The invention provides a wearable device, which can be understood as comprising: the wrist-watch, intelligent wrist-watch or intelligent bracelet of wearing in the wrist, can wear the motion monitoring module of ankle to and can wear in the 3D display device of head etc..
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, 6 and 7, the wearable device includes:
a belt body 200 and a disc-shaped apparatus body 100;
the mounting groove 110 is arranged at the end of the device main body 100, the mounting groove 110 includes a leading-in section 111 and a clamping section 112 which are communicated with each other, and the leading-in section 111 and the clamping section 112 are distributed along the circumferential direction of the device main body 100;
a limiting member 300 movably connected to the mounting groove 110 to have a first position and a second position; and
the insertion part 210 is arranged at the end part of the belt body 200;
one of the limiting member 300 and the inserting part 210 is provided with a first limiting convex part 310, and the other one is provided with a limiting clamping groove 211 corresponding to the first limiting convex part 310;
in the first position, the insertion part 210 can enter the fastening section 112 from the introduction section 111;
in the second position, the inserting portion 210 is fixed to the fixing section 112, and the first limiting protrusion 310 is fixed to the limiting slot 211.
It can be understood that the inserting portion 210 can be freely inserted into and pulled out of the guiding section 111, and when the position limiting member 300 is located at the first position, the inserting portion 210 rotates relative to the device body 100 after being inserted into the guiding section 111, so as to enter the fastening section 112, and similarly, the inserting portion 210 rotates in the opposite direction relative to the device body 100 after entering the fastening section 112, so as to exit to the guiding section 111, and can be pulled out of the guiding section 111. When the inserting portion 210 is inserted in place in the fastening section 112, the first limiting protrusion 310 is opposite to the limiting slot 211, and at this time, the limiting member 300 is driven to move to the second position, the first limiting protrusion 310 can be engaged with the limiting slot 211 to at least limit the relative rotation between the inserting portion 210 and the device main body 100, so that the inserting portion 210 can be stably fastened to the fastening section 112, and the strap 200 and the device main body 100 can be stably connected.
In the wearable device of the present invention, when the band 200 is mounted on the device body 100, the limiting member 300 should reach the first position, so that the band 200 and the device body 100 are driven to rotate relatively, the insertion portion 210 can enter the fastening section 112 from the introduction section 111, and then the limiting member 300 reaches the second position, so that the first limiting protrusion 310 is fastened with the limiting fastening groove 211, and the insertion portion 210 is stably fastened to the fastening section 112, so as to achieve the fixed connection between the band 200 and the device body 100; when the belt 200 is detached from the main body 100, the limiting member 300 should reach the second position, so that the first limiting protrusion 310 is separated from the limiting slot 211, the belt 200 can rotate relative to the main body 100, and the inserting portion 210 can be withdrawn from the fastening section 112 to the guiding section 111, and when the inserting portion 210 is pulled out from the guiding section 111, the belt 200 is separated from the main body 100. Therefore, the band body 200 and the device main body 100 of the wearable device are convenient and quick to disassemble and assemble, and the operation experience of replacing the band body 200 by a user is improved.
Further, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the mounting groove 110 is provided with a fourth limiting protrusion 140 disposed opposite to the fastening section 112, and after the inserting-connecting part 210 is inserted into the introducing section 111, the fourth limiting protrusion 140 is limited and fitted to one side of the inserting-connecting part 210 close to the belt 200; the limiting groove 211 has two first groove walls 212 that are opposite to each other in the circumferential direction of the device main body 100, and the first limiting protrusion 310 can be engaged between the two first groove walls 212. Thus, after the first limiting convex part 310 is clamped in the limiting clamping groove 211, the plugging part 210 is limited in the circumferential direction of the equipment main body 100 through the first groove walls 212 at the two sides, so that the equipment main body 100 and the belt body 200 can be limited from rotating relatively, and the plugging part 210 cannot exit to the leading-in section 111; in addition, the fourth limiting convex part 140 limits the inserting part 210 in the inserting and pulling direction of the belt body 200, and the inserting part 210 cannot be directly pulled out from the clamping section 112, so that the inserting part 210 can be stably clamped in the clamping section 112, and the connection stability of the belt body 200 and the device main body 100 is ensured. Of course, in other embodiments, the limiting locking groove 211 may further have a third groove wall and a fourth groove wall that are oppositely distributed in the radial direction of the device main body 100, so that the first limiting protrusion 310 is engaged with the limiting locking, and can also limit the insertion part 210 in the inserting and pulling direction of the belt body 200.
