s4, arranging the rectangular frame outside the insulating module to enable the plywood on the four sides to be located in the rectangular frame, and rotating the adjusting screw to enable the support legs to abut against the plywood;
s5, after the adhesive is cured, reversely rotating the adjusting screw rod, and removing the rectangular frame body;
and S6, mounting a right-angle protective edge at the splicing corner of the plywood on the side surface of the insulating module.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that the adhesive clamping of the plywood at the outer side of the insulating module is realized by means of the MARK3 liquid dome material hole plug manufacturing auxiliary device, the firm installation of the plywood at the outer part of the insulating module is ensured, and the quality of the final plug finished product is improved to meet the requirement of material hole sealing.

an auxiliary device for manufacturing a MARK3 liquid dome material hole plug is structurally characterized by comprising a rectangular frame body 2 and a plurality of spider legs 1 symmetrically distributed along four sides of the rectangular frame body, wherein each spider leg 1 comprises an adjusting screw 101 and a supporting leg 102, the supporting leg 102 is installed at one end of the adjusting screw 101, the adjusting screw 101 is perpendicular to one side of the rectangular frame body, and the adjusting screw 101 is parallel to the surface formed by the four sides of the rectangular frame body; the support legs 102 are located within the rectangular frame; the adjusting screw 101 is installed in threaded fit with the rectangular frame body.
In this embodiment, the mounting block 103 is welded to the rectangular frame, the mounting block 103 is provided with an internal threaded hole that penetrates through the mounting block, the adjusting screw 101 penetrates through the internal threaded hole, and the adjusting screw is in threaded engagement with the internal threaded hole.
The support foot 102 can be fixed at the end of the adjusting screw 101, or the support foot 102 can be movably mounted at the end of the adjusting screw 101 through a spherical shaft 104, and the angle adjustment of the support foot 102 can be realized through the spherical shaft 104.
The other end of the adjusting screw 101 is also provided with a handle 105 for rotating the adjusting screw 101, the handle 105 is a butterfly handle, and the adjusting screw 101 is rotated through the butterfly handle, so that the support legs 102 abut against the plywood, and the plywood is bonded on the side surface of the insulating module. The rectangular frame body 2 comprises a first frame 201, a second frame 202, a third frame 203 and a fourth frame 204, wherein the first frame 201 and the second frame 202 are arranged in parallel, and the third frame 203 and the fourth frame 204 are arranged in parallel; two ends of the first frame 201 and two ends of the second frame 202 are respectively provided with an adjusting hole 205 for adjusting the distance between the third frame 203 and the fourth frame 204, and two ends of the third frame 203 and the fourth frame 204 are respectively provided with a connecting hole 206 which is matched with the adjusting hole 205 and penetrates through the connecting piece 207; the connecting member 207 is inserted into the connecting hole 206, the connecting member 207 is a bolt, the connecting hole 206 is a circular hole, the adjusting hole 205 is a strip-shaped hole (as shown in fig. 1) or a toothed hole (as shown in fig. 3), and the distance between the third frame 203 and the fourth frame 204 is adjusted by changing the position of the connecting member 207 in the adjusting hole 205. The connecting hole 206 may also be an adjusting hole, such as a strip-shaped hole or a toothed hole, which can adjust the distance between the first frame 201 and the second frame 202.
The embodiment also provides a method for manufacturing the hole plug of the liquid dome of the MARK3, which comprises the following steps, as shown in FIG. 4:
s1, welding a plurality of upright posts 4 for installing insulation modules on the square steel plate 3, wherein the insulation modules 5 are of cuboid structures, and a plurality of openings penetrating through two sides of the insulation modules are formed in the insulation modules 5; the upper end of the upright post 4 is provided with an external thread, the external thread is screwed with a limiting block 6 provided with an internal thread, and the limiting block 6 is a nut;
s2, hoisting the insulation module 5, wherein the insulation module 5 consists of a polyurethane block and a plywood, and the plywood is bonded outside the polyurethane block; when the insulation modules 5 are installed, the limiting blocks 6 are taken down, so that the holes of the insulation modules are sleeved on the corresponding stand columns 4, the upper ends of the stand columns 4 penetrate out of the insulation modules 5, the upper ends of the stand columns 4 are sleeved with gaskets 7, then the limiting blocks 6 are installed, and the limiting blocks 6 are rotated so that the limiting blocks 6 clamp the upper ends of the insulation modules 5;
s3, coating adhesives on four side faces of the insulating module 5, wherein the adhesives are TBP (tunnel boring machine) glue (polyurethane resin), and installing the plywood 8 to enable the plywood 8 to be adhered to the side faces of the insulating module 5;
s4, arranging the rectangular frame body 2 on the outer side of the insulating module 5, enabling the plywood 8 on the four sides to be located in the rectangular frame body 2, and rotating the adjusting screw 101 to enable the support legs 102 to abut against the plywood 8;
s5, after 24 hours, after the adhesive is cured, reversely rotating the adjusting screw rod, and removing the rectangular frame body 2;
s6, mounting a right-angle protective edge 9 at the splicing corner of the plywood on the side face of the insulating module, reserving a space between the right-angle protective edge 9 and the steel plate 3 at the bottom, selecting angle iron as the right-angle protective edge 9, and mounting the right-angle protective edge on the plywood 8 through a screw to complete the manufacture of the MARK3 liquid dome material hole plug.
