Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it should be understood that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, there is shown a solid-liquid separation apparatus for farm sewage treatment according to the present invention, comprising:
the drum barrel is provided with a first filter layer and a second filter layer from inside to outside along the radial direction, the first filter layer is used for filtering solid particles in the sewage, and the second filter layer is used for filtering hair matters in the sewage;
and the motor drives the drum barrel to rotate so as to realize solid-liquid separation of the sewage.
In the embodiment of the invention, two filter layers are arranged in the drum barrel, the two filter layers are connected and fixed at opposite positions through a rib plate, the first filter layer positioned at the inner side is used for filtering solid particles with larger particle size, such as animal excrement, feed and the like, and the second filter layer positioned at the outer side is used for filtering hair matters; it should be noted that, the first filter layer can also filter a part of hair materials, but because the aperture of the filter holes of the first filter layer is large, the hair materials cannot be completely filtered, so that a part of hair materials, even most of hair materials can smoothly pass through the first filter layer, and if the second filter layer is not arranged, the hair materials enter a downstream treatment system of sewage to influence the downstream treatment effect; in addition, if the aperture of the filtering hole of the first filtering layer is too small, the filtering efficiency can be seriously influenced if the filtering hole is set to be capable of completely filtering hair matters, and sewage cannot be efficiently treated.
In a specific embodiment, the mesh size of the first filter layer is in the range of 4-9 mesh. Preferably, the first filter layer is made of a metal material; more preferably, the first filter layer is composed of a plurality of tiles.
In this embodiment, the first filter layer is assembled by a plurality of pieces so as to be convenient for disassembly, maintenance and replacement; the shape and size of the tiles are not limited, but the tiles are generally in a regular shape, as shown in fig. 2, the height of the tiles is set to be the height of the first filter layer, and when the radian of the tiles is pi, two tiles can be spliced to form the first filter layer; when the radian of the splicing pieces is pi/2, the four splicing pieces can be spliced into a first filter layer. It should be noted that the first filter layer is generally made of a metal material, the metal material is hard in texture, not easy to damage, relatively low in cost and easy to prepare filter holes, the metal material is more suitable for being applied to a solid-liquid separation device for sewage in a farm, and especially a stainless steel material can be selected, so that the first filter layer is low in cost, stable in property, not easy to corrode and better in use effect; the first filtering layer is set to be 4-9 meshes, so that large-particle solid matters in the sewage of the farm can be filtered, for example, animal wastes and food residues can be well filtered.
In a specific embodiment, the second filter layer comprises a supporting portion and a non-woven fabric layer, the non-woven fabric layer is laid on the surface of the supporting portion facing the drum barrel, and the supporting portion is of a hollow structure for the sewage to pass through. Preferably, the supporting portion is formed by assembling a plurality of sub-supporting pieces, and the way and method for forming the supporting portion by the sub-supporting pieces are the same as those of the first filtering layer, which is not described herein again, and fig. 3 shows the structure of one of the sub-supporting pieces.
In this embodiment, since the nonwoven fabric is inexpensive and has a good filtration effect on hair materials, the nonwoven fabric can be used as a preferable material for filtering hair materials. But the non-woven fabrics texture is soft, can't directly use, consequently, the second filter layer is provided with the supporting part, lays the non-woven fabrics in the supporting part and can play by effective use. It should be noted that, the supporting portion not only supports the non-woven fabric, but also needs to discharge the sewage filtered by the non-woven fabric layer in time, so the supporting portion is generally hollow, for example, the supporting portion may be a grid-shaped metal frame, or a metal sheet with holes.
In a particular embodiment, the motor is a vertical motor. Preferably, the spindle of the motor is connected with the drum barrel through a coupling. It should be noted that the joint between the drum and the coupling is generally disposed at the central axis of the drum, and preferably, the central axis of the bottom of the drum is connected to the motor via the coupling.
In a specific embodiment, the cover body is of a hollow structure so that the sewage enters the drum barrel. Understandably, set up the lid into hollow out construction, the direct inflow of the plant sewage of being convenient for saves the step of opening lid reentry sewage, has improved sewage treatment's efficiency, has still saved the human cost.
The invention also provides a using method of the solid-liquid separation device, which comprises the following steps:
s01, installing the solid-liquid separation device in a regulating reservoir through a portal frame, and switching on a power supply of a motor;
s02, enabling the sewage of the farm to flow into the drum;
s03, starting a motor, driving the drum barrel to rotate by the motor, enabling sewage in the drum barrel to sequentially pass through the first filter layer and the second filter layer and then enter the regulating tank, realizing solid-liquid separation of the sewage, intercepting solid particles with large diameters such as animal wastes in the sewage by the first filter layer, and intercepting hair matters in the sewage by the second filter layer;
s04, after the sewage treatment is finished, the solid-liquid separation device is moved out of the adjusting tank, a slag hole is opened, and the solid matters intercepted by the first filter layer and the second filter layer are led out.
Generally speaking, the solid-liquid separation device of the invention is hoisted in a regulating reservoir through a portal frame, and is specifically shown in fig. 4: a hoisting machine arranged on a portal frame hoists the drum barrel into the regulating tank through a steel wire rope, the bottom end of the steel wire rope is provided with a rotating mechanism, the rotating mechanism is connected with a suspender, the suspender is fixedly connected with the drum barrel (such as in a clamping or fastening way), when the drum barrel works, the suspender rotates along with the drum barrel, the joint of the rotating mechanism and the suspender also rotates along with the drum barrel, but the joint of the rotating mechanism and the steel wire rope does not rotate; the rotating mechanism is used for avoiding the steel wire rope fracture and possible damage to the portal frame caused by the steel wire rope rotation driven by the rotating drum when the rotating drum rotates, and ensuring the normal work of the rotating drum; the rotating mechanism is of a conventional mechanical design, such as a bearing, and the structure of the rotating mechanism is not described in detail; sewage flows into the drum barrel through the hollow cover body, the motor is started, the drum barrel rotates and starts to carry out solid-liquid separation on the sewage, liquid in the sewage is discharged out of the drum barrel under the action of centrifugal force, and solid in the sewage is intercepted by the first filter layer and the second filter layer, wherein large-size solid particles such as animal excrement, food residues and the like are intercepted by the first filter layer, and hair matters are intercepted by the non-woven fabric of the second filter layer; after the sewage passes through the solid-liquid separation device provided by the invention, solid matters, especially hair matters in the sewage are effectively filtered and cannot enter a downstream treatment link, so that the influence on the treatment effect in the downstream treatment link is reduced; the solid matters intercepted by the first filter layer and the second filter layer are led out from a slag outlet at the bottom of the drum barrel.
In summary, the solid-liquid separation device provided by the invention can realize solid-liquid separation of sewage, especially can realize complete separation of hair matters, and reduce the burden of a downstream treatment link, and can realize efficient treatment of sewage by arranging the first filter layer and the second filter layer.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements and the like made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention.
