The wireless headset and the headset box provided by the embodiment of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings through specific embodiments and application scenarios thereof.
Fig. 1 shows a possible structure of a wireless headset according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the wireless headset 10 includes a headset head 11 and a headset handle 12, and a sound output portion (not shown), a battery (not shown), a wireless communication module (not shown), and the like, which are not specifically described herein.
In the present embodiment, the earphone handle 12 comprises a rotatable part 101 and a fixed part 102 which are mutually matched, a first end of the fixed part 102 is provided with a charging contact 104, and the rotatable part 101 is covered on the fixed part 102.
As shown in fig. 1 (a), when the wireless headset 10 is located in the headset case, the rotatable member 101 is located at the first position, and the charging contact is in an exposed state.
As shown in fig. 1 (b), when the wireless headset 10 is located outside the headset case, the rotatable member 101 is located at the second position, and the rotatable member covers the charging contact so that the charging contact is in a shielding state.
In this embodiment, the wireless headset may be a bluetooth headset.
In the present embodiment, the headset handle 12 is provided with a charging contact 104. It will be readily appreciated that a rechargeable battery is typically provided in the wireless headset 10, and the charging contact 104 may be considered a charging connector for the battery. That is, the external power source may charge the battery in the wireless headset 10 through the charging contacts 104. For example, the earphone handle 12 may include a structural member, and the charging contact 104 may be inserted into a slot or opening in the structural member and connected to a battery inside the structural member of the earphone handle 12.
In the present embodiment, the bottom of the fixing member 102 is provided with a charging contact 104. In other words, the first end of the fixing part 102 may be the bottom of the fixing part 102, i.e. the first end of the fixing part 102 is located at the bottom of the earphone handle 12.
In the embodiment of the present application, under the action of the rotatable member 101, the charging contact 104 is switched between the shielding state and the exposing state, so as to shield and avoid the charging contact 104.
Illustratively, when the wireless headset 10 is located in the headset case, the rotatable member 101 is located at the first position, so that the charging contact 104 is in an exposed state, and the charging contact 104 can be connected to an external power source to charge the headset, for example, when the wireless headset 10 is located in the headset case, the charging contact 104 is in an exposed state in the headset case to interface with a charging spring in the headset case 20 to charge the headset.
Illustratively, when the wireless headset 10 is placed outside the headset case, the rotatable member 101 is moved from the first position to the second position such that the charging contact 104 is in a shielded state, thereby concealing the charging contact 104 from direct exposure to the external environment. In other words, at this time, the rotatable member 101 may shield the charging contact 104, so that the charging contact 104 is isolated from the external environment, and the charging contact 104 is effectively prevented from being contaminated or corroded.
In the embodiment of the present application, the charging contact is made of metal such as copper and iron.
In the present embodiment, by modifying the earphone handle 12 of the wireless earphone 10, the rotatable member 101 is provided on the earphone handle 12, and the rotatable member 101 is rotatable with respect to the fixed member 102. So, can realize that wireless earphone 10 accomodates in earphone box 20 when, rotate out wireless earphone 10's charging contact 104, when wireless earphone 10 took out the use, with wireless earphone 10's charging contact 104 rotation hidden, needn't directly expose on the earphone surface, thereby can effectually avoid wireless earphone's charging contact because expose and receive the corruption easily outside and lead to wireless earphone to appear the unusual problem of charging.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the present application, the wireless headset 10 further includes: a driving member 13, the driving member 13 being connected to the rotatable member 101; a driving member 13 for driving the rotatable member to rotate. It is understood that when the wireless headset 10 is located in the headset case 20, the driving part 13 drives the rotatable part 101 to move to the first position, so that the charging contact 104 is in the exposed state. When the wireless headset 10 is placed outside the headset case 20, the driving part 13 drives the rotatable part 101 to move from the first position to the second position, so that the charging contact 104 is in a shielding state.
In some possible embodiments, the drive member 13 may electrically drive or mechanically rotate the rotatable member.
