(1) preparing raw materials of the mulching film: the method comprises the steps of firstly preparing three containers, wherein the three containers are divided into a container A, a container B and a container C respectively, and adding a proper amount of solvent into the three containers, wherein the ratio of the solvent in the container A to the solvent in the container B to the solvent in the container C is 3:2: 1.
(2) Preparing an intermediate layer film: placing a container A into a heating device, then pouring two-thirds of PPC and PBAT of the total amount and 5% of polyurethane into the container A to be dissolved in a solvent, heating to 80 ℃, then sequentially adding suberic acid and a plasticizer of the total amount, then adding a delustering agent, a heat-resistant stabilizer, a weather-resistant stabilizer and a heat insulating agent, stirring for 1 hour, stopping heating and standing for 70 minutes after stirring, then injecting the mixture into a feed inlet of a double-screw extruder through a casting machine, wherein the configuration of the double-screw extruder is 360mm multiplied by 15 sections, the temperature of 1-7 sections is 130 ℃, the temperature of 8-15 sections is 150 ℃, reacting for 1.5 minutes, granulating under water at 30 ℃, and drying to obtain the plastic raw material for the intermediate layer film.
(3) Preparing an outer layer film: placing a container C into a heating device, pouring PPC and PBAT with a half of the total amount and polyurethane with 5 percent of the total amount into the container C to be dissolved in a solvent, heating to 60 ℃, adding suberic acid and plasticizer with a half of the total amount, sequentially adding a coloring agent, an antioxidant and a heat preservation agent, stirring for 30 minutes, stopping heating and standing for 10 minutes after stirring, injecting the mixture into a feed inlet of a double-screw extruder through a casting machine, wherein the temperature of 1-7 sections is 130 ℃, the temperature of 8-15 sections is 150 ℃, reacting for 1.5 minutes, extruding, granulating under water at 30 ℃, and drying to obtain the plastic raw material for the outer-layer membrane.
(4) Preparing a bottom layer film: placing a container B into a heating device, then pouring PPC and PBAT with three-tenths of the total amount and polyurethane with 5 percent into the container B to be dissolved in a solvent, after the temperature is raised to 70 ℃, adding suberic acid and plasticizer with three-tenths of the total amount, then sequentially adding a scratch-resistant aid and an antifouling aid, stirring for 50 minutes, stopping heating and standing for 40 minutes after stirring, then injecting the mixture into a feed inlet of a double-screw extruder through a casting machine, wherein the temperature of 1-7 sections is 130 ℃, the temperature of 8-15 sections is 150 ℃, reacting for 1.5 minutes, extruding, granulating underwater at 30 ℃, and drying to obtain the plastic raw material for the bottom layer film.
(5) And respectively carrying out three-layer co-extrusion film blowing on the plastic raw material for the outer layer film, the plastic raw material for the middle layer film and the plastic raw material for the bottom layer film by using three film blowing machines and a three-layer co-extrusion die head, wherein the blown films are three-layer co-extrusion mulching films.
The plastic film under this embodiment has increased the use of various chemical agents to promote the wholeness ability of plastic film by a wide margin, guarantee the life and the use strength of plastic film, can adopt this embodiment to the plastic film of part long-term use.
Example three: the high weather-resistant biodegradable mulching film special for cotton comprises the following raw materials in proportion: 25% of biodegradable polyurethane containing a carbonate structure, 20% of PPC, 60% of PBAT, 80% of solvent, 6% of plasticizer, 6% of suberic acid, 1.5% of ultraviolet absorbent, 1.5% of antioxidant, 1.5% of flatting agent, 1.5% of heat-resistant stabilizer, 1.5% of weather-resistant stabilizer, 1.5% of heat-insulating agent, 1.5% of scratch-resistant auxiliary agent, 1.5% of antifouling auxiliary agent and 1.5% of coloring agent.
The solvent is polar carbamate solvent of esters, has water content less than or equal to 450ppm, and is mainly ethyl acetate.
