner locking rocker arm to rotate and to displace the slot end of the inner locking rocker arm so as to drive the locking linkage rocker arm to push or pull a locking push rod, so that a portion of the locking push rod located at the U-shaped end of the outward opening rocker arm slides or moves away from the U-shaped end of the outward opening rocker arm to an unlocking position, thereby achieving an unlocking or locking function.

when the pulling handle drives the inner opening rocker arm to rotate, the arc-shaped protruding part abuts against one end of the inner locking rocker arm and pushes the inner locking rocker arm to rotate, the clamping groove end of the inner locking rocker arm pushes the locking linkage arm to rotate, the locking push rod is further pushed to slide to the unlocking position, at the moment, the handle in the vehicle door is loosened, the inner opening rocker arm resets, then the handle in the vehicle door is pulled for the second time to drive the inner opening rocker arm to rotate, the inner opening rocker arm abuts against the second bump to form pushing force, the through hole end of the inner opening driven arm is pushed and rotated, the inner opening driven arm is further far away from the through hole end to push the outer opening rocker arm to rotate, the pawl moves away, and the vehicle door is opened.
