The second motor 401 is started, the second motor 401 rotates the transmission shaft 402, the second transmission shaft 402 rotates the first mounting shaft 303 through the gear set, the first mounting shaft 303 rotates the oil poking plate 304, the oil poking plate 304 rotates to push the oil, so that the oil surface 104 generates oil waves, the oil waves push the rice crust floating on the oil surface 104 to the direction of the discharge port 102 of the mounting box 100, the first mounting shaft 303 rotates the second mounting shaft 305 through the third chain wheel set 403, the second mounting shaft 305 rotates the material turning plate 306, the material turning plate 306 rotates to roll up the rice crust floating on the oil surface 104, then the rice crust rotates for one circle to turn over, so that the two sides of the rice crust are heated more uniformly, the taste of the two sides of the rice crust is more crisp, the rice crust is completely sunk into hot oil again in the process of turning over, the rice crust is heated more uniformly, the frying time is shortened, the production efficiency is improved, when turning over the rice crust, the transmission shaft 402 rotates the input shaft of the transmission case 405 through the fourth chain wheel set 406, amplifies the torque output by the input shaft through the gear set inside the transmission case 405, rotates the output shaft of the transmission case 405 at high speed, rotates the third mounting shaft 501 at high speed through the fifth chain wheel set 409 by the output shaft of the transmission case 405, so that the exhaust fan 502 rotates at high speed, sucks the oil smoke generated by frying the rice crust in the installation case 100, the exhaust fan 502 converts the oil smoke into airflow, then sends the airflow into the air knife 504 through the first air pipe 503, converts the airflow into planar airflow by the air knife 504, blows the planar airflow to the oil surface 104, gathers the rice crust floating at the two sides inside the installation case 100 to the middle, so that the turning plate 306 can roll up the rice crust to turn over the surface, and in the invention, the first air pipe 503 is provided with an oil smoke filter for filtering out the oil smoke in the airflow discharged by the fan 502, thereby preventing the oil smoke from being accumulated and discharged out of the installation box 100 to pollute the environment.
Referring to fig. 6 and 11, the invention further comprises a cleaning part for cleaning the second oil filtering hole 2051, the cleaning part comprises a fifth installation shaft 801 rotatably connected in the installation box 100, the fifth installation shaft 801 is rotatably connected with a second conveyor belt 802, the second conveyor belt 802 is fixedly connected with a through hole block 803, the end of the through hole block 803 is a hemisphere, the distance between the two sets of through hole blocks 803 is equal to the distance between the two sets of second oil filtering holes 2051, the fifth installation shaft 801 is synchronously connected with the first rotation shaft 201 through a seventh chain wheel set 804, a first motor 2011 is started, the first motor 2011 rotates the first rotation shaft 201, the first rotation shaft 201 rotates the first conveyor belt 202 and the fifth rotation shaft 801, the fifth installation shaft 801 rotates the second conveyor belt 802 and the first conveyor belt 202 synchronously, in the rotating process, the through hole block 803 is automatically inserted into the second oil filtering hole 2051, the rice crust plugged in the second oil filtering hole 2051 is cleaned, thereby make second oil strain hole 2051 keep penetrating, prevent that second oil strain hole 2051 from being plugged up and leading to fluid to be taken out of install bin 100 and cause fluid extravagant.
Referring to fig. 2-6 and 12, the present invention further comprises an oil filtering mechanism, the oil filtering mechanism comprises a mounting pipe 701 fixedly connected to the outside of the mounting box 100, the mounting pipe 701 is communicated with the frying tank 103 through an oil discharging box 407, a filter screen is fixedly connected in the mounting pipe 701, the filter screen is fixedly connected in the mounting pipe 701, a fourth mounting shaft 702 is rotatably connected to the filter screen, a packing auger 703 is fixedly connected above the filter screen to the fourth mounting shaft 702, a mounting cavity is arranged at the bottom of the mounting pipe 701, a fifth motor is fixedly connected in the mounting cavity, the fourth mounting shaft 702 is fixedly connected to the output end of the fifth motor, an oil storage box 708 is fixedly connected in the mounting box 100 for storing redundant oil, a first oil pump 705 and a second oil pump 709 are arranged in the mounting box 100, the input end of the first oil pump 705 is communicated with the mounting pipe 701 through a first oil pipe 706, the output end of the first oil pump 705 is communicated with the oil storage tank 708 through a second oil pipe 707, the input end of the second oil pump 709 is communicated with the oil storage tank 708, the output end of the second oil pump 709 is communicated with the bottom of the frying tank 103 through a third oil pipe 710, the bottom of the frying tank 103 is obliquely arranged, the second oil pump 709 is preferably a high-pressure oil pump, the high-pressure oil pump is matched with the frying tank 103 with the oblique bottom, the crispy rice residue at the bottom of the frying tank 103 can flow into the mounting pipe 701 through the oil discharge tank 407 due to the cooperation of gravity, a high-pressure oil column sprayed by the high-pressure oil pump and the rotating baffle plate 204, the fifth motor is started, the fourth mounting shaft 702 rotates the auger 703, the auger 703 is provided with oil filtering holes, the crispy rice residue of the filter screen is conveyed to a high position by the rotating auger 703, and is discharged from the discharge pipe at the top of the mounting pipe 701, in the process of discharging the mounting pipe 701 from the rice crust residues, oil on the rice crust residues falls to the bottom of the mounting pipe 701 through an oil filtering hole, the first oil pump 705 is started, and the oil at the bottom of the mounting pipe 701 is sucked into the oil storage tank 708 by the first oil pump 705, so that the oil is subjected to circulating filtration, the rice crust residues are prevented from becoming scorched in the oil to influence the quality of the oil, subsequent rice crust processing is further prevented from being influenced, and the quality of processed rice crust is prevented from not reaching the standard.