The high weather-resistant biodegradable mulching film special for cotton comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing raw materials of the mulching film: the method comprises the steps of firstly preparing three containers, wherein the three containers are divided into a container A, a container B and a container C, and adding proper amount of solvent into the three containers, wherein the ratio of the solvent in the container A to the solvent in the container B to the solvent in the container C is 5:3: 1.5.
(2) Preparing an intermediate layer film: placing a container A into a heating device, then pouring two-thirds of PPC and PBAT of the total amount and 9% of polyurethane into the container A to be dissolved in a solvent, heating to 90 ℃, then sequentially adding suberic acid and a plasticizer of the total amount, then adding a delustering agent, a heat-resistant stabilizer, a weather-resistant stabilizer and a heat insulating agent, stirring for 2 hours, stopping heating after stirring, standing for 80 minutes, then injecting the mixture into a feed inlet of a double-screw extruder through a casting machine, configuring the double-screw extruder into 360mm multiplied by 15 sections, wherein the temperature of 1-7 sections is 150 ℃, the temperature of 8-15 sections is 180 ℃, reacting for 2.5 minutes, granulating under water at 45 ℃, and drying to obtain the plastic raw material for the intermediate layer film.
(3) Preparing an outer layer film: placing a container C into a heating device, pouring PPC and PBAT with a half of the total amount and polyurethane with 8 percent into the container C to be dissolved in a solvent, heating to 70 ℃, adding suberic acid and plasticizer with a half of the total amount, sequentially adding a coloring agent, an antioxidant and a heat preservation agent, stirring for 35 minutes, stopping heating after stirring, standing for 15 minutes, injecting the mixture into a feed inlet of a double-screw extruder through a casting machine, wherein the temperature of 1-7 sections is 150 ℃, the temperature of 8-15 sections is 180 ℃, reacting for 2.5 minutes, carrying out extrusion, carrying out underwater granulation at 45 ℃, and drying to obtain the plastic raw material for the outer-layer membrane.
(4) Preparing a bottom layer film: placing a container B into a heating device, then pouring PPC and PBAT with three-tenths of the total amount and polyurethane with 8 percent into the container B to be dissolved in a solvent, after the temperature is raised to 80 ℃, adding suberic acid and plasticizer with three-tenths of the total amount, then sequentially adding a scratch-resistant aid and an antifouling aid, stirring for 60 minutes, stopping heating and standing for 45 minutes after stirring, then injecting the mixture into a feed inlet of a double-screw extruder through a casting machine, wherein the temperature of 1-7 sections is 150 ℃, the temperature of 8-15 sections is 180 ℃, reacting for 2.5 minutes, carrying out extrusion, carrying out underwater granulation at 45 ℃, and drying to obtain the plastic raw material for the bottom layer film.
(5) And respectively carrying out three-layer co-extrusion film blowing on the plastic raw material for the outer layer film, the plastic raw material for the middle layer film and the plastic raw material for the bottom layer film by using three film blowing machines and a three-layer co-extrusion die head, wherein the blown films are three-layer co-extrusion mulching films.
The mulch film in the embodiment averagely adjusts the content of the biodegradable polyurethane containing the carbonate structure and various chemical agents, and averagely averages the overall performance and degradability of the mulch film, so that common use requirements are suitable for the embodiment.

Claims (7)
1. The special high weather-resistant biodegradable mulching film for cotton is characterized in that: comprises the following raw materials in proportion: 15-35% of biodegradable polyurethane containing a carbonate structure, 15-25% of PPC, 40-70% of PBAT, 70-90% of solvent, 4-8% of plasticizer, 4-8% of suberic acid, 1-2% of ultraviolet absorbent, 1-2% of antioxidant, 1-2% of flatting agent, 1-2% of heat-resistant stabilizer, 1-2% of weather-resistant stabilizer, 1-2% of heat-insulating agent, 1-2% of scratch-resistant auxiliary agent, 1-2% of antifouling auxiliary agent and 1-2% of coloring agent.
2. The special high weather-resistant biodegradable mulching film for cotton according to claim 1, wherein: the solvent is polar carbamate solvent of esters, the water content is less than or equal to 450ppm, and the solvent is mainly ethyl acetate.
