技术领域
本发明涉及生物高分子材料技术领域,特别涉及一种具有粘附性的透明导电水凝胶及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
水凝胶是由物理或化学交联的三维聚合物网络和水溶液组成。由于水凝胶具有吸水、膨胀、渗透、粘弹性、和生物相容性等优良性能,在食品、尿布、隐形眼镜等领域有着广泛的应用。
导电水凝胶因其优异的表面顺应性、延展性和生物相容性,在人工智能、个人健康监测和柔性触摸屏等领域具有巨大的潜力。此外,导电水凝胶在信息获取方面具有良好的灵活性和超敏性,可以将生理活动信号(如应变或压力)转化为可检测的电子信号(如电阻、电压、电流或电容),是非常优异的下一代柔性表皮传感器材料。然而,导电水凝胶导电性、透明性、粘附性能和力学性能较差,在拉伸过程中不可避免地会受到损伤,严重阻碍了其在柔性表皮传感器中的应用。
相关技术公开了一种导电性和拉伸性良好的水凝胶,由MXene材料、多羟基材料和明胶基水凝胶交联形成,但该水凝胶不具有透明性和粘附性,很大程度上限制了在电子皮肤传感器领域的应用。另有相关技术制备了一种具有透明性和单面粘附性的导电水凝胶,其属于两性离子聚合物水凝胶,但离子凝胶的稳定性是不确定的,离子的移动和泄漏严重限制了其应用。还有相关技术通过在聚合物网络中原位形成聚多巴胺(PDA)掺杂聚吡咯(PPy)纳米纤维,制备出了一种透明、导电、可拉伸和自粘的水凝胶。该制备方法难度较大,不利于大规模生产。因此,制备出一种既具有良好的导电性和透明性,又具有优异的粘附性和拉伸性的水凝胶是非常必要的。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本发明提出一种透明导电水凝胶,该水凝胶既具有优异的粘附性,又具有良好的导电性和透明性。
同时,本发明还提供该透明导电水凝胶的制备方法和应用。
具体地,本发明采取如下的技术方案:
本发明的第一方面是提供一种透明导电水凝胶,所述透明导电水凝胶包括聚合物分子链和MXene@聚多巴胺复合材料,所述聚合物分子链缠绕形成三维网络结构,所述MXene@聚多巴胺复合材料在所述聚合物分子链上自组装形成纳米纤维;
所述MXene@聚多巴胺复合材料包括MXene材料和包覆在所述MXene材料表面的聚多巴胺。
本发明的水凝胶中是由MXene、聚多巴胺和聚合物分子链通过物理和化学交联(包括化学键和氢键)的作用相互缠绕形成的,换句话说,所述水凝胶由MXene、聚多巴胺和聚合物交联形成。具体地,其中的聚合物分子链与聚合物分子链之间是通过化学键交联缠绕,MXene与MXene之间是通过氢键交联,MXene和聚多巴胺之间聚多巴胺的超强粘附性作用,MXene、聚合物分子链和聚多巴胺之间还存在物理缠绕。
水凝胶中的MXene是一类新型的二维材料,具有丰富的表面官能团、大比表面积和高导电性,可以提高水凝胶的导电性。多巴胺具有大量的能够赋予粘附性的邻苯二酚基团。由于层状的MXene提供了一个受限的空间,使得多巴胺发生部分氧化自聚合,形成聚多巴胺,此时,还存在大量游离的邻苯二酚基团,从而提高了导电水凝胶的粘附性。此外,形成的聚多巴胺包覆在片状的MXene表面,阻止MXene被氧化成TiO2。另外,MXene@聚多巴胺复合材料降解为纳米点,这些纳米点在聚合物分子链上发生自组装形成纳米纤维,允许可见光的通过,获得透明的导电水凝胶。因此,本发明的水凝胶具有优异的粘附性,又具有良好的导电性和透明性。

在本发明的一些实施方式中,所述MXene@聚多巴胺复合物为聚多巴胺在MXene材料表面通过超强的粘附性作用形成的复合物。聚多巴胺含有大量具有粘附性的邻苯二酚基团,能够很好地包覆在MXene表面。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,所述MXene@聚多巴胺复合材料中,所述聚多巴胺由多巴胺氧化聚合得到,所述多巴胺与MXene材料的质量比为1:0.5~5,优选1:1~4,更优选1:1.5~2.5。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,所述聚合物分子链由聚合物单体聚合得到,所述MXene材料的质量为聚合物单体的质量的0.1%~10%,优选0.2%~8%,更优选0.5%~5%,再优选1%~5%。