The network controller 41 is configured to generate alarm information according to the vital sign information and send the alarm information to the terminal device 3 carried by the driver. The network controller 41 is mainly used for communication with the terminal apparatus 3 and the like, and may specifically be a vehicle mounted Telematics (T-BOX) or other controllers capable of controlling communication between devices. In addition, in the embodiment, the T-BOX receives a signal of a life body in the vehicle detected by the millimeter wave radar assembly through the data transmission bus CAN, and sends the signal to the mobile phone of the driver through the 4G signal to inform the driver of danger, so that the driver CAN relieve the danger in time.
The display controller 42 is configured to generate a warning message according to the engine state information and send the warning message to the display device 2. The display controller 42 may be specifically an integrated instrument controller (IPK), or may be another device capable of controlling a display screen, an instrument panel, or the like, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment.
The detection controller 43 is used for judging whether the vehicle door is in a closed state or not according to the vehicle door state information, when the vehicle door is in the closed state, the detection controller 43 detects the door lock state information by the door lock state detector 13, and when the vehicle door is not in the closed state, the detection controller 43 continues to judge whether the vehicle door is in the closed state or not according to the vehicle door state information. The detection controller 43 judges whether the vehicle door is in a locked state according to the door lock state information, when the vehicle door is in the locked state, the detection controller 43 controls the vital sign detector 14 to detect the vital sign information in the vehicle, and when the vehicle door is not in the locked state, the detection controller 43 continues to judge whether the vehicle door is in the locked state according to the door lock state information.
Further, in this embodiment, after the control device 4 sends the alarm information to the terminal device 3, when the time length during which the rescue information is not received is greater than the preset time threshold, the control device 4 controls the window to descend according to the window state information, and/or the control device 4 controls the door to be unlocked according to the door state information and the door lock state information.
That is to say, if the control device 4 does not receive feedback within a certain time after sending the alarm information to the terminal device 3, that is, the driver sends the rescue information through the terminal device 3, then the control device controls the unlocking of the vehicle door, so that the vehicle interior passenger can open the vehicle door to leave the vehicle or lower the vehicle window, and the vehicle interior passenger does not threaten the life due to oxygen deficiency.
Preferably, the preset time threshold ranges from 1 minute to 5 minutes. The optimum time is 3 minutes, but of course 2 minutes, 4 minutes or other time periods are also possible.
The time threshold is set to be 1-5 minutes, the living body in the automobile can be opened for ventilation or opened for the door to leave at the first time, and the life of the living body is prevented from being threatened due to high temperature or insufficient oxygen in a closed space for a long time. Of course, the situation that the driver cannot quickly return to the site and delay rescue can be avoided.
Further, referring to fig. 1, in this embodiment, the system for detecting safety of passengers in a vehicle further includes an alarm device 5, the alarm device 5 is electrically connected to the control device 4, and the control device controls the vital sign detector 14 to detect vital sign information in the vehicle, and controls the alarm device 5 to send out a distress signal to people around the vehicle according to the vital sign information.
Specifically, the alarm device 5 may be a buzzer, a warning light, or other devices capable of sending a signal to attract the attention of surrounding people, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment. After vital sign information is detected in the vehicle, the vital sign detector 14 sends the vital sign information to the control device 4, the control device 4 triggers the alarm device 5, and the alarm device 5 sends out a distress signal to surrounding personnel to attract the attention of the surrounding personnel, so that the possibility of rescuing the living body in the vehicle is increased.
The invention acquires whether the vehicle is in a flameout state through the information acquisition device, and immediately sends the reminding information to the display device when the vehicle is flameout so as to remind a driver to check whether a living body exists in the vehicle. Therefore, the problem that the driver leaves the living body in the vehicle can be avoided to a certain extent. And the information acquisition device acquires whether the vehicle door is in a locking state, and when the vehicle door is locked, the control device can start to detect the vital sign information in the vehicle. When the vital sign information in the vehicle is detected, the control device sends alarm information to a terminal device carried by a driver at the first time, and the driver can also send rescue information to the control device through the terminal device, such as opening a vehicle door or lowering a vehicle window. Therefore, the driver can be reminded of the existence of the living body in the vehicle as soon as possible, and the influence on life caused by the fact that the living body in the vehicle is sealed in the vehicle for a long time is avoided. When the vital sign information in the vehicle is detected, the control device can trigger the alarm device to remind people around the vehicle of paying attention. When the control device does not receive rescue information sent by a driver within a certain time, the vehicle door is automatically opened or the vehicle window is automatically lowered. Therefore, the problem that the living body in the automobile is injured due to the fact that the driver does not respond in time is avoided.
