The working principle of the invention is as follows: when performing an acetabular side operation, grinding an acetabular fossa by using an acetabular file system, specifically connecting the rod piece 4 with an acetabular tool with proper specification, connecting the rod piece 4 with a power end, and grinding the acetabular fossa by using the acetabular tool as an acetabular file; then simulating the implantation condition of the acetabular cup by using the acetabular testing system, specifically, dismantling the rod piece 4 and the acetabular tool, taking the acetabular tool as an acetabular testing mold, putting an inner lining testing mold into the acetabular testing mold, putting a ball head testing mold into the inner lining testing mold, and putting the acetabular testing mold system into the acetabular nest for simulation; finally, the acetabular prosthesis is implanted into the acetabular fossa.

Claims (9)

1. An acetabular tool, comprising:
the body is of a bowl-shaped structure;
the through hole is positioned on the side wall of the body and is used for communicating the inner side with the outer side of the body;
the file is positioned on the outer wall of the body, one end of the file extends towards the center of the bottom of the body, and the other end of the file extends towards the edge of the body, so that when the acetabular tool is used as an acetabular test mold, the file 3 with the strip-shaped structure can enlarge the occupied space of the file 3, and when the acetabular tool is placed in an acetabular fossa, the acetabular tool can be placed stably;
the file has a plurality of, each of the files includes: the knife backs are smooth cambered surfaces, and a plurality of the knife backs are positioned on the same bowl-shaped surface; the cutting edge is an auxiliary angle formed between the tool back and the body, and is of a smooth groove structure along the tool back; and the cutting edge is a smooth arc line formed by intersecting the back and the cutting edge.
2. The acetabular tool of claim 1 wherein the rasp is helically disposed along the outer wall of the body.
3. The acetabular tool of claim 1 wherein there are a plurality of through holes, the through holes being waist-shaped through holes, the waist-shaped through holes extending in the same direction as the rasps.
4. An acetabular file system comprising an acetabular tool according to any of claims 1 to 3,
the device comprises a rod piece, and is characterized by further comprising a rod piece and a sleeve, wherein a polygonal square column is arranged at one end of the rod piece, the sleeve is sleeved on the rod piece and is rotationally connected with the rod piece, the sleeve can translate along the rod piece, a gap is reserved between one end, close to the polygonal square column, of the sleeve and the rod piece, and an internal thread is arranged at the gap of the sleeve;
the acetabular tool comprises a body, wherein the body of the acetabular tool further comprises a first cylinder, the first cylinder is positioned on the inner wall of the body, polygonal square holes are formed in the first cylinder, and external threads are arranged on the outer wall of the first cylinder.
5. An acetabular file system according to claim 4, wherein: the middle part of the rod piece is provided with a marginal groove, the middle part of the sleeve is provided with a pin, and one end of the pin stretches into the marginal groove.
6. An acetabular file system according to claim 5, wherein: the groove width of the edge groove is smaller than the length of the external thread.
7. An acetabular file system according to claims 4-6, wherein: the outside of the rod piece is also provided with a sheath.
8. An acetabular trial system, characterized by: an acetabular tool comprising any of claims 1-3;
the body of the acetabular tool further comprises a second post, the second post being located within the body;
the acetabulum test system further comprises a lining test mold, the lining test mold is positioned in the body and is attached to the body, a column groove is formed in the outer portion of the lining test mold, and the second column corresponds to the column groove.
