Abstract
The invention discloses a dustproof electric box of an electrolytic aluminum multifunctional crown block, which comprises an electric box, a dustproof shell and a horizontal moving mechanism; the electric box and the horizontal moving mechanism are both arranged in the dustproof shell; the horizontal moving mechanism is connected with the lower part of the electric box and is used for driving the electric box to horizontally reciprocate in the dustproof shell; at least one of the front side wall and the rear side wall of the dustproof shell is provided with a ventilating fan; the left and right side walls of the electric box are respectively fixedly provided with a first ventilation pipeline and a second ventilation pipeline which extend out; the two ventilating ducts are only provided with air vents with filter screens on the side walls of the two ventilating ducts, and are respectively inserted into a first jack and a second jack preset on the left side wall and the right side wall of the dustproof shell. The invention has an automatic regeneration filtering structure, and can filter dust in the air entering the air box for a long time, independently and reproducibly.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of carbon anode production in the electrolytic aluminum industry, and relates to a dustproof electric box of an electrolytic aluminum multifunctional crown block.
Background
A great deal of pollutants such as flue gas, dust particles and the like are generated in the electrolytic aluminum production process. The multifunctional crown block in the electrolytic aluminum workshop works above the electrolytic tank for a long time, has high environmental temperature and large dust, and a large number of switch devices, measuring instruments, protection electrical appliances and auxiliary devices are arranged in the multifunctional crown block electric box. In the use process, the temperature of the electric instruments can be gradually increased, and when the temperature in the box body is too high, the components cannot work normally, and even the components are burnt. Therefore, the electric box is usually provided with a ventilation cooling device, dust cannot be prevented from entering the box body by the traditional ventilation device, components full of dust are easy to short-circuit, the whole car is frequently powered off due to the multifunctional crown block, maintenance is difficult, and production is seriously affected.
In the prior art, a mode of adding a filter screen to an air inlet is generally adopted as a dustproof measure of a dustproof electric box, for example, chinese patent publication No. CN105514841B discloses a ventilating dustproof electric box, and the technical scheme comprises the steps of arranging multiple layers of filters in a ventilating pipeline of an electric box body so as to achieve the aim of filtering dust; however, this distribution box has the following drawbacks: 1. the multi-layer filtration can filter dust, but simultaneously can block the air flow to pass through, so that the heat dissipation capacity of the air flow is reduced; 2. the dustproof function of the filter has no long-term property, the filter screen needs to be replaced regularly, and the continuous operation of the equipment is affected by frequent replacement. The filtering mode of the distribution box is not suitable for the environment with high temperature and high dust of electrolytic aluminum.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the deficiencies in the background art, the aim is to design a renewable filtration system; on the premise of ensuring ventilation and heat dissipation, the dustproof function of the multifunctional overhead travelling crane has to be long-term, and the filter device can be prevented from being frequently replaced only if the long-term and autonomous dustproof function is met, so that the continuous working capacity of the multifunctional overhead travelling crane electric box is met.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention provides the following technical solutions:
a multifunctional crown block dustproof electric box for electrolytic aluminum comprises an electric box, a dustproof shell and a horizontal moving mechanism;
the electric box and the horizontal moving mechanism are both arranged in the dustproof shell; the horizontal moving mechanism is connected with the lower part of the electric box and is used for driving the electric box to horizontally reciprocate in the dustproof shell;
at least one of the front side wall and the rear side wall of the dustproof shell is provided with a ventilating fan; the ventilating fan is used for blowing air into the dustproof shell; the left side wall and the right side wall of the dustproof shell are respectively provided with a first jack and a second jack;
the electric box is used for accommodating electric equipment, and a first ventilating duct and a second ventilating duct which extend out of the electric box are respectively and fixedly arranged on the left side wall and the right side wall of the electric box; the first ventilation pipeline and the second ventilation pipeline are provided with ventilation ports with filter screens only on the side walls of the first ventilation pipeline and the second ventilation pipeline; the first ventilation pipeline and the second ventilation pipeline are respectively inserted into the first jack and the second jack and used for alternately extending out of the dustproof shell through air vents of the first ventilation pipeline and the second ventilation pipeline to serve as exhaust channels of the electric box when the electric box moves to the left limit position and the right limit position in a reciprocating mode.
