It should be noted that, the material processed by the decoking cylinder 3 will reach the crushing mechanism 7, the crushing mechanism 7 can crush the material therebetween with variable force by using the fixed crushing roller 710 and the pressing crushing roller 711, and the distance between the pressing crushing roller 711 and the fixed crushing roller 710 can be controlled by using the forward and backward movement of the pressing cylinder 713, so that the material with different sizes can be crushed according to the requirement, the arranged discharging conveying belt can be conveniently connected with other conveying equipment, and finally, the coke blocks can be ensured to fall into the coke tank after being effectively crushed, thereby avoiding the process that the coke in the coke tank needs to be sorted and crushed again in the prior art, improving the conveying efficiency of the coke, and shortening the time from decoking, crushing to conveying of the coke.
The recovery funnel 5 comprises a receiving hopper 501, a material conveying pipe 502 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the receiving hopper 501, a receiving box 503 is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the material conveying pipe 502, a receiving drawer 505 with a handle is slidably connected to the bottom of the side surface of the receiving box 503, and an observation window 504 is arranged at a position, above the receiving drawer 505, of the side surface of the receiving box 503.