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,所述MXene的化学式包括Mn+1Xn,其中M是过渡金属,包括Sc、Ti、Zr、Hf、V、Nb、Ta、Cr、Mo中的至少一种,X是C或N,n为1~3的整数。优选地,M包括Ti、V、Nb、V中的至少一种。更优选地,MXene包括Ti3C2、Ti2C、Cr2C中的至少一种。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,所述Mn+1Xn由MAX材料经酸刻蚀得到,所述MAX材料的化学式为Mn+1AXn,其中A是Al或Si。所述酸包括氢氟酸、浓盐酸、浓盐酸/氟化盐混合物中的至少一种。MAX材料是一种三层结构材料,经刻蚀后形成具有二维单层片状的Mn+1Xn。为节约流程,所述Mn+1Xn也可直接采用市售Mn+1Xn。
本发明的第二方面是提供上述透明导电水凝胶的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
在MXene材料表面包覆聚多巴胺,得到MXene@聚多巴胺复合材料;
使所述MXene@聚多巴胺复合材料与聚合物单体进行交联反应,同时使MXene@聚多巴胺复合材料氧化降解为纳米点,所述纳米点在聚合物单体交联得到的聚合物分子链上自组装成纳米纤维,得到透明导电水凝胶。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,在所述MXene材料表面包覆聚多巴胺的步骤,即MXene@聚多巴胺复合材料的制备方法具体为,将MXene材料的分散液与多巴胺混合(在实际操作中,可将多巴胺加入含MXene材料的分散液中),发生反应得到含MXene@聚多巴胺复合材料的分散液。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,所述含MXene材料的分散液与多巴胺混合后,还包括调节pH的步骤,所述pH为7~9,优选8.2~8.6,更优选8.4~8.5。多巴胺在微碱性条件下具有更高的聚合率,通过调节pH可加快多巴胺聚合形成聚多巴胺的速率。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,在所述MXene材料的表面包覆聚多巴胺的温度为10~40℃,优选20~30℃,更优选20~25℃。在实际操作中,可直接在环境温度下进行。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,在所述MXene材料的表面包覆聚多巴胺的时间为10min~12h,优选20min~10h。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,所述MXene材料的分散液的浓度为0.08~5mg/mL,优选1~3mg/mL。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,所述聚合物单体包括丙烯酰胺单体和丙烯酸单体中的至少一种。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,使所述MXene@聚多巴胺复合材料与聚合物单体进行交联反应的步骤具体为,将所述含MXene@聚多巴胺复合材料的分散液与聚合物单体混合(在实际操作中,可向含MXene@聚多巴胺复合材料的分散液中加入聚合物单体),发生交联反应(即原位自由基聚合),形成透明导电水凝胶。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,所述交联反应的温度为10~40℃,优选20~30℃,更优选20~25℃。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,所述交联反应的时间为5~7天。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,所述交联反应在保护氛围下进行,例如在氩气、氮气氛围下进行。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,所述MXene@聚多巴胺复合材料与聚合物单体的交联反应体系中含有引发剂。