Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of filtering of energetic materials, and relates to an explosive horizontal disc filter, which adopts a central rotary table for filtering, is externally provided with a fixed liquid receiving disc, is different from the traditional fixed high peripheral weir filter and a filter with a rubber movable baffle device, and solves the problems of filtrate leakage in a filtering area and smooth discharge in a discharging area.
Background
The horizontal disc filter is a mechanical device for realizing solid-liquid separation by using a vacuum system, and is used for separating slurry to obtain a required liquid phase or solid phase filter cake material. The solid-liquid separation mechanical equipment is various, and centrifugal equipment for centrifugal separation and a vacuum filter for vacuum filtration are used. The vacuum filter is divided into a horizontal disc vacuum filter, a belt vacuum filter, a tilting disc vacuum filter, a vertical vacuum filter and the like according to the structure and the application. The device belongs to a horizontal disc vacuum filter. The invention is realized by the following structure: a horizontal disc filter device mainly comprises a basic support, a driving device, a transmission device, a central shaft, a central turntable, an external liquid receiving disc, an external peripheral plate, a sealing ring, a top support, a feeding device, a discharging device and a discharging hopper assembly. The basic bracket, the driving device and the external liquid receiving disc are fixed together; the transmission device is connected with the driving device and the central shaft; the central shaft enables the central turntable and the external liquid receiving disc to be connected in series into a whole, the central turntable and the central shaft rotate integrally, the external liquid receiving disc is fixed, and the central turntable and the external liquid receiving disc are sealed by a sealing ring; the bottom of the liquid receiving disc is provided with a connecting pipe connected with a vacuum system to realize vacuum filtration; the top support is fixed on the external liquid receiving disc and is integrally fixed with the basic support, and the feeding device, the discharging device and the discharging hopper are fixed on the top support as main components of the horizontal disc filter.
Preferably, the transmission device can be selected from gear transmission, belt transmission and chain wheel transmission.
Preferably, the central shaft transmits the power of the driving device to the central turntable to drive the central turntable to rotate.
Preferably, the central shaft is connected with the central turntable and the external liquid receiving disc, so that the coaxiality requirement of the central turntable and the external liquid receiving disc is ensured.
Preferably, the sealing ring meets the requirement of rotary sealing between the central rotary disc and the external liquid receiving disc, and simultaneously realizes separation of the filtering surface and the filtrate chamber, and various optimal rubbers and models with different sections can be selected.
Preferably, the peripheral plate is fixed above the external liquid receiving disc and forms a filtering surface with the central rotary disc to realize the solid-liquid separation function of the filter, the peripheral plate can be set to have different heights according to the characteristics of filtered materials, and can also be set to have different heights according to the function distribution on the filtering surface and can be opened in the discharging area.
Preferably, the discharging device can be used for spiral discharging or scraper discharging.

Detailed Description
A horizontal disc filter device mainly comprises a basic support 1, a driving device 2, a transmission device 3, a central shaft 4, an external liquid receiving disc 5, a central turntable 6, a sealing ring 7, an outer peripheral plate 8, a top support 9, a feeding device 10, a discharging device 11 and a discharging hopper 12. The base support 1 is used for fixing the driving device 2, the transmission device 3 and the like, bears the weight of the whole equipment, and realizes the bearing of the equipment and the stable operation of the equipment by fixing with the base.
One end of the central shaft 4 is connected with the transmission device 3 and transmits power to the central turntable 6, and the other end of the central shaft is connected with the central turntable 6 and the external liquid receiving disc 5 in series and is used for positioning and guiding the external liquid receiving disc 5 and the central turntable 6.
The upper part of the external liquid receiving disc 5, the peripheral plate 8 and the central rotary disc 6 form a filtering surface, the lower part of the external liquid receiving disc is a filtering cavity used for collecting liquid phases collected on the filtering surface, and the bottom of the external liquid receiving disc is provided with a connecting pipe connected with a vacuum system to realize vacuum filtration.
