As shown in fig. 1, the tensioner 3 includes a first guide holder 301, a second guide holder 302, a guide rod 303, and a distance adjusting assembly 304, wherein the first guide holder 301 and the second guide holder 302 are respectively fixedly connected to the upper surfaces of the first clamping member 1 and the second clamping member 2, the first guide holder 301 and the second guide holder 302 are slidably connected through the guide rod 303, one end of the guide rod 303 is fixedly connected to the second guide holder 302, and the other end of the guide rod 303 passes through the first guide holder 301, a sleeve for passing through the guide rod 303 is provided on the first guide holder 301, and the stability of the guide rod 303 is improved through the sleeve.

s2, winding the conveyer belt on a guide roller of a belt conveyer, respectively enabling two end parts of the conveyer belt to be connected to pass through the space between an upper clamping plate 101 and a lower clamping plate 102 of the first clamping piece 1 and the second clamping piece 2, and respectively enabling the first clamping piece 1 and the second clamping piece 2 to be attached to the end parts of the conveyer belt through a second hard rod 4 and a third hard rod 5;
s3, the screw 1033 is reversely rotated to reduce the distance between the upper clamping plate 101 and the lower clamping plate 102 until the dentations 104 bite into the surface layer of the conveyer belt;
s4, simultaneously pressing a switch of the hydraulic jack 3041 to make the jacking head 3043 drive the first hard rod 3042 to move so as to pull the first guide seat 301 to move towards the second guide seat 302, thereby gradually approaching the two ends of the conveyer belt and tightening the conveyer belt;
s5, when the pressure gauge of the hydraulic prop 3041 reaches a preset value, the switch is closed, and fine adjustment is performed, so that the pressure of all the hydraulic prop 3041 is the same, and the conveyer belt is prevented from being connected under the condition of uneven stress;
and S6, cutting the two ends of the conveying belt to a proper length, connecting, keeping the tensioning state for a period of time without removing the conveying belt connector after the connection is finished, releasing the hydraulic jacking devices 3041 and the screw 1033 after the connection part of the conveying belt is firm, loosening the upper clamping plate 101 and the lower clamping plate 102, and removing the second hard rod 4 and the third hard rod 5 to remove the conveying belt connector from the connected conveying belt.