在实际操作中,可将引发剂同聚合物单体一起加入含MXene@聚多巴胺复合材料的分散液中,引发剂的加入温度为0~5℃,优选0.5~2℃,更优选0.6~1.2℃。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,所述引发剂的质量为聚合物单体的60%~120%,优选80%~100%,更优选约80%。在过量引发剂的作用下,MXene@聚多巴胺复合材料被引发剂产生的自由基氧化降解为纳米点,这些纳米点在聚合物分子链上自组装,形成纳米纤维,从而促进可见光的通过,使水凝胶表现出透明的特点。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,所述引发剂包括过硫酸铵(APS)和过硫酸钾(KPS)中的至少一种。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,所述MXene@聚多巴胺复合材料与聚合物单体的交联反应体系中还含有交联剂、催化剂中的至少一种。在实际操作中,可将交联剂、催化剂同聚合物单体、引发剂一起加入含MXene@聚多巴胺复合材料的分散液中,交联剂、催化剂的加入温度为0~5℃,优选0.5~2℃,更优选0.6~1.2℃。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,所述交联剂的质量为聚合物单体的0.1%~1%,优选0.2%~0.5%;所述交联剂包括N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(BIS)和环氧氯丙烷(ECH)中的至少一种。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,所述催化剂与聚合物单体的用量比为10~20μL:1g,所述催化剂包括四甲基乙二胺(TMEDA)。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,所述透明导电水凝胶的制备方法具体为:
在MXene材料的分散液中加入多巴胺,调节pH,反应得到MXene@聚多巴胺复合材料分散液;
向所述MXene@聚多巴胺复合材料分散液通入保护气体,依次加入聚合物单体、交联剂、催化剂和引发剂,反应得到透明导电水凝胶。
本发明的第三方面是提供上述透明导电水凝胶在电子皮肤传感器、伤口敷料、身体粘附信号检测用生物电极或健康监测设备中的应用。
相对于现有技术,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明的水凝胶中,利用MXene提高导电性,利用聚多巴胺提供粘附性和保护MXene不被氧化;且MXene和聚多巴胺之间相互作用,提高水凝胶的力学性能;大量的MXene@聚多巴胺复合材料纳米点自组装形成的纳米纤维和聚合物分子链形成的透明三维网络相互缠绕,从而促进了可见光的通过,获得透明的导电水凝胶。

具体实施方式
以下结合具体的实施例进一步说明本发明的技术方案。以下实施例中所用的原料,如无特殊说明,均可从常规商业途径得到;所采用的工艺,如无特殊说明,均采用本领域的常规工艺,所述室温指的是20~25℃,以下实施例中采用的MXene材料是Ti3C2单层纳米片。
实施例1
一、MXene@聚多巴胺分散液的制备
称取10mL MXene分散液(2mg/mL),缓慢加入0.01g多巴胺(DA),Tris调节pH=8.5,反应10h,得到MXene@聚多巴胺分散液。
二、MXene@聚多巴胺/聚丙烯酰胺透明导电水凝胶的制备
向MXene/@聚多巴胺分散液中充入氩气,然后,温度控制在0.6℃~1.2℃条件下,依次加入1.25g丙烯酰胺(AM)、0.005g交联剂(BIS)、20μL催化剂(TMEDA)、1g引发剂(APS),反应5min。最后,在室温条件下,继续反应5天,得到MXene@聚多巴胺/聚丙酰胺透明导电水凝胶。
该水凝胶的实物照片如图1所示。从图中可以看出,该水凝胶为浅黄色。水凝胶的扫描电镜图如图2所示,可以看出其具有相互交缠的复杂三维网络结构。
将该水凝胶制成厚度为2毫米的薄片,可以看出该薄片为透明的,如图3所示。水凝胶在不同波长光照下的透光率如图4所示,从图4可以看出,该水凝胶对400~800nm的光线(可见光)具有较好的透光率,其中对600~800nm光线的透光率达到40%及以上。
