Description

Weather-resistant full-biodegradable mulching film and preparation method thereof
Technology neighborhood
The invention relates to the technical field of mulching films, in particular to a weather-resistant full-biodegradable mulching film and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Mulching films, i.e., ground covering films, are generally transparent or black PE films, and also have green and silver films, and are used for ground covering to increase the temperature of soil, maintain the moisture of soil, maintain the structure of soil, prevent pests from attacking crops and diseases caused by certain microorganisms, etc., and promote the growth of plants.
Besides the income brought to the farmland by the application of the mulching film, the farmland is also greatly polluted at the same time, and the existing mulching film is slow in biodegradation, so that the retained mulching film in the soil can cause soil hardening, and the yield of crops is reduced.
At present, PBAT receives more and more attention as a biodegradable material, but when PBAT is used for a mulching film, the prepared mulching film has poor weather resistance, mechanical property and oxidation resistance, so that the performance of the product is unstable;
for example, chinese patent application No. 201710572615.5 proposes an ultrathin weather-resistant fully biodegradable mulch film capable of being mechanically coated, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 88.7 parts of polyethylene glycol/butylene terephthalate, 5 parts of polylactic acid, 2 parts of hydrophobic nano silicon dioxide, 3 parts of silicon dioxide microspheres and 2341.5 parts of ultraviolet absorbent Tinuvin; the mulch film prepared from the components has the tensile strength of 33MPa at most and the right-angle tearing strength of 110MPa at most.