Further, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, a connection portion 220 is convexly disposed at an end portion of the band body 200, the insertion portion 210 is connected to an end of the connection portion 220 far away from the band body 200, the end portion of the band body 200, the connection portion 220 and the insertion portion 210 together define a second yielding groove 230, and when the insertion portion 210 is inserted into the fastening section 112, the fourth limiting protrusion 140 is correspondingly inserted into the second yielding groove 230. In this embodiment, the connection portion 220 is protruded at the end of the strap body 200, and the insertion portion 210 extends from the connection portion 220 to the side edge of the strap body 200, so that the second yielding groove 230 is formed by the end of the strap body 200, the connection portion 220 and the insertion portion 210; as shown in fig. 3, the fastening section 112 is not disposed through the end of the apparatus main body 100, and the end of the apparatus main body 100 opposite to the fastening section 112 is used as a fourth limit protrusion 140. After the insertion portion 210 is inserted into the guiding section 111, when the insertion portion 210 is opposite to the entrance of the fastening section 112, the fourth limiting protrusion 140 is also opposite to the second receding groove 230, the insertion portion 210 is inserted into the fastening section 112, and the fourth limiting protrusion 140 is also correspondingly inserted into the second receding groove 230, so that the ends of the insertion portion 210 and the belt body 200 are respectively located at two opposite sides of the fourth limiting protrusion 140, and acting forces in opposite directions from the fourth limiting protrusion 140 can be respectively received, so that the limiting effect on the insertion portion 210 in the insertion and extraction direction of the belt body 200 can be enhanced, and the connection stability of the belt body 200 and the device main body 100 can be further improved. Of course, in other embodiments, the insertion portion 210 may be directly protruded from the end of the belt body 200, the fourth limiting protrusion 140 is provided with an avoiding groove for avoiding the belt body 200, the insertion portion 210 is inserted into the fastening section 112, and the belt body 200 is correspondingly clamped into the avoiding groove.
Further, in the present embodiment, the inserting portion 210, the fastening section 112 and the fourth limiting protrusion 140 are correspondingly configured to be arc-shaped. Thus, when the inserting portion 210 has a portion located in the fastening section 112, and the belt body 200 rotates relative to the device main body 100, the matching between the inserting portion 210 and the fastening section 112 can be smoother, and a user can more conveniently and laborsavingly rotate the inserting portion 210 in the fastening section 112, so that the inserting portion 210 is inserted in place in the fastening section 112 or exits from the guiding section 111 from the fastening section 112. It can be understood that when the plug part 210 is arranged in a concave arc shape facing the device main body 100, and the fastening section 112 and the fourth limit projection 140 are matched with the plug part 210, the shape of the fastening section 112 and the fourth limit projection 140 can be more adapted to the adapting main body with a circular outer contour. Further, the end face of the belt 200 is also correspondingly set to be arc-shaped, so, when the outer contour of the device main body 100 is circular, after the insertion part 210 is inserted into the introduction groove, the end face of the belt 200 can be in sliding fit with the side edge of the device main body 100, a user can more conveniently and more laborsavingly drive the belt 200 and the device main body 100 to rotate relatively, and when the end face of the belt 200 is set to be concave arc face facing the device main body 100, after the belt 200 and the device main body 100 are connected, the end face of the belt 200 can be adapted to the outer edge of the device main body 100, the belt 200 and the device main body 100 can be tightly matched, the matching gap between the two is small, which is not only beneficial to ensuring the appearance attractiveness of the wearable device, but also can avoid dust from entering the installation groove 110 of the device main body 100.