As a further optimization, the horizontal moving mechanism comprises a slideway, a sliding block and a telescopic cylinder; the slideway is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the inner side of the dustproof shell; the upper surface of the sliding block is fixedly connected to the bottom of the electric box, the lower part of the sliding block is located on the slideway, and the sliding block is used for sliding horizontally left and right on the slideway; one end of the telescopic cylinder is fixedly connected inside the dustproof shell, and the other end of the telescopic cylinder is connected to the sliding block and used for driving the sliding block to drive the electric box to horizontally reciprocate left and right through self-expansion.
As further optimization, the front side wall and the rear side wall of the dustproof shell are respectively provided with a ventilating fan.
As further optimization, the number of the ventilating fans on the front side and the rear side of the dustproof shell is two, and the two ventilating fans on each side are arranged in parallel up and down.
As a further optimization, the tail ends of the first ventilating duct and the second ventilating duct are respectively provided with a first sealing plate and a second sealing plate, the areas of the first sealing plate and the second sealing plate are larger than the cross-sectional areas of the first ventilating duct and the second ventilating duct, and the first sealing plates and the second sealing plates are used for being attached to the outer sides of the left side wall and the right side wall of the dustproof shell to seal the first jack or the second jack when the electric box is respectively moved to the left limit position and the right limit position.
As a further optimization, the air inlet end face of the ventilating fan is detachably provided with a filter plug board, and the filter plug board is used for filtering dust particles in air entering the dustproof shell.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the filter screens of the first air vent and the second air vent of the electric box which reciprocate can alternately regenerate in turn, so that frequent replacement of the filter screens is avoided, the electric box has an automatic regeneration filter structure, can filter dust in air entering the air box for a long time, independently and reproducibly, is simple to manufacture, low in price and reliable in operation, and is suitable for working environments with high temperature and more dust of the electric box of the electrolytic aluminum multifunctional crown block.

When the electric box 1 is driven by the telescopic cylinder 33 to move to the leftmost end (as shown in fig. 1 and 2), the first ventilation pipeline 11 extends out of the dustproof housing 2, so that the first ventilation port 111 is exposed out of the dustproof housing 2, and the second ventilation pipeline 12 retracts into the dustproof housing 2, so that the second ventilation port 121 is positioned in the dustproof housing 2; at this time, under the blowing of the ventilation fan 21, air is blown into the electric box 1 from the second ventilation opening 121 and is blown out of the dust-proof housing 2 from the first ventilation opening 111, dust entering the electric box 1 is filtered by the filter screen of the second ventilation opening 121 in the dust-proof housing 2, and dust adsorbed on the surface of the filter screen of the first ventilation opening 111 is blown out of the dust-proof housing 2 in the process of exhausting the dust outwards, and the filtering function of the filter screen is regenerated. When the electric box 1 is moved to the rightmost end by the driving of the telescopic cylinder 33 (as shown in fig. 3), the first air vent 111 is similarly used for air intake and filtering dust in the air entering the electric box 1, and the second air vent 121 is used for air exhaust and exhausting the adsorbed dust out of the dust-proof housing 2. Under the reciprocating driving of the telescopic cylinder 33, the first air vent 111 and the second air vent 121 alternately perform filtering and filter screen regeneration in turn, so that the first air vent 111 and the second air vent 121 of the embodiment have long-term, autonomous and renewable dustproof functions, and frequent replacement of the filtering device is avoided, thereby meeting the continuous working capacity of the multifunctional crown block electric box.

In a word, the invention has an automatic regeneration filtering structure, can filter dust in the air entering the air tank 1 for a long time, independently and reproducibly, has simple manufacture, low price and reliable operation, and is suitable for the working environment with high temperature and more dust of the electric tank of the electrolytic aluminum multifunctional crown block.
