detecting the body temperature of people in the vehicle to acquire body temperature information of the people in the vehicle;
judging whether the body temperature information exceeds a preset temperature threshold value or not;
and if the body temperature information exceeds a preset temperature threshold value, prompting a driver to drive the vehicle to a specified epidemic prevention hospital.
2. The epidemic prevention method of the vehicle according to claim 1, wherein after detecting the body temperature of the vehicle occupant to obtain the body temperature information of the vehicle occupant, the method further comprises: and sending the body temperature information to an epidemic prevention system, and enabling epidemic prevention personnel to master the body temperature information through the epidemic prevention system.
3. The vehicle epidemic prevention method according to claim 1, wherein after prompting the driver to drive the vehicle to a designated epidemic prevention hospital, further comprising:
positioning a vehicle, and judging whether a driver drives the vehicle to a specified epidemic prevention hospital within preset time;
if the driver does not drive the vehicle to the specified epidemic prevention hospital within the preset time, the vehicle information is sent to the alarm system, the alarm system obtains the driver telephone number of the current vehicle, and the driver is informed to go to the specified epidemic prevention hospital in time through the telephone.

The epidemic prevention method of the vehicle according to claim 1, wherein before detecting the body temperature of the person in the vehicle by using the body temperature detection module and detecting the body temperature of the person in the vehicle to obtain the body temperature information of the person in the vehicle, the method further comprises:
detecting whether the body temperature detection module is abnormal or not;
if the body temperature detection module is abnormal, reminding a driver to maintain the body temperature detection module;
and if the body temperature detection module is not abnormal, detecting the body temperature of people in the vehicle to acquire the body temperature information of the people in the vehicle.

The vehicle epidemic prevention method of claim 1, further comprising: the abnormal body temperature rechecking mechanism is selected to detect the body temperature of people in the vehicle again to obtain secondary body temperature information if the body temperature information exceeds a preset temperature threshold;
judging whether the secondary body temperature information exceeds the preset temperature threshold value or not;
if the secondary body temperature information does not exceed the preset temperature threshold, correcting the temperature information of the previous time;
and if the secondary body temperature information still exceeds the preset temperature threshold, prompting a driver to drive the vehicle to a specified epidemic prevention hospital.
6. The method according to claim 5, wherein the abnormal body temperature rechecking mechanism cannot be selected again after being selected for a preset number of times.
7. The epidemic prevention method according to claim 1, wherein the body temperature of the vehicle occupant is detected as a trigger-type event, and the body temperature of the vehicle occupant is detected each time the vehicle door is detected to be closed.
8. The epidemic prevention method of the vehicle according to claim 1, wherein after detecting the body temperature of the vehicle occupant to obtain the body temperature information of the vehicle occupant, the method further comprises: and displaying the body temperature information on a vehicle-mounted central control screen.
9. An epidemic prevention apparatus for a vehicle, comprising:
the body temperature detection module is used for detecting the body temperature of people in the vehicle to acquire the body temperature information of the people in the vehicle;