The sealing ring 7 is used for sealing the rotating part center rotating disc 6 and the fixed part external liquid receiving disc 5, and simultaneously realizes the separation of the filtering surface and the filtrate chamber.
The peripheral plate 8 is fixed on the external liquid receiving disc 5 and forms a filtering surface with the central rotary disc 6, and the peripheral plate 8 can be set to have different heights according to the characteristics of slurry and can also be set to have different heights according to the function distribution on the filtering surface.
The feeding device 10 and the discharge hopper 12 are used as main components of the horizontal disc filter, when the central turntable 6 rotates, slurry is distributed on the central turntable 6 through the feeding device 10, the distribution thickness is adjustable, the central turntable 6 rotates for a circle, the filter can realize separation of the slurry and the filter cake, and the final solid-liquid separation is realized.
The discharging device 11 discharges the filtered filter cake from the central turntable 6. And the filter cake is transferred into a discharge hopper 12, and the structure in which the filter cake is selected is realized according to the characteristics and the requirements of the filter cake.
The top support 9 is fixed on the external liquid receiving disc 5, can be provided with a feeding device 10, a discharging device 12 and the like which are main parts of a horizontal disc filter and are also fixed and do not rotate.
The principle of the invention is as follows: the filtering disc body as the main body part of the horizontal disc filter is divided into a rotating central disc body and a fixed external liquid receiving disc. The central turntable is provided with a plurality of rib plates for supporting the filter medium filter plate and the filter cloth, and the central turntable body is arranged above the external liquid receiving plate. The outer liquid receiving disc is like a conical hopper, the bottom of the outer liquid receiving disc is provided with a liquid receiving pipe connected with a vacuum system, the center of the outer liquid receiving disc is provided with a hollow sleeve head, the hollow sleeve head penetrates through the sleeve head through a central shaft to be connected with the central disc body, and the positioning and coaxiality requirements of the central disc body and the outer liquid receiving disc are met. The peripheral plate is fixed on the external liquid receiving disc, the peripheral plate can be provided with a ring plate with excessive height according to the corresponding functional requirements on the filtering surface, the peripheral plate and the filtering medium on the central disc body form a filtering surface, the slurry is distributed on the filtering medium filter cloth through the feeding device, the external liquid receiving disc connected with the vacuum system collects the filtrate under the filtering medium, the filter cake is intercepted on the filtering medium, the filter cake rotates to the discharging area along with the rotating central disc body from the feeding area, namely the position of the discharging hopper is arranged, the peripheral plate at the position is very low in height, the discharging device transfers the filter cake on the filtering medium to the discharging hopper, the slurry separation is realized, the filtrate collection and the filter cake discharge are realized, and the function of the horizontal disc filter is met. The use of the sealing ring ensures the rotary sealing of the central turntable and the fixed external liquid receiving disc, and simultaneously realizes the separation of the filtering surface and the vacuum filtering cavity.
Claims (7)
1. A horizontal disc filter device for explosives, which comprises a basic support, a driving device, a transmission device, a central shaft, a central turntable, an external liquid receiving disc, an external peripheral plate, a sealing ring, a top support, a feeding device, a discharging device and a discharging hopper, and is characterized in that the basic support, the driving device and the external liquid receiving disc are fixed together; the transmission device is connected with the driving device and the central shaft; the central shaft enables the central turntable and the external liquid receiving disc to be connected in series into a whole, the central turntable and the central shaft rotate integrally, the external liquid receiving disc is fixed, and the central turntable and the external liquid receiving disc are sealed by a sealing ring; the bottom of the external liquid receiving disc is provided with a connecting pipe connected with a vacuum system to realize vacuum filtration; the top support is fixed on the external liquid receiving disc and is integrally fixed with the basic support, and the feeding device, the discharging device and the discharging hopper are fixed on the top support as main components of the horizontal disc filter.
