s2, manufacturing a panel and a bottom plate: cutting a plate into a plate shape with the same size as a substrate, fixing a first insert block at four corners of two opposite sides of the plate in a tenon-and-mortise mode, arranging a first clamping groove at the inner side of the first insert block, fixing a second insert block at the inner side of the first insert block at the four corners of the two opposite sides of the plate in a tenon-and-mortise mode, arranging third slots at the four corners of the upper surface of the plate, forming holes at the positions, corresponding to the third slots, of the two sides of the upper plate, selecting a small wood block with the size matched with the holes, fixing a spring at one side of the small wood block, fixing an iron block at the other end of the spring, inserting one end of the small wood block with the spring as the inner side into the holes, plugging the holes, selecting two rubber pads with a honeycomb structure inside, and arranging through holes at the positions, corresponding to the first insert block and the second insert block, of the rubber pads, then respectively attaching rubber pads to the opposite sides of the upper plate and the lower plate, fixing the rubber pads on the upper plate and the lower plate in a hot melting mode, then forming a T-shaped groove in the lower plate from front to back, and fixing a plurality of vertical rods on the two sides of the bottom of the lower plate at equal intervals from front to back to complete the manufacture of the panel and the bottom plate;
s3, manufacturing a decorative plate: cutting a plate into a plate shape with the same size as a panel, then forming holes at four corners of the plate, then manufacturing four small blocks matched with the tenon-and-mortise of the holes, taking the top surfaces of the four small blocks as starting surfaces, hollowing the interiors of the small blocks, forming bayonets at one sides of the small blocks, then manufacturing sealing covers matched with the top openings of the four small blocks, inserting and fixing magnetic blocks at the bottoms of the sealing covers, then inserting the sealing covers into the interiors of the small blocks to form third inserting blocks, then inserting the third inserting blocks into the holes in a tenon-and-mortise mode, enabling the tops of the sealing covers to be flush with the tops of the plate, then coating an oleophobic hydrophobic layer on the top surface of the plate, and finishing the manufacturing of a decorative plate;
s4, manufacturing a bearing plate: cutting a plate into a plate with the same size as the substrate, polishing the plate from front to back by using a cutting and polishing device to form a U-shaped structure on the plate, drilling a plurality of circular grooves on two sides of the top of the plate with the U-shaped structure from front to back at equal intervals by using vertical cylinder drilling equipment, injecting buffer oil into the circular grooves, putting a floating body which is made of foam and is provided with a plurality of through holes into the circular grooves, and fixing a sealing ring on the top of the inner wall of the circular groove;

when the plywood is manufactured, all components of the plywood are firmly connected together in a mechanical structure connection mode, so that all the components in the manufactured plywood can be firmly connected together without using viscose; in addition, honeycomb rubber pads are arranged between the base plate and the panel and between the base plate and the panel, so that the pressure resistance of the plywood is better in the transportation and use processes, and the condition that the plates are easy to break and damage is reduced; and, this plywood is at the in-process that uses, receives to damage when influencing pleasing to the eye or use when the decorative board, can the person of facilitating the use only change the decorative board, and need not change whole panel, avoids appearing the wasting of resources's the condition to make this plywood environmental protection more.

and a bottom plate 1, wherein the panel 5, the base plate 3 and the bottom plate 1 are sequentially distributed from top to bottom, rubber pads 20 are fixed on opposite sides of the panel 5 and the bottom plate 1, the rubber pads 20 are of a honeycomb structure, first slots 10 are formed in four corners of the upper surface and the lower surface of the base plate 3, second slots 12 are formed in four corners of the upper surface and the lower surface of the base plate 3, which are positioned on the inner sides of the first slots 10, the first slots 10 and the second slots 12 are of similar rectangular structures, the size of the first slots 10 is larger than that of the second slots 12, a clamping plate 14 penetrates through the first slots 10 and the second slots 12, one end, positioned on the second slots 12, of the clamping plate 14 is of an inclined plane structure, first inserting blocks 4 are fixed on four corners of the lower surface of the panel 5 and four corners of the upper surface of the bottom plate 1, clamping grooves 2 are formed in opposite sides of the first inserting blocks 4, the four corners of the lower surface of the panel 5 and the four corners of the upper surface of the bottom plate 1 are respectively fixed with a second insert 13 at the inner side of the first insert 4, the first inserts 4 are respectively corresponding to the first slots respectively provided with a plurality of floating bodies 28, a plurality of through holes 29 are formed in the floating body 28, buffer oil is filled between the floating body 28 and the circular groove 22, the floating body 28 floats on the top surface of the buffer oil, when the whole plate body bears small pressure, the borne small pressure can be counteracted through the elastic force of the plurality of springs 25 at the moment, so that the pressure-resistant effect is achieved, when the borne pressure is large, the springs 28 are compressed, the vertical rods 23 move downwards and are in contact with the floating body 28, the floating body 28 is pressed into the buffer oil, the buffer oil passes through the plurality of through holes 29 on the floating body 28, the damping force is generated, so that the elastic force generated by the compression of the springs 25 can be matched, the borne large pressure is counteracted, the pressure resistance of the whole plate body can be better, and after the pressure is cancelled, the damping force generated by the movement of the floating body 28 in the buffer oil can be avoided, the springs 25 are avoided, one lateral surface of the first insertion block 4 facing to the outside is flush with the inner lateral surface of the first insertion groove 10 facing to the outside, one lateral surface of the second insertion A preparation method of aldehyde-free plywood with pressure-resistant and environment-friendly functions comprises the following steps:
s1, manufacturing substrate 3: selecting a board for manufacturing a substrate, cutting the board into required sizes by adopting cutting equipment, then forming rectangular first slots 10 at four corners of the upper surface and the lower surface of the cut board, forming second slots 12 at the four corners of the upper surface and the lower surface of the board, which are positioned at the inner sides of the first slots 10, then forming holes at the two sides of the board corresponding to the first slots 10 until the first slots 10 are communicated with the second slots 12, then cutting and manufacturing a clamping board 14 matched with the sizes of the holes, cutting the outward end of the clamping board 14 into an inclined plane, then inserting one end of the inclined plane of the clamping board 14 into the hole until the clamping board is completely positioned between the first slots 10 and the second slots 12, and then plugging the hole by utilizing a wood block matched with the sizes of the holes to complete the manufacturing of the substrate 3;
s2, making the panel 5 and the bottom plate 1: cutting a plate into a plate shape with the same size as a substrate, fixing a first inserting block 4 at four corners of two opposite sides of the plate in a mortise-tenon manner, arranging a first clamping groove 2 at the inner side of the first inserting block 4, fixing a second inserting block 13 at the inner side of the first inserting block 4 at the four corners of the two opposite sides of the plate in the mortise-tenon manner, arranging third inserting grooves 9 at the four corners of the upper surface of the plate, forming holes at the positions, corresponding to the third inserting grooves 9, of the two sides of the upper plate, selecting a small wood block with the size matched with the holes, fixing a spring 19 at one side of the small wood block, fixing an iron block at the other end of the spring, inserting one end of the small wood block with the spring 19 as the inner side into the hole, plugging the hole, selecting two rubber pads 20 with a honeycomb structure inside, and arranging through holes at the positions, corresponding to the first inserting block 4 and the second inserting block 13, of the rubber pads 20, then respectively attaching rubber pads to the opposite sides of the upper plate and the lower plate, fixing the rubber pads on the upper plate and the lower plate in a hot melting mode, then forming a T-shaped groove 26 in the lower plate from front to back, and fixing a plurality of vertical rods 23 on the two sides of the bottom of the lower plate at equal intervals from front to back to finish the manufacture of the panel 5 and the bottom plate 1;
s3, manufacturing the decorative plate 6: cutting a plate into a plate shape with the same size as the panel 5, then forming holes at four corners of the plate, then manufacturing four small blocks matched with the holes in a tenon-and-mortise mode, taking the top surfaces of the four small blocks as starting surfaces, hollowing the interiors of the small blocks, forming bayonets 8 at one sides of the small blocks, then manufacturing sealing covers 16 matched with the top openings of the four small blocks, inserting fixed magnetic blocks 17 at the bottoms of the sealing covers 16, then inserting the sealing covers 16 into the interiors of the small blocks to form third inserting blocks 11, then inserting the third inserting blocks 11 into the holes in a tenon-and-mortise mode, enabling the tops of the sealing covers 16 to be flush with the tops of the plate, then coating the top surfaces of the plate with oleophobic hydrophobic layers 7, and finishing the manufacturing of the decorative plate 6;
s4, manufacturing the bearing plate 21: cutting a plate into a plate shape with the same size as the substrate 3, polishing the plate body from front to back by using a cutting and polishing device to form a U-shaped structure, drilling a plurality of circular grooves 22 at equal intervals from front to back on two sides of the top of the plate body with the U-shaped structure by using vertical cylinder drilling equipment, injecting buffer oil into the circular grooves 22, putting floating bodies 28 which are made of foam and provided with a plurality of through holes 29 into the circular grooves, and fixing a sealing ring 27 on the top of the inner wall of each circular groove;
s5, assembling: the panel 5 and the bottom plate 1 are respectively arranged at the top and the bottom of the substrate 3, then four first insertion blocks 4 and four second insertion blocks 13 on the panel 5 are respectively inserted into four first slots 10 and four second slots 12 at the top of the substrate 3, at this time, under the action of the second insertion blocks 13, the clamping plate 14 gradually moves towards the inside of the first slot 10 and is finally clamped into the clamping slots 2 on the first insertion blocks 4, the fixed connection between the substrate 3 and the panel 5 is completed, the fixed connection between the bottom plate 1 and the substrate 3 is the same, then the decorative plate 5 is arranged at the top of the panel 5, and four third insertion blocks 11 on the decorative plate 6 are inserted into four third slots 9 on the panel 5, at this time, due to the action of magnetic blocks inside the third insertion blocks 11, the iron blocks 15 in the third slots 9 are attracted and are finally clamped into the clamping slots 8, so as to complete the fixed connection between the decorative plate 6 and the panel 5, then inserting the T-shaped block 24 into the T-shaped groove 26 from front to back, and at the moment, respectively inserting the plurality of vertical rods 23 into the plurality of circular grooves 22 to complete the combination of the bottom plate 1 and the bearing plate 21, and at the moment, completing the combination and installation of the whole plate body;