Based on the above system for detecting the safety of the vehicle occupants, the present embodiment further provides a method for detecting the safety of the vehicle occupants, and specifically, a flow diagram of the method for detecting the safety of the vehicle occupants is shown in fig. 3. The method for detecting the safety of the vehicle occupants provided in this embodiment utilizes the system for detecting the safety of the vehicle occupants described in the above embodiment, and specifically includes:
step S1: and detecting the engine state information in real time, and judging whether the vehicle is in a flameout state or not according to the detected engine state information.
Step S2: if so, the control device generates reminding information according to the engine state information and sends the reminding information to the display device so as to remind a driver to check whether a living body exists in the vehicle;
if not, continuously judging whether the vehicle is in a flameout state or not;
step S3: detecting the state information of the vehicle door through a vehicle door state detector, and judging whether the vehicle door is in a closed state according to the detected state information of the vehicle door;
step S4: if yes, the control device controls the door lock state detector to detect the door lock state information;
if not, continuously judging whether the vehicle door is in a closed state;
step S5: the control device judges whether the vehicle door is in a locked state or not according to the door lock state information;
step S6: if so, the control device controls the vital sign detector to detect vital sign information in the vehicle and judges whether a living body exists in the vehicle according to the detected vital sign information;
if not, continuously judging whether the vehicle door is in a locked state;
step S7: if a living body exists in the vehicle, the control device generates alarm information according to the vital sign information and sends the alarm information to the terminal device;
if not, whether a living body exists in the vehicle is continuously judged.
Further, referring to another schematic flow chart of the method for detecting the safety of the vehicle occupants shown in fig. 4, the method for detecting the safety of the vehicle occupants further includes the following steps:
step S8: detecting window state information of the vehicle through a window state detector;
step S9: after the control device sends the alarm information to the terminal device, when the time length of the rescue information which is not received is larger than a preset time threshold, the control device controls the vehicle window to descend according to the vehicle window state information, and/or the control device controls the vehicle door to be unlocked according to the vehicle door state information.
Furthermore, after the control device sends the alarm information to the terminal device and does not receive the rescue information, the control device continuously sends the alarm information to the terminal device.
That is, after the control device sends the alarm information to the terminal device, the control device continuously sends the alarm information to the terminal device carried by the driver without receiving the rescue information sent by the driver through the terminal device, such as opening a vehicle door, lowering a vehicle window, opening an air conditioning system, and the like. Therefore, the situation that the life of the living body in the vehicle is threatened due to the fact that the alarm information is sent only once and the driver does not sense the alarm information can be avoided.
By adopting the scheme, the engine state information is detected in real time, whether the vehicle is in a flameout state or not is judged, and when the vehicle is flameout, the reminding information is sent to the display device immediately to remind a driver to check whether a living body exists in the vehicle or not. Therefore, the problem that the driver leaves the living body in the vehicle can be avoided to a certain extent. And the information acquisition device acquires whether the vehicle door is in a locking state, and when the vehicle door is locked, the control device can start to detect the vital sign information in the vehicle. When the vital sign information in the vehicle is detected, the control device sends alarm information to a terminal device carried by a driver at the first time, and the driver can also send rescue information to the control device through the terminal device, such as opening a vehicle door or lowering a vehicle window. Therefore, the driver can be reminded of the existence of the living body in the vehicle as soon as possible, and the influence on life caused by the fact that the living body in the vehicle is sealed in the vehicle for a long time is avoided. When the vital sign information in the vehicle is detected, the control device can trigger the alarm device to remind people around the vehicle of paying attention. When the control device does not receive rescue information sent by a driver within a certain time, the vehicle door is automatically opened or the vehicle window is automatically lowered. 1. A safety detection system for passengers in a vehicle is characterized by comprising an information acquisition device, a display device, a terminal device and a control device;
the information acquisition device comprises an engine state detector, a vehicle door state detector, a door lock state detector and a vital sign detector; the engine state detector is used for detecting engine state information; the vehicle door state detector is used for detecting vehicle door state information; the door lock state detector is used for detecting door lock state information; the vital sign detector is used for detecting vital sign information in the vehicle;
the display device is used for displaying reminding information to remind a driver to check whether the living body exists in the vehicle;
the terminal device is used for receiving alarm information to remind a driver of the existence of the living body in the vehicle; the terminal device sends rescue information according to the alarm information;
the control device is in communication connection with the engine state detector to receive the engine state information and judge whether the vehicle is in a flameout state or not according to the engine state information, when the vehicle is in the flameout state, the control device generates the reminding information according to the engine state information and sends the reminding information to the display device, and when the vehicle is not in the flameout state, the control device continues to judge whether the vehicle is in the flameout state or not according to the engine state information;
the control device is in communication connection with the vehicle door state detector to receive the vehicle door state information and judge whether the vehicle door is in a closed state according to the vehicle door state information, when the vehicle door is in the closed state, the control device controls the door lock state detector to detect the door lock state information, and when the vehicle door is not in the closed state, the control device continues to judge whether the vehicle door is in the closed state according to the vehicle door state information;
the control device judges whether the vehicle door is in a locked state according to the door lock state information, when the vehicle door is in the locked state, the control device controls the vital sign detector to detect the vital sign information in the vehicle, and when the vehicle door is not in the locked state, the control device continues to judge whether the vehicle door is in the locked state according to the door lock state information; when the vital sign information exists in the vehicle, the control device generates the alarm information according to the vital sign information and sends the alarm information to the terminal device carried by a driver, and when the vital sign information does not exist in the vehicle, the control device continues to judge whether a living body exists in the vehicle according to the vital sign information.
