Abstract
The invention discloses a cleaning device for removing dirt on the surface of a steel pipe, belonging to the field of steel pipe auxiliary equipment. The scraping assembly comprises a scraping strip for clamping the steel pipe and a steel pipe limiting seat for supporting the steel pipe; the cleaning assembly and the scraping assembly are sequentially arranged on the supporting frame along the advancing direction of the steel pipe. The cleaning device provided by the invention is simple in structure and convenient to use, and can effectively remove the surface attachments of the steel pipe by matching the scraping component and the cleaning component, so that the steel pipe is favorably recycled or reused.

the scraping assembly comprises a scraping strip for clamping the steel pipe and a steel pipe limiting seat for supporting the steel pipe; the cleaning assembly and the scraping assembly are sequentially arranged on the supporting frame along the advancing direction of the steel pipe.

Preferably, the steel pipe limiting seat is provided with a limiting body which is adaptive to the shape of the steel pipe and used for limiting the radial movement of the steel pipe.

During the running process of the steel pipe, the scraper on the scraper bar 11 scrapes off impurities on the surface of the steel pipe, and the first cleaning brush plate 21 and the second cleaning brush plate 22 further clean the surface of the steel pipe, so that the surface of the steel pipe is effectively cleaned.
Through the arrangement, the cleaning device can achieve the following effects: through the multichannel scraper on the scraper strip 11 can carry out multiple cross scraping to the surface of steel pipe in the rotatory in-process of marcing in the limit of pipeline to avoid single scraper to leak and scrape, improve the efficiency and the effect of clearance greatly.
