The working principle of the invention is as follows: when an acetabulum side operation is performed, an acetabulum file system is utilized to grind an acetabulum socket, specifically, a rod piece 4 is connected with an acetabulum tool with a proper specification, then the rod piece 4 is connected with a power end, and the acetabulum tool is used as an acetabulum file to grind the acetabulum socket; then, simulating the implantation condition of the acetabular cup by using an acetabular trial mold system, specifically, removing the rod piece 4 and an acetabular tool, taking the acetabular tool as an acetabular trial mold, arranging a lining trial mold in the acetabular trial mold, arranging a ball head trial mold in the lining trial mold, and arranging the acetabular trial mold system in an acetabular socket for simulation; finally, the acetabulum prosthesis is implanted into the acetabulum fossa.

Claims (10)

1. An acetabular tool, comprising:
the body is of a bowl-shaped structure;
the through hole is positioned on the side wall of the body and communicates the inner side and the outer side of the body;
the file is positioned on the outer wall of the body, one end of the file extends to the center of the bottom of the body, and the other end of the file extends to the edge of the body.

3. An acetabular tool according to claim 1 or claim 2 wherein the rasp is helically disposed along the outer wall of the body.
4. An acetabular tool according to claim 1 or claim 2 wherein there are a plurality of through holes, the through holes being kidney-shaped, the kidney-shaped holes extending in the same direction as the rasps.
5. An acetabular filing system comprising an acetabular tool according to any one of claims 1 to 4,
the telescopic type square column type hydraulic support is characterized by further comprising a rod piece and a sleeve, wherein a polygonal square column is arranged at one end of the rod piece, the sleeve is sleeved on the rod piece and is connected with the rod piece in a rotating mode, the sleeve can move horizontally along the rod piece, a gap is reserved between one end, close to the polygonal square column, of the sleeve and the rod piece, and an internal thread is arranged at the gap of the sleeve;

8. An acetabular file system according to any one of claims 5 to 7 wherein: and a sheath is also arranged outside the rod piece.