2. The in-vehicle occupant safety detection system according to claim 1, wherein said information acquisition device further includes a window state detector for detecting window state information;
and when the time length of not receiving the rescue information is greater than a preset time threshold after the control device sends the alarm information to the terminal device, the control device controls the car window to descend according to the car window state information, and/or controls the car door to be unlocked according to the car door state information and the door lock state information.
3. The in-vehicle occupant safety detection system of claim 2, wherein the preset time threshold ranges from 1 minute to 5 minutes.

The in-vehicle occupant safety detection system according to claim 1, wherein said vital sign detector includes a UWB millimeter wave radar assembly, said UWB millimeter wave radar assembly being disposed on a periphery side of the in-vehicle rear view mirror, and a radar-sensitive surface of said UWB millimeter wave radar assembly facing a center position of the rear seat of the vehicle.
5. The in-vehicle occupant safety detection system of claim 1, wherein the display device includes an instrument panel.
6. The vehicle interior passenger safety detection system according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising an alarm device electrically connected to the control device, wherein the control device controls the vital sign detector to detect the vital sign information in the vehicle and controls the alarm device to send a distress signal to people around the vehicle according to the vital sign information.
7. The in-vehicle occupant safety detection system according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the control device includes:
the network controller is used for generating the alarm information according to the vital sign information and sending the alarm information to the terminal device carried by the driver;
the display controller is used for generating the reminding information according to the engine state information and sending the reminding information to the display device;
the detection controller is used for judging whether the vehicle door is in a closed state or not according to the vehicle door state information, when the vehicle door is in the closed state, the detection controller detects the vehicle door state information by the vehicle door state detector, and when the vehicle door is not in the closed state, the detection controller continues to judge whether the vehicle door is in the closed state or not according to the vehicle door state information; the detection controller judges whether the vehicle door is in a locked state or not according to the door lock state information, when the vehicle door is in the locked state, the detection controller controls the vital sign detector to detect the vital sign information in the vehicle, and when the vehicle door is not in the locked state, the detection controller continues to judge whether the vehicle door is in the locked state or not according to the door lock state information.
8. An in-vehicle occupant safety detection method using the in-vehicle occupant safety detection system according to any one of claims 1 to 7, the in-vehicle occupant safety detection method comprising:
detecting engine state information in real time, and judging whether the vehicle is in a flameout state or not according to the detected engine state information;
if so, the control device generates reminding information according to the engine state information and sends the reminding information to a display device so as to remind a driver to check whether a living body exists in the vehicle;
if not, continuously judging whether the vehicle is in a flameout state or not;
detecting vehicle door state information through a vehicle door state detector, and judging whether a vehicle door is in a closed state according to the detected vehicle door state information;
if yes, the control device controls the door lock state detector to detect the door lock state information;
if not, continuously judging whether the vehicle door is in a closed state;
the control device judges whether the vehicle door is in a locked state or not according to the door lock state information;
if yes, the control device controls the vital sign detector to detect vital sign information in the vehicle, and judges whether the living body exists in the vehicle according to the detected vital sign information;
if not, continuously judging whether the vehicle door is in a locked state;
if the living body exists in the vehicle, the control device generates alarm information according to the vital sign information and sends the alarm information to a terminal device;
and if the living body does not exist in the vehicle, continuously judging whether the living body exists in the vehicle.
9. The in-vehicle occupant safety detection method according to claim 8, further comprising:
detecting window state information of the vehicle through a window state detector;
when the time length of the rescue information which is not received is greater than a preset time threshold value after the control device sends the alarm information to the terminal device, the control device controls the vehicle window to descend according to the vehicle window state information, and/or the control device controls the vehicle door to be unlocked according to the vehicle door state information.
10. The in-vehicle occupant safety detection method according to claim 8, wherein when the control device does not receive rescue information after sending the alarm information to the terminal device, the control device continues to send the alarm information to the terminal device.