Further, in this embodiment, the wearable device further includes a reset element, and under the action of the reset element, the limiting element 300 has a tendency to move to the second position. It can be understood that when the external force applied to the limiting member 300 can overcome the acting force of the resetting member, the limiting member 300 can be driven to move to the first position. When the belt body 200 is installed, after confirming that the insertion portion 210 is inserted in place in the fastening section 112, a user can remove the external force applied to the limiting member 300, the limiting member 300 can move to the second position spontaneously under the action of the resetting member until the first limiting convex portion 310 is clamped into the limiting clamping groove 211, and thereafter, under the action of the resetting member, the limiting member 300 can be stably located at the second position, so that the insertion portion 210 can be stably clamped in the fastening section 112, and the belt body 200 can also be stably connected with the device main body 100. Of course, in other embodiments, a limiting structure may be further disposed between the limiting member 300 and the apparatus main body 100, and after the limiting member 300 reaches the second position, the limiting member 300 can be kept relatively fixed with the apparatus main body 100 and can be stably located at the second position by the limiting structure, and a user needs to remove the limitation of the limiting structure, so that the limiting member 300 can be driven to move to the first position.
Further, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 to fig. 5, the device main body 100 is further provided with a reset groove 120 communicated with the mounting groove 110, the limiting member 300 is movably connected to the reset groove 120, and the reset member is disposed between the limiting member 300 and the reset groove 120. Thus, when the limiting member 300 and the reset groove 120 move relatively, the positional relationship among the reset member, the reset groove 120 and the limiting member 300 changes, the acting force of the reset member on the limiting member 300 also changes accordingly, and when the limiting member 300 is located at the first position, the acting force from the reset member is the largest, and the trend of moving to the second position is provided. Of course, in other embodiments, the reset element may be disposed in the mounting groove 110, and it is necessary to ensure that the reset element does not interfere with the insertion and removal of the insertion portion 210.
Further, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 to 5, the device main body 100 is further provided with an adjusting hole 130 communicated with the mounting groove 110, the adjusting hole 130 and the resetting groove 120 are disposed on opposite sides of the mounting groove 110, and the adjusting hole 130 penetrates through a groove wall of the mounting groove 110, as shown in fig. 8, the limiting member 300 has a first end 301 and a second end 302 opposite to each other, the first end 301 is movably connected to the resetting groove 120, and the second end 302 is movably connected to the adjusting hole 130. It can be understood that the reset element is disposed between the first end 301 and the reset slot 120, that is, the first end 301 is used for the reset element to act, the adjustment slot is disposed through the slot wall of the mounting slot 110, and the second end 302 can have a portion exposed to the outside and can be used as a trigger end for the user to apply an acting force. Without loss of generality, in the embodiment, when the limiting element 300 is located at the second position, the end surface of the second end 302 of the limiting element 300 is substantially flush with the outer surface of the device main body 100, preferably slightly protruding from the outer surface of the device main body 100, and a user can drive the limiting element 300 to move to the first position by pressing the second end 302 until the user can not press the limiting element 300 any more, which means that the limiting element 300 has reached the first position. Of course, in other embodiments, the second end 302 may be provided with a buckle for the user to pull and drive the limiting member 300 to move from the second position to the first position; or, the adjusting hole 130 and the reset groove 120 are disposed on the same side of the mounting groove 110, the adjusting hole 130 is communicated with the mounting groove 110 through the reset groove 120, the second end 302 of the limiting member 300 is convexly provided with a driving portion, the driving portion is movably connected to the adjusting hole 130, and a user applies an acting force on the driving portion to drive the limiting member 300.