It should be noted that the oil pumping speed of the first oil pump 705 and the second oil pump 709 is controlled, the position of the oil surface 104 can be controlled, an oil level monitor for monitoring the height of the oil surface 104 and a temperature detector (not shown) for monitoring the oil temperature are further disposed in the frying tank 103, and whether the oil amount meets the processing requirement of the rice crust or not can be monitored in real time by the oil level monitor and the oil temperature detector.
Example two: referring to fig. 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 10, 11 and 12, the crispy rice frying apparatus with stir-frying function comprises a mounting box 100, wherein a frying tank 103 for frying crispy rice is arranged in the mounting box 100, and an electric heater 1031 for heating oil is fixedly connected to the side wall of the frying tank 103; the mounting box 100 is provided with a transmission mechanism, the transmission mechanism is used for receiving the rice crust at the position of a feeding hole 101 of the mounting box 100, feeding the rice crust into a frying tank 103 for frying, and discharging the fried rice crust out of the mounting box 100 from a discharging hole 102 of the mounting box 100; an installation frame is arranged in the frying tank 103, a second installation shaft 305 is rotatably connected to the installation frame, and a turning part for turning the rice crust is fixedly connected to the second installation shaft 305; an air knife 504 is fixedly connected to the side wall of the frying tank 103, and the air knife 504 is used for blowing the rice crust floating on the oil surface 104 to the stirring part.
The oil liquid in the frying tank 103 is heated by the electric heater 1031 to reach the temperature required by the fried rice crust, the rice crust to be fried is conveyed to the feed inlet 101, then the feeding is carried out from the feed inlet 101, the rice crust to be fried is placed on the transmission mechanism and is transported by the transmission mechanism to enter the frying tank 103 for frying, a cavity is generated in the rice crust during the frying process, the density of the cavity becomes small, so that the cavity floats on the surface of the oil liquid, the air knife 504 blows air flow when the rice crust is fried, the air flow enables the rice crust floating on the surface 104 of the oil liquid to float and move to the turning part, then the rotating turning part is utilized to turn over the rice crust, the contact surface of the rice crust and the oil liquid is changed, so that the rice crust and two surfaces are heated more uniformly, the rice crust becomes more crispy, the taste of the rice crust is improved, the time required by frying is shortened because the rice crust is heated uniformly, thereby improving the production efficiency of the rice crust.