In some possible embodiments, the driving motor in the driving part 13 may drive the rotatable part 101 to rotate when the wireless headset 10 detects that the accommodating relationship between the wireless headset 10 and the headset case 20 changes (e.g., when the wireless headset 10 is placed in the headset case 20 or when the wireless headset 10 leaves the headset case 20).
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present application, the first surface of the rotatable member 101 is provided with an opening 103; the first face is the face on which the charging contact 104 is vertically projected on the rotatable member 101. Wherein the opening 103 is opposite to the charging contact 104 when the rotatable member 101 is in the first position, so that the charging contact 104 is in an exposed state; when the rotatable member 101 is in the second position, the aperture 103 is misaligned with the charging contact 104 such that the rotatable member 101 covers the charging contact 104.
In some possible embodiments, when the user uses the wireless headset 10, the rotatable member 101 of the headset handle 12 is in a reset state in which the charging contacts 104 are misaligned by rotating the rotatable member 101 so that the apertures 103 in the rotatable member 101 cover the charging contacts 104 except for the apertures 103, so that the charging contacts 104 are not exposed to the outside, as shown in fig. 2 (a).
In some possible embodiments, when the user places the wireless headset 10 in the headset case 20, the rotatable member 101 is rotated to rotate the opening 103 to the position above the charging contact 104, so that the charging contact 104 is exposed, and thus contacts with a charging spring (charging spring) in the headset case 20 to form a charging loop, thereby completing a charging function, as shown in fig. 2 (b).
It should be noted that the first end of the fixing member 102 is provided with one or more charging contacts 104. The rotatable member 101 is provided with one or more openings 103 in a first face thereof. One or more charging contacts 104 may be exposed in one opening, and therefore, the number of the charging contacts 104 disposed at the bottom of the fixed component 102 may be the same as or different from the number of the openings 103 disposed on the rotatable component 101, which is not limited in this embodiment of the application.
In the embodiment of the present application, the shape of the opening is not limited. For example, it may be any possible shape such as circular, rectangular, triangular, diamond, circular ring, or polygonal.
In the wireless earphone provided by the embodiment of the application, the earphone handle of the wireless earphone is improved to comprise a rotatable part and a fixed part which are matched with each other, the bottom of the fixed part is provided with a charging contact, the rotatable part covers the charging contact, and an opening is formed in the rotatable part. So, when the user used this wireless earphone, in order to protect the contact that charges not corroded by the corrosive liquid, can hide the contact that charges in this rotatable part below, when wireless earphone was placed in the earphone box, in order to guarantee normal charging, can control rotatable part rotatory to make this trompil and the contact that charges opposite, and then make the earphone box can charge for wireless earphone through this contact that charges.
Alternatively, in the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 3, the rotatable part 101 may be sleeved on the fixed part 102, and the rotatable part 101 may be rotatable with respect to the fixed part 102.
In some embodiments, the fixed part 102 may be located at an upper end position of the earphone handle 12 and the rotatable part 101 may be located at a lower end position of the earphone handle 12. Generally, the fixed part 102 is formed by two cylinders with different diameters on the bottom surface, wherein the diameter of the cylinder near the bottom is smaller, and the structure can enable the rotatable part 101 to be sleeved on the fixed part 102.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, a resilient member 1051 is attached to a first end of the fixation member 102; the rotatable member 101 is fitted over the elastic member 1051. Further, when the wireless headset 10 is placed in the headset case 20, the elastic member 106 is deformed by the rotatable member 101; when the wireless headset 10 is located outside the headset case 20, the rotatable part 101 rotates by the resilient force of the elastic part 1051, so that the rotatable part 101 is located at the second position.
Illustratively, when the wireless headset 10 is placed in the headset case 20, the driving part 13 drives the rotatable part 101 to rotate, so as to drive the elastic part 1051 to move, so that the elastic part 1051 is deformed by the rotatable part 101, and is in an elastic deformation state, and generates an elastic force.