Further, in the present embodiment, the first limiting protrusion 310 is disposed on the limiting member 300, specifically, the first limiting protrusion 310 is disposed between the first end 301 and the second end 302, and the limiting slot 211 is disposed on the inserting portion 210, so that after the inserting portion 210 is inserted into the mounting groove 110, the first limiting protrusion 310 can be engaged with the limiting slot 211. Of course, in other embodiments, the first limiting protrusion 310 may be disposed on the inserting portion 210, and the limiting slot 211 is disposed on the limiting member 3000.
Further, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 8, the resetting member includes an elastic member 410 disposed in the resetting groove 120, and when the limiting member 300 is located at the first position, the elastic member 410 is in an elastic deformation state and acts on the limiting member 300, so that the limiting member 300 has a tendency to move toward the second position. When the limiting member 300 is at the first position, the elastic member 410 is in a stretching or compressing state, and can generate an acting force on the limiting member 300, and only by ensuring that the acting force of the elastic member 410 has a component force in a direction from the first position to the second position, the limiting member 300 can move to the second position spontaneously. When the limiting member 300 moves to the second position, the elastic member 410 may just recover to its original shape, or may still be in an elastic deformation state, in which case, it only needs to ensure that the limiting member 300 can receive another acting force balanced with the acting force of the elastic member 410 at the second position.
Further, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 to 6 and 8, the reset element further includes a first magnetic element 421 disposed on the limiting element 300 and a second magnetic element 422 disposed in the reset slot 120, and the first magnetic element 421 and the second magnetic element 422 are disposed opposite to each other and mutually repel each other. It can be understood that, opposite sides of the first magnetic member 421 and the second magnetic member 422 are like magnetic poles, when the limiting member 300 is at the second position, when the limiting member 300 is at the first position, the distance between the first magnetic member 421 and the second magnetic member 422 is closer, the magnetic repulsion between the first magnetic member 421 and the second magnetic member 422 is larger, and there is a tendency to move away from each other, and the limiting member 300 has a tendency to move toward the second position. Of course, in other embodiments, it is also possible to make the limiting member 300 have a tendency to move to the second position only by the elastic member 410 or the magnetic member acting on the limiting member 300.
Further, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 8, the elastic element 410 is a spring, and two ends of the spring are respectively sleeved on the first magnetic element 421 and the second magnetic element 422. Alternatively, the first magnetic member 421 and the second magnetic member 422 may be fixed on the surfaces of the limiting member 300 and the reset groove 120 respectively in an adhering or welding manner, and have a protruding portion for the end of the spring to be sleeved. The spring is directly mounted on the first magnetic member 421 and the second magnetic member 422, and thus can be stably located between the limiting member 300 and the reset groove 120, and other structures do not need to be provided for fixing the spring, so that the structures of the limiting member 300 and the reset groove 120 can be simplified, and the processing difficulty of the two is reduced. Without loss of generality, in the embodiment, the first magnetic member 421 is disposed at the middle position of the position-limiting member 300, so that the force applied to the position-limiting member 300 is uniform. Of course, in other embodiments, two positioning holes are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the first magnetic member 421, one end of each of the two springs is respectively disposed in the two positioning holes, and the other end of each of the two springs abuts against the groove wall of the reset groove 120 on two opposite sides of the second magnetic member 422, or two ends of each of the springs are respectively embedded in the groove wall of the reset groove 120 and the limiting member 300, so that the two ends of each of the springs respectively keep fixed relative to the reset groove 120 and the limiting member 300; in addition, the elastic member 410 may also be a spring, elastic silicone, elastic rubber, or the like.