Referring to fig. 2, 5 and 7, in the present invention, the transmission mechanism includes six first rotating shafts 201 and four sets of positioning shafts 203, and further includes a first conveyor belt 202 rotatably connected to the first rotating shafts 201, a first motor 2011 for driving the first rotating shafts 201 to rotate is fixedly connected to the mounting box 100, wherein two first rotating shafts 201 are rotatably connected to the feed port 101, two first rotating shafts 201 are on the same horizontal plane, two first rotating shafts 201 are rotatably connected to the discharge port 102, two first rotating shafts 201 are on the horizontal plane, two first rotating shafts 201 are rotatably connected to the frying tank 103, two first rotating shafts 201 are on the same horizontal plane, two sets of positioning shafts 203 are located at the bottom of the frying tank 103 and attached to the upper surface of the first conveyor belt 202, and two sets of positioning shafts 203 are rotatably connected to the feed port 101 and the discharge port 102 respectively and attached to the lower surface of the first conveyor belt 202, the conveying mechanism is divided into five sections by matching the first rotating shaft 201 and the positioning shaft 203, one section from the feed inlet 101 to the installation box 100 is a first conveying section, one section from the bottom of the frying tank 103 is a third conveying section, one end from the discharge port 102 to the installation box 100 is a fifth conveying section, a second conveying section is arranged between the first conveying section and the third conveying section, and one section from the fifth conveying section and the third conveying section is a fourth conveying section, wherein the first conveying section, the second conveying section and the third conveying section are horizontally arranged, the second conveying section and the fourth conveying section are obliquely arranged, baffle plates 204 are uniformly distributed on the first conveying belt 202 and are used for stopping the crispy rice, so that the discharging failure caused by the crispy rice sliding into the frying tank 103 when the crispy rice is discharged out of the frying tank 103 through the fourth conveying section is prevented, wherein a groove 205 is formed in the first conveying belt 202, a second oil filtering hole 2051 is formed in the groove 205, first oil filtering holes 2041 are formed in the baffle plate 204, and the two groups of oil filtering holes can enable oil on the rice crust to fall into the frying tank 103 again through the oil filtering holes when the rice crust is separated from the frying tank 103, so that waste of the oil is avoided, and the cost for producing the rice crust is saved.
Referring to fig. 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12, in the present invention, preferably, the mounting frame includes a mounting cylinder 301 and a mounting plate 302 integrally formed with the mounting cylinder 301, oil passing ports 308 are formed on both the mounting cylinder 301 and the mounting plate 302, the second mounting shafts 305 are rotatably connected to the mounting plate 302, a plurality of sets of the second mounting shafts 305 are synchronously connected by a first sprocket set 3051, a first mounting shaft 303 is rotatably connected to the mounting cylinder 301, an oil deflector plate 304 is fixedly connected to the first mounting shaft 303, the material turning part includes a material turning plate 306 fixedly connected to the second mounting shaft 305, a limiting groove 307 is formed on the material turning plate 306, a third oil filtering hole 3071 is formed at the bottom of the limiting groove 307, a lifting part 105 is fixedly connected to the outside of the mounting box 100, a top plate 601 is fixedly connected to the top of the lifting part 105, a connecting plate 6011 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the top plate 601, and the connecting plate 6011 is fixedly connected to the mounting plate 302, an opening matched with the connecting plate 6011 is formed in the top of the installation box 100, a wind gathering cover 605 is fixedly connected to the connecting plate 6011, a suction fan 606 is fixedly connected to the top of the top plate 601, the suction fan 606 is communicated with an exhaust end of the wind gathering cover 605 through a second air pipe 607, an output end of the suction fan 606 is communicated with the air knife 504 through a first air pipe 503, a refrigerator 602 is fixedly connected to the top plate 601, a shunt net pipe 604 is fixedly connected to the connecting plate 6011 in a separated mode, the exhaust end of the refrigerator 602 is communicated with the shunt net pipe 604 through a transmission pipe 603, a second motor 401 is fixedly connected to the top plate 601, an output shaft of the second motor 401 is synchronously connected with the first installation shaft 303 through a second chain wheel set 4011, a third motor 410 is fixedly connected to the top plate 601, and an output shaft of the third motor 410 is synchronously connected with the second installation shaft 305 through a sixth chain wheel set 4101.
The second motor 401 is started, the second motor 401 rotates the transmission shaft 402, the second transmission shaft 402 rotates the first mounting shaft 303 through a gear set, the first mounting shaft 303 rotates the oil deflector 304, the oil deflector 304 rotates to push the oil, so that the oil surface 104 generates oil waves, the oil waves push the rice crust floating on the oil surface 104 to the direction of the discharge port 102 of the mounting box 100, the lifting part 105 is controlled to lift the top plate 601 by controlling the stretching and retracting of the lifting part 105, in the present invention, the lifting part 105 is preferably a telescopic oil cylinder, the third motor 410 is started, the third motor 410 rotates the second mounting shaft 305 through the sixth chain wheel set 4101, so that the material turning plate 306 rotates to vertically downwards, then the vertically downwards material turning plate 306 is inserted into the oil for a proper time, during the waiting process, the suction fan 606 sucks the oil smoke gathered in the wind gathering cover 605 through the second air pipe 607, the second air pipe 607 is provided with an oil smoke filter, for filtering oil smoke (not shown) in the air flow discharged from the exhaust fan 502, thereby preventing the oil smoke from being discharged from the installation box 100 to pollute the environment, converting the oil smoke into an air flow to be blown into the air knife 504, converting the air flow into a planar air flow to be blown to the oil surface 104 by the air knife 504, making the oil surface 104 be corrugated, making the crispy rice move toward the material turning plate 306 by the corrugations, then making the material turning plate 306 rotate again by the third motor 410, making the material turning plate 306 transversely placed, making the plurality of material turning plates 306 form a flat plate, then rising by the lifting part 105, making the material turning plate 306 separate from the hot oil, the hot oil in the limit groove 307 falls into the hot oil again by the third oil filtering hole 3071, then starting the refrigerator 602 (preferably, a cold air blower), blowing the air to the crispy rice surface by the refrigerator 602, making the crispy rice cool quickly, and then making the material turning plate 306 rotate again by the third motor 410, the end, far away from the second mounting shaft 305, of the material turning plate 306 is vertically downward again, the second mounting shaft 305 rotates in a single direction, the turning surface of the rice crust falls into hot oil again in the rotating process of the material turning plate 306, and therefore the rice crust is heated more uniformly.
