Background
Persistent somatoform pain disorder is a persistent and severe pain that is associated with emotional conflicts or psychosocial problems that cannot be reasonably explained by physiological processes or somatic disorders, and conventional examinations fail to find the corresponding organic changes in the pain site, with the course often extending and lasting for more than 6 months. The patient with the persistent somatoform pain disorder has a low recognition rate in the initial diagnosis, and foreign investigation shows that the missed diagnosis or misdiagnosis rate of the persistent somatoform pain disorder in a comprehensive hospital is as high as 70-80%, and the identification rate of domestic neurologists for the persistent somatoform pain disorder is only 28.75%.
The prior art relates to a diagnosis system for persistent somatoform pain disorder, which mainly carries out psychological assessment by collecting individual biological indexes of a patient or through a psychiatric department as a reference basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment and evaluates the patient from the individual biological indexes, the diagnosis result cannot be determined along with no organic change of the patient, and the psychological assessment is added on the basis of the individual biological indexes, so that the detection means is long in time consumption and high in money consumption, and certain trouble is brought to the patient.
