after a fifth preset time, re-acquiring the actual temperature in the box body, and judging whether the actual temperature is greater than a second preset temperature, wherein the second preset temperature is greater than the first preset temperature;
and if so, executing the step of acquiring the actual temperature in the box body and judging whether the actual temperature is less than a first preset temperature.