将水凝胶连接到电路中,能够使电灯泡发光,如图5所示,说明该水凝胶具有导电性,具体的电导率接近28S/m(是文献中导电水凝胶电导率值的2倍);而且将水凝胶在空气中放置两周后,其依然具有很好的导电性,导电率并未发生明显的下降,如图6所示。
同时,该水凝胶可以很好的粘附在皮肤表面,具有极好的粘附性,如图7所示。
实施例2
一、MXene@聚多巴胺分散液的制备
称取15mL MXene分散液(2mg/mL),缓慢加入0.015g DA,Tris调节pH=8.5,反应20min,得到MXene@聚多巴胺分散液。
二、MXene@聚多巴胺/聚丙烯酰胺透明导电水凝胶的制备
向MXene@聚多巴胺分散液中充入氩气,然后,温度控制在0.6℃~1.2℃条件下,依次加入1.25g丙烯酰胺(AM)、0.005g交联剂(BIS)、20μL催化剂(TMEDA),1g引发剂(APS),反应5min。最后,在室温条件下,继续反应7天,得到MXene@聚多巴胺/聚丙烯酰胺透明导电水凝胶。
与实施例1类似,本实施例制备得到的水凝胶呈浅黄色,具有一定的透明度,且接入电路中能够使灯泡发光,能够很好的粘附在皮肤表面。
实施例3
一、MXene@聚多巴胺分散液的制备
称取20mL MXene分散液(2mg/mL),缓慢加入0.02g DA,Tris调节pH=8.5,反应10h,得到MXene/@聚多巴胺分散液。
二、MXene@聚多巴胺/聚丙烯酰胺透明导电水凝胶的制备
向MXene@聚多巴胺分散液中充入氩气,然后,温度控制在0.6℃~1.2℃条件下,依次加入1.25g丙烯酰胺(AM)、0.005g交联剂(BIS)、20μL催化剂(TMEDA),1g引发剂(APS),反应5min。最后,在室温条件下,继续反应6天,得到MXene@聚多巴胺/聚丙烯酰胺透明导电水凝胶。
本实施例制备得到的水凝胶呈浅黄色,具有一定的透明度,且接入电路中能够使灯泡发光,能够很好的粘附在皮肤表面。
实施例4
一、MXene@聚多巴胺分散液的制备
称取25mL MXene分散液(2mg/mL),缓慢加入0.025g DA,Tris调节pH=8.5,反应20min,得到MXene@聚多巴胺分散液。
二、MXene@聚多巴胺/聚丙烯酰胺透明导电水凝胶的制备
MXene@聚多巴胺分散液中充入氩气,然后,温度控制在0.6℃~1.2℃条件下,依次加入1.25g丙烯酰胺(AM)、0.005g交联剂(BIS)、20μL催化剂(TMEDA),1g引发剂(APS),反应5min。最后,在室温条件下,反应5天,得到MXene@聚多巴胺/聚丙烯酰胺透明导电水凝胶。
本实施例制备得到的水凝胶呈浅黄色,具有一定的透明度,且接入电路中能够使灯泡发光,能够很好的粘附在皮肤表面。
实施例5
一、MXene@聚多巴胺分散液的制备
称取10mL MXene分散液(2mg/mL),缓慢加入0.01g DA,Tris调节pH=8.5,反应10h,得到MXene@聚多巴胺分散液。
二、MXene@聚多巴胺/聚乙烯醇透明导电水凝胶的制备
向MXene@聚多巴胺分散液中充入氩气,然后温度控制在0.6℃~1.2℃条件下,依次加入1.25g丙烯酸(AA)、0.005g交联剂(BIS)、20μL催化剂(TMEDA),1g引发剂(APS),反应5min,最后,在室温条件下,反应5天,得到MXene@聚多巴胺/聚丙烯酸透明导电水凝胶。
本实施例制备得到的水凝胶呈浅黄色,具有一定的透明度,且接入电路中能够使灯泡发光,能够很好的粘附在皮肤表面。
实施例6
一、MXene@聚多巴胺分散液的制备
称取15mL MXene分散液(2mg/mL),缓慢加入0.015g DA,Tris调节pH=8.5,反应10h,得到MXene@聚多巴胺分散液。
二、MXene@聚多巴胺/聚丙烯酸透明导电水凝胶的制备
向MXene@聚多巴胺分散液中充入氩气,然后温度控制在0.6℃~1.2℃条件下,依次加入1.25g丙烯酸(AA)、0.005g交联剂(BIS)、20μL催化剂(TMEDA),1g引发剂(APS),反应5min,最后,在室温条件下,反应7天,得到MXene@聚多巴胺/聚丙烯酸透明导电水凝胶。
本实施例制备得到的水凝胶呈浅黄色,具有一定的透明度,且接入电路中能够使灯泡发光,能够很好的粘附在皮肤表面。
实施例7