Illustratively, when the user removes the wireless headset 10 from the headset case 20, the elastic member is reset, in a non-elastically deformed state, bringing the rotatable member 101 back into position, so that the charging contact 104 is again hidden inside the headset stem.
For example, the structure of the fixing member 102 may refer to a perspective view of the fixing member 102 shown in fig. 4 (a) and a front view of the fixing member 102 shown in fig. 4 (b).
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present application, the first end of the fixing member 102 is further provided with a structure bump 1052, and the structure bump 1052 is connected with the elastic member 1051.
Illustratively, the structure bumps 105 and the elastic members 1051 can be fixedly connected by various fastening means (e.g., adhesive (e.g., glue)) so that the structure bumps 1052 and the elastic members 1051 cannot rotate. In other words, the structure bumps 1052 are mainly used for fixing the elastic member 1051.
The elastic member 1051 may be a spring, for example.
Illustratively, the length of the structural bump 1052 provided at the first end of the fixing member 102 is not limited in this embodiment of the present application. For example, the length of the structure bump 1052 is less than or equal to the length of the spring.
Thus, rotation and resetting of the rotatable member 101 can be achieved by adding a resilient structure 1051, so that the charging contacts can be selectively left unexposed.
In some embodiments, the rotatable member 101 further comprises: a limiting device 107; the position limiting device 107 is used for fixing the elastic component 1051 when the wireless earphone 10 is positioned in the earphone box 20.
For example, the shape of the limiting device is not limited in the embodiments of the present application.
For example, the position limiting device 107 may include a first position limiting bar and a second position limiting bar, the first position limiting bar is used for fixing the first end of the elastic component, and the second position limiting bar is used for fixing the second end of the elastic component. As shown in fig. 5 (a), the elastic member 1051 is a spring, and as shown in fig. 5 (b), the position limiting device 107 may include a first position limiting bar 107a for fixing one end of the spring 1051 and a second position limiting bar 107b for fixing the other end of the spring 1051.
In this way, when the wireless headset 10 is placed in the headset case 20, in order to ensure the safety of the headset and the stability of charging, the elastic component may be fixed by providing a limiting device, so that the rotatable component 101 is in a fixed position, and it is ensured that the charging contact 104 may be continuously exposed outside the rotatable component 101.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present application, the inner wall of the rotatable component 101 is provided with a first magnetic member 106. When the wireless headset 12 is placed in the headset case 20, the rotatable member 101 can rotate under the action of the magnetic field formed between the first magnetic member 106 and the second magnetic member in the headset case 20.
In some embodiments, when the wireless headset 10 is located in the headset case 20, the first magnetic member 106 and the second magnetic member 201 in the headset case 20 are magnetically attracted to each other, controlling the rotation component 101 to rotate.
In some embodiments, when the wireless headset 10 is located outside the headset case 20, the magnetic attraction between the first magnetic member 106 and the second magnetic member 201 is weakened. At this time, the rotating member 101 may be driven to rotate by the driving member 12 so that the rotatable member 101 moves to the first position to hide the charging contact 104, or the rotatable member 101 may be driven to move to the first position by the reset of the elastic member 1051 to hide the charging contact 104.
For example, the first magnetic member 106 may be a combined magnetic member, that is, the first magnetic member 106 may include one or more magnetic members. In one example, the first magnetic member 106 includes 2 magnetic members, and the magnetic properties of the 2 magnetic members are opposite, so as to ensure that the 2 magnetic members can be stably disposed on the inner wall of the rotatable component 101,
for example, fig. 6 shows a permanent magnet 106a and a permanent magnet 106b, in which the permanent magnet 106a is an S pole and the permanent magnet 106b is an N pole. The permanent magnet 106a applies a magnetic field with an S-pole orientation to the inner wall of the rotatable component 10, and the permanent magnet 106b applies a magnetic field with an N-pole orientation to the inner wall of the rotatable component 10 based on the principle of opposite attraction, so that the permanent magnet 106a and the permanent magnet 106b can be stably arranged on the inner wall of the rotatable component 101.