Referring to fig. 6 and 11, the invention further comprises a cleaning part for cleaning the second oil filtering hole 2051, the cleaning part comprises a fifth installation shaft 801 rotatably connected in the installation box 100, the fifth installation shaft 801 is rotatably connected with a second conveyor belt 802, the second conveyor belt 802 is fixedly connected with a through hole block 803, the end of the through hole block 803 is a hemisphere, the distance between the two sets of through hole blocks 803 is equal to the distance between the two sets of second oil filtering holes 2051, the fifth installation shaft 801 is synchronously connected with the first rotation shaft 201 through a seventh chain wheel set 804, a first motor 2011 is started, the first motor 2011 rotates the first rotation shaft 201, the first rotation shaft 201 rotates the first conveyor belt 202 and the fifth rotation shaft 801, the fifth installation shaft 801 rotates the second conveyor belt 802 and the first conveyor belt 202 synchronously, in the rotating process, the through hole block 803 is automatically inserted into the second oil filtering hole 2051, the rice crust plugged in the second oil filtering hole 2051 is cleaned, thereby make second oil strain hole 2051 keep penetrating, prevent that second oil strain hole 2051 from being plugged up and leading to fluid to be taken out of install bin 100 and cause fluid extravagant.
Referring to fig. 2-6 and 12, the present invention further comprises an oil filtering mechanism, the oil filtering mechanism comprises a mounting pipe 701 fixedly connected to the outside of the mounting box 100, the mounting pipe 701 is communicated with the frying tank 103 through an oil discharging box 407, a filter screen is fixedly connected in the mounting pipe 701, the filter screen is fixedly connected in the mounting pipe 701, a fourth mounting shaft 702 is rotatably connected to the filter screen, a packing auger 703 is fixedly connected above the filter screen to the fourth mounting shaft 702, a mounting cavity is arranged at the bottom of the mounting pipe 701, a fifth motor is fixedly connected in the mounting cavity, the fourth mounting shaft 702 is fixedly connected to the output end of the fifth motor, an oil storage box 708 is fixedly connected in the mounting box 100 for storing redundant oil, a first oil pump 705 and a second oil pump 709 are arranged in the mounting box 100, the input end of the first oil pump 705 is communicated with the mounting pipe 701 through a first oil pipe 706, the output end of the first oil pump 705 is communicated with the oil storage tank 708 through a second oil pipe 707, the input end of the second oil pump 709 is communicated with the oil storage tank 708, the output end of the second oil pump 709 is communicated with the bottom of the frying tank 103 through a third oil pipe 710, the bottom of the frying tank 103 is obliquely arranged, the second oil pump 709 is preferably a high-pressure oil pump, the high-pressure oil pump is matched with the frying tank 103 with the oblique bottom, the crispy rice residue at the bottom of the frying tank 103 can flow into the mounting pipe 701 through the oil discharge tank 407 due to the cooperation of gravity, a high-pressure oil column sprayed by the high-pressure oil pump and the rotating baffle plate 204, the fifth motor is started, the fourth mounting shaft 702 rotates the auger 703, the auger 703 is provided with oil filtering holes, the crispy rice residue of the filter screen is conveyed to a high position by the rotating auger 703, and is discharged from the discharge pipe at the top of the mounting pipe 701, in the process of discharging the mounting pipe 701 from the rice crust residues, oil on the rice crust residues falls to the bottom of the mounting pipe 701 through an oil filtering hole, the first oil pump 705 is started, and the oil at the bottom of the mounting pipe 701 is sucked into the oil storage tank 708 by the first oil pump 705, so that the oil is subjected to circulating filtration, the rice crust residues are prevented from becoming scorched in the oil to influence the quality of the oil, subsequent rice crust processing is further prevented from being influenced, and the quality of processed rice crust is prevented from not reaching the standard.