向MXene@聚多巴胺分散液中充入氩气,然后温度控制在0.6℃~1.2℃条件下,依次加入1.25g丙烯酸(AA)、0.005g交联剂(BIS)、20μL催化剂(TMEDA),1g引发剂(APS),反应5min,最后,在室温条件下,反应7天,得到MXene@聚多巴胺/聚丙烯酸透明导电水凝胶。
本实施例制备得到的水凝胶呈浅黄色,具有一定的透明度,且接入电路中能够使灯泡发光,能够很好的粘附在皮肤表面。
实施例8
一、MXene@聚多巴胺分散液的制备
称取25mL MXene分散液(2mg/mL),缓慢加入0.025g DA,Tris调节pH=8.5,反应10h,得到MXene@聚多巴胺分散液。
二、MXene@聚多巴胺/聚丙烯酸透明导电水凝胶的制备
向MXene@聚多巴胺分散液中充入氩气,然后温度控制在0.6℃~1.2℃条件下,依次加入1.25g丙烯酸(AA)、0.005g交联剂(BIS)、20μL催化剂(TMEDA),1g引发剂(APS)反应5min,最后,在室温条件下,反应6天,得到MXene@聚多巴胺/聚丙烯酸透明导电水凝胶。
本实施例制备得到的水凝胶呈浅黄色,具有一定的透明度,且接入电路中能够使灯泡发光,能够很好的粘附在皮肤表面。
对比例1
本对比例与实施例1的区别在于:将引发剂APS的用量调整为0.2g。其他操作与实施例1相同。
结果本对比例所得水凝胶如图8所示,呈现黑色不透明状态,这主要是由于降低引发剂用量后,无法将MXene@聚多巴胺复合材料氧化降解为纳米点,从而使水凝胶无法透光,无法得到如实施例1一样的透明水凝胶。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其他的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种透明导电水凝胶,其特征在于:所述透明导电水凝胶包括聚合物分子链和MXene@聚多巴胺复合材料,所述聚合物分子链缠绕形成三维网络结构,所述MXene@聚多巴胺复合材料在所述聚合物分子链上自组装形成纳米纤维;
所述MXene@聚多巴胺复合材料包括MXene材料和包覆在所述MXene材料表面的聚多巴胺。
2.根据权利要求1所述的透明导电水凝胶,其特征在于:所述聚合物分子链包括聚丙烯酰胺分子链和聚丙烯酸分子链中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的透明导电水凝胶,其特征在于:所述MXene@聚多巴胺复合材料中,所述聚多巴胺由多巴胺氧化聚合得到,所述多巴胺与MXene材料的质量比为1:0.5~5。
4.权利要求1~3任一项所述的透明导电水凝胶的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
在MXene材料表面包覆聚多巴胺,得到MXene@聚多巴胺复合材料;
使所述MXene@聚多巴胺复合材料与聚合物单体进行交联反应,同时使MXene@聚多巴胺复合材料氧化降解为纳米点,所述纳米点在聚合物单体交联得到的聚合物分子链上自组装形成纳米纤维,得到透明导电水凝胶。
5.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述MXene@聚多巴胺复合材料的制备方法具体为,将MXene材料的分散液与多巴胺混合,发生反应得到含MXene@聚多巴胺复合材料的分散液。
6.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述MXene材料的分散液与多巴胺混合后,还包括调节pH的步骤,所述pH为7~9。
7.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述MXene材料的分散液的浓度为0.08~5mg/mL。
8.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述MXene@聚多巴胺复合材料与聚合物单体的交联反应的温度为10~40℃。
9.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述MXene@聚多巴胺复合材料与聚合物单体的交联反应体系中含有引发剂,所述引发剂的质量为聚合物单体的60%~120%。
10.权利要求1~3任一项所述的透明导电水凝胶在电子皮肤传感器、伤口敷料、身体粘附信号检测用生物电极或健康监测设备中的应用。