Further, in this embodiment, the limiting member 300 moves along the hole depth direction of the adjusting hole 130, as shown in fig. 6, the limiting member 300 has a second limiting protrusion 320 disposed near the first end 301, as shown in fig. 5, the reset groove 120 is disposed with a third limiting protrusion 121 on a side near the mounting groove 110, and the second limiting protrusion 320 is limited on a side of the third limiting protrusion 121 away from the mounting groove 110. Since the second limiting protrusion 320 is limited by the third limiting protrusion 121, the separation of the limiting member 300 from the reset groove 120 can be avoided, and the limiting member 300 can be stably connected to the reset groove 120. Without loss of generality, in the embodiment, when the limiting element 300 moves to the second position, the second limiting protrusion 320 abuts against the third limiting protrusion 121, the acting force of the third limiting protrusion 121 on the second limiting protrusion 320 can counteract the magnetic repulsion between the first magnetic element 421 and the second magnetic element 422, and the limiting element 300 can be stably located at the second position. Certainly, in other embodiments, two ends of the elastic element 410 may be respectively embedded in the groove wall of the reset groove 120 and the first end 301 of the limiting element 300, so that the limiting element 300 can be stably connected to the reset groove 120 through the elastic element 410, and when the limiting element 300 reaches the second position, the elastic element 410 can be properly deformed, and thus, the limiting element 300 can balance the magnetic repulsion between the first magnetic element 421 and the second magnetic element 422 through the received elastic force.
Further, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the limiting member 300 is provided with a first yielding groove 330, in the first position, the inserting portion 210 enters the fastening section 112 through the first yielding groove 330, the first limiting protrusion 310 is disposed in the first yielding groove 330, and the protruding direction of the first limiting protrusion 310 is parallel to the hole depth direction of the adjusting hole 130. Thus, the limiting member 300 moves along the depth direction of the adjusting hole 130, so as to change the relative position relationship between the first limiting protrusion 310 and the limiting slot 211. Without loss of generality, the first limiting protrusion 310 is disposed on the second limiting protrusion 320 and protrudes toward the second end 302, and the limiting engaging groove 211 is disposed toward the reset groove 120, and accordingly, the direction of the movement of the limiting element 300 from the first position to the second position is the same as the direction from the first end 301 to the second end 302. Thus, when the limiting member 300 is located at the first position, and the first limiting protrusion 310 is opposite to the limiting slot 211, the first limiting protrusion 310 will be suspended at one side of the limiting slot 211 close to the first end 301, the limiting member 300 moves to the second position, and the first limiting protrusion 310 can be clamped into the limiting slot 211.
Further, in the present embodiment, at least one of the limiting member 300 and the inserting portion 210 is provided with a guiding portion, when the limiting member 300 is located at the second position, after the inserting portion 210 is inserted into the mounting groove 110, the inserting portion 210 and the limiting member 300 are matched through the guiding portion, and the guiding portion can guide the inserting portion 210 and the limiting member 300 to move relatively, so that the inserting portion 210 pushes the limiting member 300 to the first position. Thus, when the strap body 200 is installed, the limiting member 300 does not need to be directly acted on, the insertion portion 210 can push the limiting member 300, so that the limiting member 300 moves to the first position, the insertion portion 210 can enter the guiding section 111 through the second avoiding groove 230, and the second end 302 of the limiting member 300 is only acted by a user when the strap body 200 is detached.
Further, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the limiting member 300 is provided with a first guiding portion 340, as shown in fig. 7, the inserting portion 210 is provided with a second guiding portion 213, and when the limiting member 300 is located at the second position, the first guiding portion 340 and the second guiding portion 213 are matched to guide the inserting portion 210 to push the limiting member 300 to the first position. Without loss of generality, in the embodiment, the first guiding portion 340 and the second guiding portion 213 are disposed as two parallel inclined surfaces, the first guiding portion 340 is disposed on one side of the first limiting protrusion 310 close to the notch of the guiding-in section 111, and the second guiding portion 213 is disposed on one side of the inserting portion 210 away from the connecting portion 220, so that when the inserting portion 210 is inserted into the fastening section 112, the second guiding portion 213 can contact the first guiding portion 340 first, and the inserting portion 210 can push against the limiting member 300. Of course, in other embodiments, the first guiding portion 340 and the second guiding portion 213 may also be provided with arc-shaped structures.
The above description is only an alternative embodiment of the present invention, and not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and all modifications and equivalents of the present invention, which are made by the contents of the present specification and the accompanying drawings, or directly/indirectly applied to other related technical fields, are included in the scope of the present invention.