3. The special high weather-resistant biodegradable mulching film for cotton is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps: the method comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing raw materials of the mulching film: preparing three containers, namely a container A, a container B and a container C, adding a proper amount of solvent into the three containers, wherein the ratio of the solvent in the container A to the solvent in the container B to the solvent in the container C is 3-7: 2-4: 1-2;
(2) preparing an intermediate layer film: placing a container A into a heating device, pouring a proper amount of polyurethane, PPC and PBAT into the container A to be dissolved in a solvent, heating to 80-105 ℃, sequentially adding a proper amount of suberic acid and a plasticizer, then adding a flatting agent, a heat-resistant stabilizer, a weather-resistant stabilizer and a heat-insulating agent, stirring for 1-3 hours, stopping heating and standing for 70-90 minutes after stirring, injecting the mixture into a feed inlet of a double-screw extruder through a casting machine, wherein the temperature of the front section is 130-170 ℃, the temperature of the rear section is 150-200 ℃, reacting for 1.5-3 minutes, carrying out extrusion, carrying out underwater granulation at 30-60 ℃, and drying to obtain a plastic raw material for an intermediate layer film;
(3) preparing an outer layer film: placing a container C into a heating device, pouring a proper amount of polyurethane, PPC and PBAT into the container C, dissolving the polyurethane, PPC and PBAT into a solvent, heating to 60-80 ℃, adding a proper amount of suberic acid and a plasticizer, sequentially adding a coloring agent, an antioxidant and a heat insulating agent, stirring for 30-40 minutes, stopping heating after stirring, standing for 10-20 minutes, injecting the mixture into a feed inlet of a double-screw extruder through a casting machine, wherein the temperature of the front section is 130-170 ℃, the temperature of the rear section is 150-200 ℃, reacting for 1.5-3 minutes, carrying out underwater granulation at 30-60 ℃, and drying to obtain a plastic raw material for the outer-layer membrane;
(4) preparing a bottom layer film: placing a container B into a heating device, pouring a proper amount of polyurethane, PPC and PBAT into the container B, dissolving the polyurethane, PPC and PBAT into a solvent, heating to 70-90 ℃, adding a proper amount of suberic acid and a plasticizer, sequentially adding a scratch-resistant assistant and an antifouling assistant, stirring for 50-70 minutes, stopping heating and standing for 40-50 minutes after stirring, injecting the mixture into a feed inlet of a double-screw extruder through a casting machine, wherein the temperature of the front section is 130-170 ℃, the temperature of the rear section is 150-200 ℃, reacting for 1.5-3 minutes, carrying out underwater granulation at 30-60 ℃, and drying to obtain a plastic raw material for the bottom layer film;
(5) and respectively carrying out three-layer co-extrusion film blowing on the plastic raw material for the outer layer film, the plastic raw material for the middle layer film and the plastic raw material for the bottom layer film by using three film blowing machines and a three-layer co-extrusion die head, wherein the blown films are three-layer co-extrusion mulching films.

The special high weather-resistant biodegradable mulching film for cotton according to claim 3, wherein: the configuration of the double-screw extruder is 360mm multiplied by 15 sections, wherein the number of sections of the front section is 1-7 sections, and the number of sections of the rear section is 8-15 sections.
5. The special high weather-resistant biodegradable mulching film for cotton according to claim 3, wherein: in the step (2), the proportion of the polymethyl ethylene carbonate, the suberic acid and the plasticizer is two thirds of the total amount, and the proportion of the polyurethane is 20-25%.
6. The special high weather-resistant biodegradable mulching film for cotton according to claim 3, wherein: in the step (3), the proportion of the PPC, the PBAT, the suberic acid and the plasticizer is one twelfth of the total amount, and the proportion of the polyurethane is 5-7.5%.
7. The special high weather-resistant biodegradable mulching film for cotton according to claim 3, wherein: in the step (4), the proportion of the PPC, the PBAT, the suberic acid and the plasticizer is three-twelfth of the total amount, and the proportion of the polyurethane is 5-7.5%.