It should be noted that the position of the oil surface 104 can be controlled by controlling the pumping speed of the first oil pump 705 and the second oil pump 709, an oil level monitor for monitoring the height of the oil surface 104 and a temperature detector (not shown) for monitoring the oil temperature are further disposed in the frying tank 103, and whether the amount of oil meets the processing requirement of rice crust can be monitored in real time by the oil level monitor and the oil temperature detector.
In the crispy rice frying equipment with the stir-frying function, the crispy rice floating on the oil surface 104 is turned and immersed into hot oil, so that two sides of the crispy rice are uniformly heated, the time required by frying the crispy rice is shortened, and the production efficiency of the crispy rice is improved; in the crispy rice frying equipment with the stir-frying function, crispy rice is fished out of hot oil, then is rapidly cooled through an air cooler, and then is put into the hot oil again, so that the crispy rice is reciprocated, more oil bubbles are generated on the surface of the crispy rice by utilizing the principle of expansion with heat and contraction with cold, the crispness of the produced crispy rice is improved, the taste of the produced crispy rice is improved, the discharged oil smoke is filtered, and the air containing the waste heat after the oil smoke is filtered is blown to the oil liquid surface 104, so that the heat waste caused by the fact that the oil liquid is rapidly cooled through the air blown by the air knife 504 is avoided.

a frying tank (103) for frying the rice crust is arranged in the mounting box (100), and an electric heater (1031) for heating oil is fixedly connected to the side wall of the frying tank (103);
the conveying mechanism is arranged on the mounting box (100) and used for receiving the rice crust at the position of a feeding hole (101) of the mounting box (100), feeding the rice crust into a frying tank (103) for frying and discharging the fried rice crust out of the mounting box (100) from a discharging hole (102) of the mounting box (100);
an installation rack is arranged in the frying tank (103), a second installation shaft (305) is rotatably connected to the installation rack, and a turning part for turning the crispy rice is fixedly connected to the second installation shaft (305);
an air knife (504) is fixedly connected to the side wall of the frying tank (103), and the air knife (504) is used for blowing the rice crust floating on the surface (104) of the oil liquid to the stirring part.

The crispy rice frying apparatus with a stir-frying function according to claim 1, wherein the mounting rack comprises a mounting barrel (301) and a mounting plate (302) integrally formed with the mounting barrel (301), oil passing ports (308) are formed in the mounting barrel (301) and the mounting plate (302), the second mounting shaft (305) is rotatably connected to the mounting plate (302), multiple sets of the second mounting shafts (305) are synchronously connected through a first chain wheel set (3051), a first mounting shaft (303) is rotatably connected to the mounting barrel (301), and an oil shifting plate (304) is fixedly connected to the first mounting shaft (303).

The crispy rice frying apparatus with a stir-frying function according to claim 2, wherein the stirring portion comprises a stirring plate (306) fixedly connected to the second mounting shaft (305), the stirring plate (306) is provided with a limiting groove (307), and the bottom of the limiting groove (307) is provided with a third oil filtering hole (3071).

The crispy rice frying apparatus with stir-frying function as claimed in claim 3, wherein the mounting rack is fixedly connected to the mounting box (100) through a connecting rod (3021), the top of the mounting box (100) is fixedly connected with a second motor (401), the output end of the second motor (401) is fixedly connected with a transmission shaft (402), the transmission shaft (402) is synchronously connected with the first mounting shaft (303) through a gear set, and the first mounting shaft (303) is synchronously connected with the second mounting shaft (305) through a third chain wheel set (403).

The crispy rice frying apparatus with a stir-frying function according to claim 4, wherein a gearbox (405) is fixedly connected to the top of the mounting box (100), an input shaft of the gearbox (405) is synchronously connected with a transmission shaft (402) through a fourth chain wheel set (406), a wind gathering cylinder (500) is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the top of the mounting box (100), a third mounting shaft (501) is rotatably connected to the wind gathering cylinder (500), the third mounting shaft (501) is synchronously connected with an output shaft of the gearbox (405) through a fifth chain wheel set (409), an exhaust fan (502) is fixedly connected to the third mounting shaft (501), and an exhaust end of the wind gathering cylinder (500) is communicated with an air knife (504) through a first air pipe (503).