In practical application, the position of the magnetic member and the direction of the magnetic attraction force may be set according to actual needs, and the external magnetic field may drive the first magnetic member 106.
Similarly, the second magnetic member 201 may also include one or more magnetic members. In one example, the 2 magnetic members have opposite magnetism, so as to ensure that the 2 magnetic members can be stably disposed in the earphone box 20, for example, a permanent magnet 201a and a permanent magnet 201b shown in fig. 7, where the permanent magnet 201a is an S pole and the permanent magnet 201b is an N pole.
For example, the magnetic member may be a ferromagnetic structure made of iron, cobalt, nickel, or the like, or may be a permanent magnet.
Illustratively, when wireless headset 10 is positioned within headset case 20, the relative angular relationship between the permanent magnets positioned within headset case 20 and the permanent magnets positioned on the handle of the headset may be referred to the schematic position shown in fig. 7. When the wireless headset 10 is located in the headset case 20, the attraction between the permanent magnets rotates the rotatable part 101 of the headset handle 12, so that the opening 103 is selectively installed at the charging contact 104, and the charging contact is exposed, thereby realizing the charging function.
Illustratively, the first magnetic member and the second magnetic member are helical magnetic members.
Thus, when the wireless earphone 10 is placed inside the earphone box 20, the first magnetic member 106 and the second magnetic member 201 in the earphone box 20 are magnetically attracted to each other, so as to control the rotating component 101 to rotate at a constant speed.
Fig. 8 shows a schematic possible structure diagram of an earphone box provided in an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 8, the earphone box 20 includes an earphone storage cavity 202 and a charging elastic sheet 203 disposed in the earphone storage cavity 202, and the earphone storage cavity is used for placing the wireless earphone 10 described above.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the present application, the earphone receiving cavity 202 further includes a control component 203; the control part 203 is used for controlling the rotatable part 101 in the wireless headset 10 to rotate, so that the charging spring and the charging contact 104 in the wireless headset 10 form a charging loop.
In some possible embodiments, the control part 203 may be a magnetic part, so that the rotatable part 101 in the wireless headset 10 may be controlled to rotate by magnetic attraction.
In some possible embodiments, when the wireless headset 10 is placed in the headset case 20, the control part 203 is connected to the rotatable part 101, thereby driving the rotatable part 101 to rotate.
Illustratively, the control part 203 may include: and a second magnetic member 201 disposed in the earphone receiving cavity 202. When the wireless headset 10 is located in the headset case 20, the second magnetic member 201 and the first magnetic member 106 of the rotatable component 101 are magnetically attracted to each other to control the rotatable component 101 to rotate, so that the charging spring and the charging contact 104 in the wireless headset 10 form a charging loop.
It should be noted that, the relevant components of the wireless headset 10 in the present embodiment may refer to the above description, and are not described herein again to avoid repetition. Meanwhile, the above description of the second magnetic member 201 may also refer to the above description, and is not repeated here.
In the earphone box that this application embodiment provided, through setting up a control unit for the earphone box to rotatable parts in the wireless earphone that comes control and pair through this control unit is rotatory, so that the contact that charges in shell fragment and the wireless earphone forms charging circuit, when guaranteeing that the earphone box is arranged in to the wireless earphone, can normally charge.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a wireless headset device, which includes a wireless headset 10 and a headset box 20, where the wireless headset 10 is the wireless headset in the above embodiment, and the headset box 20 is the headset box in the above embodiment.
It should be noted that the implementation manners of the above-mentioned wireless headset embodiment and the implementation manners of the headset case embodiment are also applicable to the embodiment of the wireless headset device.
The embodiment of the application can realize that the charging contact and the external part are isolated to prevent corrosion in the normal use process of the wireless earphone 10, but the normal charging of the wireless earphone 10 in the earphone box 20 is not influenced.
